Fantastic spot for getting parts you need for your car repairs at a low price. They have a large selection of vehicles to pull from too. The staff is incredibly helpful, and their online parts request form is very easy to use. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry about a part!
I bought an alternator for $108 around 430 on Friday and a black gentleman marked it with a blue marker when I installed it my car it didn't work. So I bought a new one from O'Reilly's and when I tried to return it they said that it wasn't their marker color. So I am out of $108. Please go somewhere else because times are to hard
December of 2021 my jeep was towed to Chancey's. They allowed someone to go in my jeep to get something that didn't belong to them without my permission. I didn't make a big deal about it but now I'm wishing I should have. Because my husband was pulled over driving a buddy's car he had for the weekend and because I'm not the registered owner they won't allow me to get my son's bookbag or my daughter's stuffed animal. That's all I wanted and the white lady was very rude and wouldn't let me speak to the manager. My son had to go to school today without his bookbag. Seems like a lot of unnecessary steps and could avoid getting my lawyer involved and the school involved, if I have to repurchase everything that was in that bookbag my lawyer will see Chancey's reimburses everything
