I had my 2023 Nissan rouge towed by them and they bent an axle towing it by strapping it down to hard and it shifted durning transport. They don’t want to take responsibility of their mistake and I just had my car serviced two weeks ago and the tow was less then a week ago.
Called requesting a tow. They said they would swing by my house to see if it was something they could do. Said they would call me back. It’s now three days later.. I’ve called multiple times and no one answers the phone. Poor business quality
When my son and I were traveling through Georgia on our way home to Florida, my car broke down and Mr. HADDEN stopped everything he was doing to tow and then fix my car quickly so we could be back on the road. He did so at a very reasonable price. I was so grateful for his help.
Attempted to call several times over 2 days and wasn't able to get anyone to answer. Never got return calls from the messages I left. I eventually sent employees to the shop; the shop was open but no one was around. They waited an hour before someone showed up. If you need to contact someone there, it may only be sheer luck that makes it happen.
