Expect this company to be dishonest when handling your vehicle as a customer or company. Namely the manager “Kat” will tell you anything to get you off the phone. I will be filing a police report and following the steps to recover from my situation with this company.
I'm a 15 year tow truck drive and have worked throughout Georgia towing for many companies.I've never witnessed this kind of customer services like this in my life. They have very rude employees that get really snappy once u see wrong to ur vehicle.They are not responsible for there actions of how they treat ur vehicle. One young lady screamed it's just a 2023 and come on it's a repo come on that come from doing the repo.They also don't take responsibility for how they damage ur car and ur property at ur home. My car front bumper was dragged to were u can see serious damage to the front. My driveway has two deep black lines from my garage to the street and I stay in an HOA community and there rely was we ain't paying for that sir.My car was repo on a mistake and the driver gave me many excuses and false info of all I had to do was one payment and I was good to come get my car which was the wrong info given just to get the vehicle. Overall I think there team needs more training on care to personal vehicles and personal one on one communication training on how to deal with people. The property also needs some work because there was two trash bags just sitting in the way near the front of the trailer just sitting there for no reason smelling outrageous. I would never use them again even if they were my last company to use in an emergency. 1st time going and last time going thank God.
They told me I had months to get my personal belongings after Wells Fargo Auto Bank Loan stole my car and then told me the same day October 25th as the banker was reading the repo letter to me I reported my car24th,I last drove my car that evening then my daughter made some extra Cash threw door dash or Uber or Lyft by11pm on22rd by8pm on the 15th after lol me bout tracking the stolen car that's when they said after paying my car insurance and car payment by October 4th,and figuring out all these ppl are all the same recovery ppl,Wells Fargo Auto Loan Ppl ,repo ppl each car dealership has a person dealing with loans WADE FORD in Cobb county off South Cobb parkway are crooks I asked for$10,000loan they tried Me since did application online so never new what was approved for After signing paperwork and my trade in information all came to no more then $14,000 after signing he tried to give me packet and it said $18,,000I went off when I told him Mr Creed and Mr David Gibson and Mr Ernie $300month,3years and my $2,000 Trade in after I realized By November 18th when MY payment due is when I said look I asked for deferment September 18,th so y'all could handle this issue we have been in dispute since August 18,2021 and paid over the$10,000and now they try to say they sold my car By 12/18/2024 and my property got donated and I still owe them roughly $9,999and the insurance at right choice insurance Mr Allah had made it so not only when bought to they attention By June 2023 when got over30-50loan from capital one I said at open road RV smhh this credit score under415 cuz Wade Ford made it seem by December 2021 like they sold me another car at12.99 interest rate and superior recovery was past Macon so never had way to pick up my belongings and day I did a few weeks ago after going to Wells Fargo Bank requesting my original loan not $10grand got paperwork last week and can ONLY cry cuz proved ONLY had I which I paid over$14,000including trade in in which was worth more then,$1,800 they gave when commercial said $2,000 and had to by and repair Muffler cuz from October 2021 After myself and protect my car additional insurance told them j pipe is muffler,by January 2022 after receiving monies I saved from moving into supposed to be rent free cuz was homeless with choice voucher AHA voucher and having full coverage insurance from All state still paid over$1,200for muffler repair but due to medical leave of absence from October 2022 to present and having to drop outta school at Atlanta technical college work source program by January 5,2024 just dropped outta school and since been in dispute with this car issues and repo, trying to maintain but was amazed when superior recovery told me they donated my belongings I did police report cuz had my pain medicine Narcotics in car wallet was for my business and health reasons I paid and took care of my Car as I did and because during COVID I,We still worked and went to school only to owe everyone under the Sun and IRS where's the justice ♎⚖️ crooks
Worst tow company hands down, they will follow you around, run you off the road trying to snatch your vehicle (while in the vehicle), running 3 vehicles teaming up to trap you at red lights, parking lots etc. Very unprofessional, and dangerous drivers that have no care for safety.
Hours are from 10am to 3pm. They don't answer your call at first but try to be patient and call back until you get someone. They are there at 10:00 and leave a 3:00 so try to make plans to pickup your vehicle at those hours. They seem to be very busy and only have 5 hour work days to get things done. These people do this for a living and they need the repo assignments to put food on their tables, the same way we have to do what is necessary for our families.
Definitely an amazing experience with Makayla! She went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service to me. She made sure my car was charged and the pickup process was less than 5 mins. Of course it’s always one rude ssa. He stated my car was piece of S while Makayla and I was talking about the charge! Of course I cursed him back and kept it moving. Other than that they are pretty awesome.
do not recommend. do not care tearing peoples homes , yards or driveways up at all! definitely not gonna get the car back now! they literally snatched my car out my driveway. rained later that day & marks are there STILL!
It’s Monday July 8 2024 called this company several times after their posted opening time, left messages and has yet to get a response yet! I have paid all charges for the repo 9 days ago and I haven’t received my car yet that reason being superior recovery & transport has my license plate and the location to where my car is won’t release the vehicle until I recover that from superior recovery & transport! Granted the repossession falls squarely on me nevertheless one i have paid my cost to the financial company I find it unacceptable that when I contact the business to conclude this matter I don’t get a response back in a timely fashion!
Not open. Haven’t been open all day. Been calling since 10am. Arrived at 2:30 nobody was there, rung doorbell and continued to call. Not fair that I was there on time and will now have to pay weekend fees
Older guy literally threatened to shoot my son for walking past the gate to get his car that had already been released earlier!! The younger lady in the front was extremely understanding and helpful. Taking in consideration that we live an hour away and had to come back twice bc my son left his keys at home ??♀️ that guy was beyond rude and hot headed!!! The one star is for the lady that helped
