Had my suspension on my Yukon updated with new equipment. New stance is awsome. Changed the whole look of the vehicle, enhanced the performance providing more stability and less body roll in turns. Brian and his staff did it quickly and economically. Highly recommended business.
H&H truck and outdoor gave me outstanding service from start to finish. The staff was extremely professional and took the time to really listen to my concerns. They offered solutions that were tailored to exactly what I wanted and needed. All while staying within my budget their expertise and Customer Care was far better than what I’ve experienced with competitors. I truly appreciate the help they provided and highly recommend them.
My visit to H&H Truck and Outdoor was short lived, but I the short time I was there, the staff at the counter was easy to talk to in explaining my issue and what I was looking for. Even though they didn’t have exactly what I was looking since it was Toyota specific, I will definitely be back if I need any other trucking accessories.
Had my truck bedlined this week. It looks great. Even took the screws out of the tailgate and put them back in after they were done spraying. Excellent customer service.
Ended up going here in a pinch on a Saturday right before closing. I needed a cargo hitch to haul everything we needed for a cross country move. Not only did they get me set up with a quality product, one of the store employees took the time to install it on my vehicle. Thank you Korey for being so professional and helpful.
H&H has been a wonderful shop to work with… they have outfitted my Jeep Gladiator with so many mods over the last 2-3 years… always an Excellent finish and sound advice.. very personable service and deliver as they promise…. Always appreciate your good work….
I took my Silverado in to have a spray in bed liner done. The shops spray gun went out of commission on the first day, and they had to order a new part, that took 4 days to come in. Normally the process to spray is within one day, but I was without my truck for 4 days. Brian W. @ H&H kept me informed, was patient with all my requests for updates, and finally on a Friday afternoon my truck was ready, and it looked terrific. On top of that, for my inconvenience, Brian comped the entire $500+ job, now that is customer service. Would highly recommend. They have won me over as a customer. Thanks Brian and H&H!
My husband went in about 2 months ago to get a part for his bed cover. They told him they had to order it from the manufacturer which is fine. A week goes by and he didn’t hear anything so he called-they said they hadn’t heard from the manufacturer and would be in touch later that day. Never called him. I put in an order request from the manufacturer and they responded within 2 days. I called the store after a month-they told me it was ordered, but they couldn’t tell me when it would be in, just that they’d call when it was. Now it’s been two months with no updates whatsoever. Unfortunately for us the manufacturer isn’t direct to consumer so our only choice is to use an H&H retailer. Really disappointed with their customer service and runaround. It’s not that hard to pick up the phone and call to keep us updated or even reach out to the manufacturer for an update. I guess if you’re not making a big purchase, you don’t matter to this store. Better to take your business elsewhere.
What a refreshing experience!! I have a truck and on several occasions after stopping at lights and stop signs I’ve experienced people behind me slamming on their brakes and almost rear ending me. A policeman and I were chatting about that and he told me about bars of lights you can have installed below your tail gate that make you less likely to be rear ended because they are more noticeable than typical brake lights! I purchased parts from Amazon although H & H had in stock every kind you could imagine! They were very up front and I thought reasonable/fair quoting labor prices. My appt started right on time and they finished right when they said they would. I could tell both technicians had done a lot. They asked all the right questions and did not cut corners for a very effective and professional job! Now I’m thinking it will definitely be less likely I get rear ended day or night. You’ll be happy you visited their shop, lots of fun fun stuff!! Thank you H & H!!
It's a DARN SHAME THEY DO N9T ADVERTISE!!!!! G9 INSIDE THIS PLACE WILL WOW YOU!!! YOUR MOUTH WILL BE WIDE OPEN WITH EXCITEMENT!!! NOW LET ME TALK ABOUT BRIAN THE SALES REP!!!! HE IS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!! WITHIN MINUTES HE HAD MY 8 FT TUNNEL COVER ORDERED...he answered at least 50 questions me an my husband had with a professional smile!!! HUBBY & I both have trucks we want to do some modifications to...BRIAN AS I TOLD YOU BEFORE I LEFT...."YOU TOTALLY ROCK" HEY EVERYONE I WILL DEFINITELY POST PHOTOS OF MY NEWLY INSTALLED TUNNEL COVER NEXT MONDAY...My only complaint is they don't advertise...they use word of mouth..advertising would have saved me tons of money and miles on my SRT 10
Very impressed with the service and detail. They took the time to explain what the liner would look and feel like before any work was done I received the history of the Patriot product , warranty and the support for our veterans. The technician walked me through his work prior to me taking my keys. Very efficient and exceeded expectations at a fair price
Jeff and the team are awesome . Bought an above ground pool 3 years ago, and they have been very supportive, and the pool is great. Today, I just bought a bed cover for my truck. The installation and service are the best. I would give them a 10+ period.

My new Ford F-250 spent most of Tuesday at H&H in Warner Robins. The folks at H&H sprayed in a bed liner, installed a B&W Companion Fifth Wheel slider hitch, and installed a Roll-n-Lock tonneau cover. They did a beautiful job. Highly recommend. I bought a 20' inclosed trailer in South GA. Pulling it back was super dangerous and I needed a sway stabilizer system. Made many calls and was referred to H&H. They told me to come in right away and they would take care of me. They went above and beyond to get me safely on the road, might even have saved my life. The boys who installed the system were awesome! Dropped everything they were doing and even stayed late. Thanks again H&H!!!! Great company with awesome people.
Ordered a bed cover for my truck and had them install it. The cover got there pretty quick. They called me the same day it arrived and set up the install appointment. They were done with it in less than 2 hours, even though it was rainy and cold that day. Their place was easy to find, and the people were friendly and helpful. I would definitely buy from them again. They also sell a variety of other outdoor products. Go visit their store. Highly recommend.
We love our new carport. Great experience from start to finish. Lacy was wonderful, she made our purchase easy with her knowledge and expertise. The install team arrived on time and installed our carport exactly as we requested. They were very professional and friendly. 5 stars all the way!
Shane is the best, hands down. Great guy to deal with. Installed Ranch Hand brush guard, rims, tires, leveling kit and a Putco switchblade. Great job and customer service. Highly Recommend.

Bullet-lined my hood and front bumper inside and out (both were peeling and looked horrible), did a fantastic job for a decent price! Shane was awesome to work with, got it finished very quickly (same day I dropped it off). Love the rough, off-road look and hoping it's as durable as it feels. Will update after a few months about how it holds up.

I just made my second visit to H&H. I could not be happier with the service, the advice, the friendliness of the employees and the management. I had them help me choose a lift a while back and had them install it for me. They were quick, but more importantly they were extremely thorough. After I got The lift kit installed , They told me that with that lift I could go up in size tires when I’m ready to 35 inch tires. I know what 35 inch tires cost, so I told them it would be a while but I would definitely be back. I made a couple visits since then to have the torque checked on all the liftgate components, which they did they did for free, and we’re always in and out and just a few minutes. This most recent visit yesterday, I went in to inquire about some 35 inch tires, and he just happen to have a set, or several sets rather, of Falken Wildpeak AT3W’s at a price point that was almost $500 cheaper than the local Walmart price is the same set. They installed them and perform the necessary trimming in the fender wells all in about two hours, for no extra charge. The truck looks great and rides even better compared to the tires that I replaced. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough for their work ethic, friendliness and overall customer service. Thanks guys for all your help, and I’ll definitely be back soon to get that duct system. An extremely satisfied customer here.
