Was stranded in the dark out in the middle of no where. The person who answered the phone was rude, kids were screaming in the background and I could not hear what she was saying. I was already in a tough situation and the screaming banshees did not help. She really took attitude and swore at me then hung up on me. The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Thankfully I found a tower who was professional, kind and helpful.

There are not enough words to express how much gratitude I have to this company, and to Keith the owner especially, for saving me when I was stranded in Dublin! My car broke down on a Saturday afternoon, apparently the busiest day for towing and auto shops, and it was almost impossible to find help that day. Not only did they tow my car to a repair shop they recommended, but they accommodated my two cats in the truck, and Then dropped me off at a hotel afterwards to make sure I had a place to go while I waited until the shop could work on it. Then Keith checked up on me to make sure I was ok throughout the weekend, while my car was waiting to be checked on. Just no words. Feel really lucky to have come across them in this situation and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tow, a jumpstart, car advice etc.

I experienced a flat the other night and was extremely disappointed by the customer service I received from this company. I don't know what lady I talked to but she was very rude and had a very nasty attitude. No matter how rude she got I was nothing but polite to her because I was desperate on getting me and my babies off if the road and desperately needed her help. She then told me in a very nasty way, she'll see what she can do about even getting someone out to serve me and I just had to wait and see if someone would even take the job. I was willing to wait as I was stuck with my 3 small children and had no way. Then she tried to double the price of what she originally said. I wouldn't have mind paying the price she said if she had said it in the beginning. But its the fact that she seen I was desperate and tried to hike the price up. When I told her about her doubling the price she lied and said she never gave me a price. WHICH WAS A LIE. She then said you can take it or go elsewhere rude as ever. That's what did it for me. Thankfully another road side company got me and my babies off of the road that night and gave me great customer service and the attitude of being willing to help. Needless to say, I hope who ever is served here in the future receives the respect and great customer service that I did not.

Had this assigned for a tow through USAA to have my broken down car towed. Waited 2 hours and 10 min, called their dispatcher 6 different times with no answer. Had to call USAA to cancel the tow and reassign with a different company. Thought I was in good hands when I saw the reviews, but ended up being a waste of time.

My Daughters car was having issues . I called the service to come pickup her . I Waiting with her until he arrived to tow her Car home . He was Super polite and curious first time using them. We were pleased with the service that he and the company provided us.I didn’t catch his name but he was super helpful. Thank you.

Very pleasantly surprisesd!surprises! My situation was unfortunate, I was stranded on the interstate, PROLINE to the rescue. The communication was great throughout the process and and service was quicker than I expected. Keith was courteous and kind! I would highly recommend this company. Paul was wonderful! He moved quickly and waited with me on the highway until my ride arrived. I highly recommend using him for towing if you find yourself in an unfortunate situation like I did!

This company was contacted by my insurance company to tow my vehicle. After waiting 3.5 hours I tried to call the number listed and got no answer. I then received a notification from my insurance company saying they couldn’t fulfill the job. Why accept a job if you are unable to complete it.

Mr.Mack was very professional and courteous. He made my wife and grandson feel safe . If I'm ever in the area and I know I will be . I will call on Mr.Mack and the crew.

Mack was absolutely phenomenal. My truck broke down in Forsyth and everything was absolutely horribly stressful and ridiculously complicated EXCEPT my towing experience. He was polite, professional, and went above and beyond for me while I tried to figure out a rental and navigate my insurance. 20/10 reccomend!

Mack was on the spot and got the car here fast. He sent me a photo of the car on the flatbed which was above and beyond. He was also very neighborly as he unloaded the car, thanks Mack!

This place has great communication and service. The lady in the office kept me aware of what was going on proactively and my driver Charles was awesome. He even offered to drive me to the hotel after dropping off my truck.

I never leave reviews but I would be doing this towing service wrong not to. I was miles a way from home in a hick town I was terrified crying not alligator tears ugly crying. Here I was a female all by my self with nothing but trees and dirt roads. Then along came this tow truck and a man named Charles. Ever heard of Charlie's angels well he Charles was one them. He was very assuring that I was gonna be ok. My warranty had my car towed to a place that did not even fix cars I immediately started crying again from the fear of being left there. But nope Charles assured me again I was gonna be ok. He waited until they gave him another destination to take my car instead of just leaving me there. Charles was funny and felt like I had already knew him all my fears was gone. I truly felt like God had put had the right place at the right time even with my car being broken down. After getting to the next place I popped my hood to see what was going on. Come to find out a bolt had broken and that's the only reason I was stuck lol . Getting a tow down was not all Charles concern he truly cared about my safety and well being. I can not thank him enough as well as the tow service being kind and courteous. If you ever need a tow this place is who you wanna use no doubt.

My Tow Truck Driver was Keith and he was Awesome! He picked my car up from my home & he arrived right around the time he said he would! He was very courteous & professional! I loved the fact that he sent me a text letting me know that the car had been delivered to the correct place! I would definitely use them again and recommend to family & friends!

Keith arrived in a very good timely manner. He was very friendly and kind. He loaded car and transport to home in Vidalia and once home made sure car was placed in good manner. I truly will be using Proline for all my towing. Great job Keith! Thanks

Patient, Polite, Professional, Quality I received tow service from Proline Towing and Transport. This is the first time I had to turn my keys over to a tow company and watch my car leave my resident. Mr. Mack took the time and explained his company policy to me. He took pictures of my vehicle before towing, and sent pictures when my car was delivery to it's final destination. He was very patient, polite, professional, and delivered on time service. I received Excellent Customer Service.

Mack showed up promptly to tow our vehicle and towed us to the local shop to leave it until morning. Also went way above and beyond to help us get to a hotel for the night(we are from way out of town). When we move down here next month Mack will forever be my go to call for any of my future towing needs in the area.

Our tow truck driver, Mack, was amazing! He heard us calling a cab and offered to take my whole family with him so we didn’t have to wait on the side of the road waiting at night. After he took us and our car to the shop, he then offered to take us to a hotel because the shop was closed. He went above and beyond his job. Amazing company and AMAZING employee!

Broke down on the side of Hwy16 in the middle of the night was not what I wanted but that’s what happened. As a single woman I didn’t want to be stuck there but was a bit of afraid to call anyone. However when proline came to my rescue my nerves were quickly put to ease. Awesome service, professional and I will most definitely call them again if I am ever in another bind like I was! Thanks a bunch!
