Very friendly staff and very competitive prices. I was explained in detail what was wrong with my vehicle and all possible solutions. Would definitely recommend if you’re a layman.
I recently went here because my car broke down when I was traveling. Being here I really felt southern hospitality. I was planning to fix it myself because I am a certified collision tech but I just didn’t have to tools to fix it with me. I feel as if it was a very fair price for the job. No complaints, great people in a great town.
Showed up to get four tires put on my Ranger That I already had. The guy in there putting tires on was telling me that he wasn’t gonna charge me less than $45 a tire Because he had to “manhandle them”. Also charge $15 extra per tire so they can dispose of them. K&L one mile down the road charged me $25 Per tire and only $10 a tire to dispose of them. These guys are really trying to charge double what the work is actually worth.
Going there was the worse mistake I ever made made in need of a tire and the owner scammed me by saying the was $75 that was for everything on my way to work the next morning the tire blew out and I went back to get another one and she lying by the price she gave me putting the tire on was 35$ mind you this was her tire. So people if you need of service please don’t go to Bennett tire service they will scam you.
Got a huge nail in tire just as we were leaving to drive out of state. It was after hours yet they still fixed it for us. David was great! They know service!

The Initial customer service was great !even worked with me on the price! Drove off with a very bumpy ride ?!The next day,it was discovered by more than one tire professional that the tire I was sold was bad .i called the next day and I was told I would get a refund with proof of purchase ,just for me to get there today expecting a peaceful and professional transaction;but instead,I get rebuttal from the employee and only half my money back because the owner says”I have to charge you something for labor and 20 bucks is the best I can do “. Very janky,very disappointed!
Recently called Bennett on Saturday morning requesting tire road service…. Price was quoted and I agreed to the price and even agreed to meet him at their place of business since I already had the tire in the back of my truck and their business was not open. He said he would call me back with a time to meet. Waited for his call the rest of the day with no return call. I called him later that afternoon and got his voice mail and his message that “he will be paged”. Never heard from him again and ended up taking my business to someone else who was willing to do the job on a Sunday morning. The fact that he thought it was ok to waste my day and my time is selfish on his part and means he’ll never get a chance to do that to me again. It takes less than two minutes to call and say “Hey I am sorry but I’m behind today and not going to be able to do this for you.”
The awesome family over at Bennett Tire Brake Oil Towing have provided quick, quality and friendly service every time that I've visited, from tire plug to tire replacement, since moving into the area a little over a year ago! I never said anything about a refund, I never left anything other than a single star but, a refund wasn't the issue, the problem was that I came in and talked to your dad on buying 4 used tires, he gave me a price and we set the tires by the bay door, I went to the bank to get cash and when I came back he had left and went to lunch, your mom had come in, I showed her the tires and told her the price he had given me, she refused to sell the tires for that price even after your dad confirmed what we had agreed upon so, I ended up paying what she wanted, I use to purchase tires from your establishment all the time but after that day, I never bought anything else from you guys, the boys and dad would give great deals but the mother never would, yes I have shopped with you in the past but because of this I started using K & L or I went to Goodyear in Wrens.

The worst tire shop I'm town prices are out of control. They tried charging me 50 dollars to patch a regular tire ... And then had the nerve to tell me a lot of work goes into it ...I'm from NY not even there they charge you 50 to patch a tire ...they the worst

I came in to purchase a tire for my car. Keep in mind this is a family owned business. I have been introduced to the Daddy, the Mother and both of the sons. These are ‘GOOD’ people. Very friendly, and fast when it comes to service. Plus the prices are reasonable. They definitely have my business. If anyone needs tires come to Bennett tires! You can’t go wrong!!
The two brothers that run the shop are amazing and helpful, the only reason i gave it three stars is bc the lady that works there is very pushy and rude. She lacks customer service skills. Other than that they’re great
HORRIBLE AND TRY TO CHEAT YOU OUT YOUR MONEY ! Last time i went for a used tire they tried to get me to get a new for $70 i told them i didn’t want that so they charged $35 for a used but said cash only which i witnessed the previous customer use the card machine ! I called again today for a used tire they tried to sell me a new one for $99 which i said no and went up on the price of $55 for a used tire if you don’t go with what they want you to do then they try to charge a arm and a leg most definitely need to go out of business !
had a TERRIBLE experience and feel like I was cheated!!! Will never go back for anything else not even a tire! I advise you if you are having car trouble don't go here they charged me for a repair they didn't make. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
My tire kept going flat on my way home to SC from Florida! I stopped here and the guy stated he couldn't find the problem at first then stated that my tire needed to be changed because an old plug was leaking. They don't take "debit cards" and (who doesn't take debit cards in 2017) so we walk to the store to get cash! When we got back they had put a tire on my car with absolutely no tread! Then stated that was the only one she had left (even though when i called and when i got there she said she had plenty) and it would cost us $35 plus a $5 disposal fee for the old tire!! I was so upset because she knew everything else was closed and we had no choice but to take it!! We didn't even make it home on the tire!! Smh It blew out on us 2 hours later Just crooked!!
