I had my first car accident yesterday and it had already been a bad day because of that so my mood was in the gutter, but when the officer told me my vehicle had to get towed it really stuck the nail in the coffin but if I had to think of a silver lining is that this was the tow company that was called, I never got his name but the driver was friendly and an easy person to talk to and work with. He charged me a fair price and even helped me out with some questions I had about the damage on my vehicle, I don’t wish for anyone to go through road accidents but if it does happen this is your guy to call. Amazing service

Super awesome job by American Wrecker. After a no show from Moores towing that my husband scheduled I told him just go to work and I will handle it. Ben was on time, and VERY careful as my husband mustang sits super low. 10/10. Price was cheaper than everyone around to!!
I would give less than one star if I could. I set up a service through my insurance. It was dispatched to your company American Wrecker. JJ the tow driver came out at 7:03 am called and left voicemail saying he couldn’t do the service because the car listed was gold and the car he saw looked more bronze. We called him back at 7:06 am and explained it’s the right car. Same year make and model but he thought it was slightly different in color. It’s not like it was listed as green but he thinks it’s red. Bronze and gold are the same freaking color on a vehicle!! The registration says gold! So he canceled our service over this dispute in color. Highly unprofessional and downright lazy, this company clearly just doesn’t want the work.

My car was stuck in an impossible position in my driveway. My insurance contacted American Wrecker and they came well before the estimated. Then when they arrived they were very profession and treated my car with care. If you're ever in an impossible situation like mine don't hesitate to combat this company.
Very thankful for American wrecker. I had to make a call for help right before 12am, and the technician that was dispatched out tonight to help me was very proficient at getting my car jump started in no time. I was back up and running within 5 minutes. Will highly recommend this company.
Amazing, fast service! They answered they phone quickly and also arrived too me in 20 minutes while other companies had a wait time of 3hrs plus, and it was on a Sunday evening. I highly recommend this coming!
We called to get our Roush Mustang moved from storage to our home.
The driver showed up exactly on time. He brought wood to help put the Mustang on the truck.
Mustang was secured properly and taken to our home 1.5 hours away.
He also assisted in getting the Mustang of the truck.

was very rude about the whole experience, he said i had to call before coming because he was not always at the lot. I called that same day later on to meet and he was late and made me and my ride late to work, kept my car in a dirty mudhole, my car was full of mud and even mud on my floor matts. barely 12 hours for over $200 to get your car out. would rate it 0 but i cant.
