Floyd is one of the best people you will ever find. Broke down outside of town and called the store to see about a part delivery. He showed up and would not leave me and my family. He stayed for over 3 hours on the side of the road until the tow truck showed up and then drove us 3o miles to a hotel by the dealership. He wouldn't take any money for gas or his help. Everybody that stopped knew Floyd! Definitely not many people left like him. He helped when he didn't have to and went above just helping.

Don't want my business I'll go elsewhere. Can't make 3 hydraulic lines 1/2 hour before close. 530 pm on Saturday.

They gave me valuable information!

They short you on spark plugs got 8 2 boxes of 4 and one box only had 3 so only got 7 plugs for car that needs 8

I like Napa auto parts..this one is a small store. Limited on options.

Man I really like napa ,I just wish they had prices on product was buying or at least set it up for ee could use app to scan over and see price they always got the best part s ...

When in doubt ask for Floyd, he is very knowledgeable, still wished they had Wagner Brake pads, but what i bought so far so good.
