  Up arriving, it's confusing to know where to go. There are multiple entrances so getting the correct one is similar to throwing dice. There needs to be more signage. After my 3rd attempt, I arrived where I needed to be (after asking an employee). After getting everything weighed, I noticed a crooked little sign that informs you there is an automatic -10% discount for aluminum cans. Others complained about the same thing. I don't recall the discount anywhere on their website or when I called in for a price for aluminum cans. That was an unpleasant surprise. Again, after leaving the scale house, I had a hard time finding the pay clerk without signage. I finally asked an employee who gave me instructions and told me to park in a No-Parking zone and walk to the office. Another note, make sure all your aluminum is sorted ahead of time. Cans are in a category by themselves. All other types of aluminum must be sorted accordingly.

  Says updated hours opening at 8 got here at 7:30 to be in line. They didn’t open until 8:30. The answering machine says that too. It’s ridiculous. And they always have attitude.

  I went to recycle my cans today. The place is 20 mins away from me and I waited in line for about 15 mins only to be turned away, because they “aren’t accepting cans right now”. There should’ve been something on the website or a sign displayed in the yard that lets us know so that we could find another place to recycle if need be. A waste of a morning.

  Frustrating to have to back up to the bay just to unload a couple of bags of cans . The one older man is rude to the point of being obnoxious . He needs a 2 weeks vacation twice a year . He does his job and takes it seriously . I feel off the job he is a nice person but like most of us older people our stress level is not what it use to be . I would hate to see him leave because the person that would replace him couldn't do the job he does . He gets 10 stars .

  This morning I took 440 pounds of scrap metal, a couple of mowers and an old motor. We were told to weigh our stuff, unload, then re-weigh. After weighing we were given a receipt. I took it inside and asked her if I was seriously only being paid $8.80 and 440 pounds. I then asked if I could pick up what we just dumped and was told no. What a rip off!! $8.80 for 440 pounds! That’s .02 per pound! No one pays less!!! I was hoping to help pay a bill but now I can’t even get a full tank of gas! Thanks SA recycling for wasting my time and ripping me off!! We will NOT be back!!!

  Scammers, ripped me off big time, didn't notice until I got home, had 47lbs of #1 ins copper and 2lbs of #2 ins copper, they wrote it up as 49lbs of #2, also had 27lbs of copper bus bars and they adjusted it to 17lbs, lady also lied about the price, said the bus bars were only 2 cent less than #1 bare when really it was 20 cent less, plus I had over 100lbs of bare #1 copper, I guess they figured since I had over 500$ worth scrap they would just rip me off, as far as I'm concerned they still owe me 75$
