These “people” are liars and cheats. They are in it for the money only. They damaged my vehicle because of their lack of professionalism. If you need a tow, please avoid these “people” at all costs. If your business uses them, their behavior will only make you look worse than you already do by having cars towed. I put people in quotes because they aren't human. They are vindictive, unprofessional, cowardly and rude.
I ended up needing to scrap my car when I was moving cross country- in a town where I knew no one and was short on time. They were so professional and so helpful, which is why we ended up going with them. Very easy to communicate with, and very empathetic toward my situation and willing to help me!
The service was great and my car was towed in a couple of hours. Pat was very friendly and helpful and the guy towing my car was also. I will recommend them to everyone.
This company is amazing! Professional! Punctual! Courteous! Word of mouth is the only advertising they will ever need. And when the job was done, they left me cookies!!! May God continue to bless and prosper P&G Towing.
I called to get a car junked and they told me they could come immediately! Only took 15 minutes and my headache was off my hands!! I told them who recommended me and they gave them two 5$ gift cards to Starbucks! These folks are incredibly nice and quick. Not to mention they texted me the next day and told me happy birthday since I’d mentioned it the day before! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Highly recommend and I’m blessed they were recommended to me:)
Always my go to when I need a quick tow or just getting rid of a vehicle. Ms Pat has always been amazing and answers the phone on the first ring. Shout out to these guys!
Thank you Pat for such kindness and quick, efficient services. We find out our 2005 Cadillac STS was documented by Cadillac only after transporting the vehicle from SC to GA and getting it towed to three different repair companies. Since the vehicle is discontinued no parts could be ordered and no one would work on it. I called P&G, not only did they not charge me to tow the vehicle, they paid me to give it up. Thanks for all you guys do!
This is my new go to place I called them yesterday and they were the nicest people I’ve ever talked to very quick responses and they actually kept me updated on the pick up time if anyone needs any towing/junk cars removed i 100% recommend p&g towing
If anybody is looking for any service provided by P & G towing I highly recommend working with this company. I’ve used them twice now, once for towing and once for a battery replacement. Both times Mrs. Pat was very professional, response time was fast, and the process was easy and smooth. I would definitely use them for a third time.
Very professional and super kind. Was able to come on base with no problems. Arrived early and just the sweetest people. Thank you p&g for making an already stressful situation so much better. Pat knew in my voice I was stressed and over it. She was the real MVP.

ZERO STARS!!!!Whoever is answering your phone sounds like a cow chewing curds. She or he was rude I’m guessing it’s a female as seeming to be a mockingbird on the phone I’m pretty sure you won’t get reprimanded for this but you need better customer service led me to go with another business because the person on the phone is not taking me seriously!
