This company is a blessing! Coming from out town, they was able to accomidate all my needs. I was very satisfied on how they went above and beyond in making sure my situation was handled. Very professional. May God continue to bless you all and thank you for everything.

Do not take your car here it's a scam. I had my car towed here after it broke down, it stayed there for 3 weeks. I was told several times that they would call me with updates, I only received updates when I called them. They tried to convince me I needed the entire engine replaced for $7,600. I took it to another shop and had it fixed for less the 2 thousand, the only thing this place did right was towing my car to the other shop, I cannot stress enough how much this place should be avoided. If you want it done right I recommend Don Ivey's Auto Clinic in Thomaston. This isn't an ad for him, I'm just giving my honest opinion.

Had to get the sheriff involved to get my car they charged my insurance company 500.00 dollars a day 2,000.00 for 4 days and would not let the company who were going to fix my cer have it. Had to get the police invo5

After taking my truck to 5 different places including volume Chevrolet in forsyth ga and everyone acting like the problem was to big of an issue to touch I took it to franks I didn’t have to stress nor worry one time great service and most of all upfront and great people they gave me a time table on everything and did just that and one of if not the best programmers around I will definitely be using franks again and definitely recommend them

I was stranded in Macon Georgia and was so grateful for the great service that Franks Automotive service and towing company provided… They made me feel a lot more secure and safe from the minute they arrived and I was so grateful to trust my vehicle to them (to be dropped off at the dealership)… I ended up getting out of Macon within 24 hours and traveling onto my next destination… I really was grateful for how this company helped me to "get back up on my feet/4 tires"!

In a wreck losing control of my vehicle. Waking up to find out my truck was totaled and had been towed less than 10 miles to Frank's. I wasn't seriously injured and went the same day to gather my personal belongings out of the totaled vehicle and I was told $250 to get my things. First the vehicle is totaled so I'm not paying $250 on the truck. Second Georgia Code states anything not attached to the truck is my personal property. They can hold the vehicle all day to get that money buy not my stuff. I have been up there 5 days in a row now getting the run around saying I was waiting on Frank to show up to get my stuff. They let me get my wallet and have already went through every part of the truck trying to find the title. I just want my tools and few other things so I can get back to work.

Timothy was called out for a tow. He was prompt and maneuvered through the obstacles quite well. He was a rock star!! We have not EVER had a bad experience with this company.

Took my Dodge Neon to 2 different Shops over a 1 year period...And they could not fix it.. I dropped it off on Tuesday....And it was running and ready to be picked up on Thursday.. Thank Guys...Great Work !!!

The transmission in my truck was acting up, $150 for Frank’s to tow it in for me on a Friday, $150 for Tim to run a diagnostics check for me. On Monday I’m told they can’t find anything wrong, there are not transmission codes, it’s behaving perfectly, they will check the linkage and I’ll have it back Tuesday. Tuesday comes, I’m told Tim didn’t finish it before he had to leave but I’ll for sure have it back the next day. Wednesday rolls around, my truck will not be ready until Thursday. So...after 7 days, and $300, I get my truck back being told that Tim went over everything and never could find anything wrong with the transmission or the linkage between the shifter and the transmission. This morning, I go to leave for work and I have the exact same transmission problem that made me take my truck to Frank’s. So I took it to Five Star in Thomaston. 2 hours later, they had found and replaced the clip that was missing that holds the shifter cable in place on the transmission. 7 days and $300 dollars was an epic fail for Frank’s, 2 hours and $49.95 and Five Star has reminded me why I have almost always taken my vehicles to them for the last 9 years. Not a mistake I’ll ever make again.

My husband's truck was towed here after he totalled it by falling asleep after his night shift and hitting a big oak tree. When we came out to gather his belongings, everything was accounted for, including his cell phone and wallet. They were very nice and considerate, even offering to move the truck so we could get into the cab more easily. One note: there are two locations not far from each other. We stopped at the wrong one first but they kindly directed us and even called ahead so they were expecting us.

My husband was in a wreck and Frank's was very considerate when we went to clear out his totalled truck. His wallet, cell phone, and glasses were still in the truck, untouched.

