Will never do business with them ever again bought a brake booster from them a couple days ago but was worse than the one I took off I should’ve known to just go to the part store but they won’t even give me a full refund talking bout they gotta pay the guys for taking it off they don’t work for me and I bet the guys knew that part was bad to begin with stay away from them selling parts they know bad why give a receipt and don’t honor it
The worse customer service! They very unprofessional and big liars! They sale bad motors at high prices. Refuse to make situations better so they lie to keep your money for items with warranty. I paid 2500 for a bad motor and they making up excuses why they canceled the warranty. Do not do business with these people.
This is a Response to Angelica Locke’s review, lady purchased a used engine from us for her Buick Verano. She did not get a license shop or actual shop to install the engine, the mechanic she chose to install the engine she purchased from us, left her in a high dry situation. She notifies us that she is having trouble with the car, we tell her to bring the car in and we would take a look. Upon inspection car had pre existing electrical fuel issues. Issues that caused her original engine to go out. These same engine computer issues washed the rings on the engine we sold her. Oil pan was slap full of gas. We decided to help her out on the engine and replace it. So we did just that. We have been tremendously working on the car, replaced the engine, test drove the car and the engine ran amazing. Mind you we didn’t charge her for any of this! We just wanted to help her out and get her back going. We decided to try a used engine computer and we were having issues getting it to program, so we had to order a new engine computer. This is all we were waiting on. She calls the shop today and said she is coming to get her car and we tell her ma’am we can’t stop you from getting your car, but if you drive it with it dumping to much fuel it will void the warranty. We need a little more time, we have it very close, let us test drive it some more. She pulls up demanding her car we have her car out front ready for her, she stands out front of our business with other customers and kids cussing everyone of my employees, and making a scene. We tell her several times ma’am please get in your car and leave, you wanted your car you got it, we tried helping you. She would not leave… Eventually her family/friends pull up, we call deputies to get them off the property. She didn’t pay $2500 for the engine she paid $1900 something. She called us a bunch of liars, had no remorse for our 14 year old family member we was trying leave and go see about that was being air lifted, from a bad atv accident. We didn’t bill her for labor, any extra parts, or another engine, that a shade tree mechanic she picked ruined. Because they wouldn’t stop driving it! We’ve always went above and beyond to satisfy and take care any and everybody, at the end of the day it don’t matter if you are local or out of town, we’ve always strived to do more than satisfy our customers. I can honestly say out of all my blood sweat and tears we’ve put into this business, me nor my employees have ever been disrespected like that. I hope you take her review with a grain of salt. I promise you, from the bottom of our hearts we tried more than enough to satisfy this woman. Once you show us that level of disrespect and have no remorse for us trying to leave and shut the gate after hours to get to our family member, we will not tolerate it. Bought a used transmission and was happy with the price and part. I looked around and they were the cheapest. They pulled it and had it ready as promised, also nocked the taxes off the price when I picked it up. Been in my truck for over two months and seems to be fine.
Bout a rearend for a mustang once installed noticed it had a bent axle on the right hand side was told it’s my problem not theirs so definitely will not be buying from or recommending these idiots for anything in the future!
INSIDIOUS PERFORMANCE
They will charge you more than some things cost new. Had to go out myself to show them how to remove a part, and he wanted to charge me $40 for something I could get new for less than $10. I left it there obviously.
Always get the price for new or remanufactured parts from reputable stores first and then make sure you get them to give you a price before waiting around.
Our Holly recommend them to anybody that is looking for a car part very friendly, and I was in and out of there very quickly I will. I will go back for more parts.
This place told me they had a motor to fit my vehicle but instead they put an older model motor in it
But didn’t know how to wire it back up correctly
Then they had to get rid of my transmission dip stick for what reason I don’t know, leaving me not being able to check my transmission fluid. They had to get rid of another bracket of hoses for what reason? Now I got it in a real shop that’s gonna figure it out. If it would have been the right motor why you had to remove them other items. Called them and he’s acting like nothing wrong.
Saying that all them spiced wires was like that when he got it not knowing it’s a one owner original vehicle . Bad service
Great place. Had newer vehicles for parts. Had exactly what i needed. The guys should be more careful removing parts but glad they had what i needed. Will be going back today for more parts.
Staff very pleasant and highly interested in assisting with vehicle's needs. Strong knowledge of vehicle's part and workings. Taking the extra step to assist in finding parts. I have a history of business with them, and it will continue into the future. We are currently locating parts for Mustang project.
If that's your policy, then the woman who work there and said it, shouldn't pull parts for "certain people" before they are paid for. If that's your "policy" as you claim, then that same policy should go for everyone. I have been to Auto Parts R Us before and never had a problem when it was in East Dublin.
Excuse the negative reviews. The only people to rate a business are normally unsatisfied people. The No Name review doesnt like tumpies, burger king, bp, or east laurens high.. seems like he may not even like him self :) The other lady is referring to the fact we don't pull parts until they are paid for and that is my policy for my workers. Everybody has those few customers that are not satisfied. For every negative review I have 50 customers a week that leave happy and say how much they appreciate us. We can not please everybody and do our best to provide quality used auto parts at a good price. With that being said I hope whoever is reading this will give us a chance to help you with all your used and new parts needs. :)
I was on the way and I called to have a part removed. The woman who answered the phone was very rude. She told me that they can't remove any parts until the customer is there and pays for the items. When I got there with my mechanic, she told him, "if I knew it was you, I would had had the part removed" as if I wasn't standing there. She was very rude and out of character. As she was looking up my car, I asked her was it the right car (because my car is easily mixed up with a newer model) and she looked at me like i wasn't suppose to ask her anything, and said "yeah." She even talked about other customers in front of me and my mechanic. She said she "made" another lady (customer) leave Auto Parts R Us. If this is how they treat, customers, I will never go back there again. I rather drive 100 miles for a car part than to go there. They have lost my business and everyone else I know, including family and friends!
