Dude out here driving like an idiot pulling out in front of a line of traffic on 92 causing people to slam on brakes then speeding up refusing to let cars merge all with a car in tow bouncing around. Do better.
Scheduled a tow in the morning for asap after 2pm. Explicitly stated they could not be past 6pm due to the business they were towing from closing. Received multiple etas and promises of drivers coming and it's now 6:24 pm with no driver. Zero professionalism or accountability. I worked in the roadside and repo business for many years so I understand what it's like but this is absolutely the worst service I have ever received from a wrecker company. AAA 3 hour etas would have still beat this.
Called yesterday set up an appointment and was told everything was fine, 30 minutes after they were supposed to show up they texted me to let me know they weren't gonna make it very unprofessional
Nobody wants to use a wrecker service, but if you have to, these guys were amazing. Travis showed up quickly (within 30 minutes of call) on a Friday night and was the most patient, gracious, explanatory guy. He walked me through what was happening, where the vehicle was going, how to get hold of them, all that. They're a family business, and they treat you like it.
Their lot hours are 9-4, M-F, so sometimes it can be hard to get to the lot unless you're willing to take off work, but they do good work and are fine people. Recommended.
Every time I use Bradley customs they have done a excellent job for me. I have used them for years 30 plus. From custom paint & Body to auto maintenance fair price good work. I can drop my truck/car off they will call when done.
The tow man lied from the time he picked my car up about how towing works with insurance companies and then on top of that Google says they’re open 24 hours but no one is currently there so I can get my car released. It’s all about money and it’s sickening but this is indeed the disgusting world we live in.
I have to give Bradley Customs 5 stars for being a business who still treats customers as neighbors. My mother in law and father in law had an accident and both had bad injuries and were in the hospital, and couldn’t get the car once Bradley towed it from the accident scene. They held the car for them more than a week with no charges for storage. I truly appreciate them for being considerate of others in their community who are in need. Thank you Bradley Customs for your kindness!
This towing service was called by the police officer when someone hit my husband's car, because he considered it unsafe to attempt to drive it. We asked how much the storage bill would be, since it might take a bit of time to get the insurance company to pick it up. We made arrangements to have it towed to our home about ten days in because the other driver's insurance company was dragging their feet and we didn't want to keep accruing storage fees. They dealt straight with us, and we incurred no further damages because of any negligence on their part, as far as I know. We had never dealt with this service before, and never did or said anything that should make them worry about being paid. But they made it very clear they were extremely worried about it, and insisted on cash when they brought the car. We paid them promptly when the car arrived, in cash, as they demanded. But we didn't like their attitude, and would like to have had the option to pay with a credit card at a time like this. If we ever need towing service again, we will call SOMEONE ELSE.