ONLY TRUST FRANKS!!! Another "mechanic shop" messed up my car and I was recommended to Frank's. It has to be one of the best decisions I've made in my life!!!! The previous mechanic (Auto Master Thomaston GA) did not know what he was doing and almost had me buying a new motor. Skeptical but still willing to buy the motor, I bought my VW to Frank's. These are truly good people, after checking my car they realized I did not need a new motor but a new mechanic! Haha. God bless them!

My car had an issue. We were right by Franks. My wife walked to their shop and they were closed. She called their number and the guy she spoke to said another driver was on his way to the shop. Within a matter of minutes, Chris pulled up to me,asked if we were ok, and seen my wife in front of their shop. He picked her up and took her to get her car, so we could fix mine. These 2 were great. We will always call if we need anything, from towing to mechanic, thank you.

My car broke down on I-75 near Forsyth GA, called AAA and within 30 minutes Frank’s tow crew arrived. And this was on New Years Eve! Franks crew could not have been more professional and empathetic to a stranded holiday traveler. My highest marks to Frank’s!!

These guys are AWESOME and life savers!! My husband was stranded in Macon GA and we needed our car towed to Alpharetta GA and they were the only ones who were willing to take our job through AAA. Chris the gentleman who towed our vehicle to our Mechanic was Fantastic!!

Fantastic! I had an emergency where my car was acting up, and I needed it for work in less than 2 hours. Frank and his Staff has me bring it in, they fixed it right up, and I made it to work with minutes to spare. Words can’t express how very much I appreciate their care, work, and customer service. Highly recommended.

We broke down on I-75, tow truck driver very accommodating to tow both truck and trailer. Everyone at garage so nice, in rual community, so we were dropped off and picked up at local restaurant. Frank and staff went above and beyond to get us back on road as quickly as possible. If we lived close, Frank's would be our regular mechanic.

Broke down on the way to Savannah on I75, just north of Macon, AAA tow to Franks Automotive was very timely, Had to have a timing chain cover, water pump and timing chain replaced. They had it all done and I was back on the road in less than 24 hours. Very good and curious service.

Guardian Angles is how I describe Franks Automotive/tow crew. Not only did they search to find me when stranded in my car, they towed me to, & kept the garage open after hrs on a Friday, special ordered and had delivered, a new part needed for my car, sent out for and had delivered for me, food in the pouring freezing rain. Fixed my car. Then found a hotel for me to stay in, when all hotels were being booked up from the snow storm that was hitting Alanta GA area. Frank, Nanna, Mechanic(& wife) & Charles, Thank You All So Much for keeping me safe during my travel. I want everyone to know how great your co. is

Brought my car in for service and told them to take their time. well they called the next morning and said it was ready and brought my car to me. didn't cost me an arm and a leg either. great service and great people. trust me, you wont find a better shop. These guys are super!! I was broken down at a rest stop on my way to Tampa, Fl to see my daughter for Thanksgiving. Thank God I had AAA and they called Frank's. They had to come out twice and the second time they had to tow me. They took me to a new hotel where they knew I would be safe. The young man took my belongings into the hotel and stayed with me until I got checked in. I thought my car was in serious trouble. Frank checked my car himself. Turns out it was very minor. Did not charge me a dime. He brought me my car and got me back in the road. He even called me in the road twice more to make sure I was safe and the car was still running well!!! I felt safe and taken care of like family!!! Would recommend these guys to everyone!!! Love you guys!! God Bless you, your business and your families!! Took my van in on Thursday late afternoon and they had it ready to pickup Friday morning. My van runs beautifully again and the ppl were so nice and helpful. I recommend Frank's Automotive to everyone☺

Great experience isn't enough for this place. When my minivan broke down and the dealership didn't want to help I was forwarded to Frank's and they reply was "we WILL fix it". They towed it from the useless dealership, fixed it, AND found some other underlying problems. I will be recommending this place to everyone.

An honest and reliable family-owned business. They've towed our cars either stranded at home or away and repair our cars in a timely manner. We have used Frank's for years and wouldn't trust anyone else with our cars.
