I broke down on I-85 South and was super frustrated, not knowing what to do. A police officer showed up and told me that if I didn’t call a towing company, they would call one for me — and every trucker knows how crazy expensive that can get.
I called Specialized Towing & Recovery, and Mike showed up in less than 15 minutes. In my 14 years of experience, I’ve broken down on highways more than 20 times and met many towing operators, but I have never met someone like Mike.
He was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional from the moment he arrived. He had a smile on his face, kept a positive conversation going, and treated me with genuine respect during a stressful moment.

Dad and uncle go into a motorcycle crash and they worked with us as we were coming from out of state to get the bikes. They specifically stayed over an hour late till we could come get the bikes. They also took great care of the bikes even after the poor condition one of them was in from crash. If you’re in the area I’d highly recommend them.
These people are thieves, they took my car without authorization, I had a car accident because of the snow, police were there when we couldn't find someone to pick up the car at that moment so they decided to take the car without calling me or letting me know and they asked for $1000 to take out the car, to take out the carrrr and the car it’s useless.

Horrible!!!! Car was towed by the police I get there the man has no customer service skills whatsoever. Ask for my title or registration of course I didn't have that on me. Then I ask how much does it cost to get it out he says $200!!!! My car arrived literally that day no more than three hours before!!!!
Then I ask what firm of payment do you take... Wait for it!!! He says nonchalantly cash only! I pray you never experience this company or this county because whew!
My father needed someone to tow his tractor and Specialized towing was amazing and did the job perfectly for him! He appreciated the customer service and kindness showed to him. Thank YOU!
This towing company stole my car bc i was waiting on roadside assistance to get my car out of a ditch but there was a nearby accident and both of those cars were totaled and my car was perfectly fine but bc I had to leave it bc I had to get my kid on the bus and I would return when roadside got there they took it with the other cars I literally had no idea where my car was because roadside assistance was calling me saying that they did not see my car and it was no longer there I was so confused at this point I had to call around everywhere just to figure out where my car was. so I find out that this towing company had my vehicle and they tell me that I can come pick it up so when I get up here knowing that my car was falsely towed by the wrong company that was not with my insurance when I get to the front desk they’re telling me that I have to pay $420. This was ridiculous to me, because they were never supposed to take my car because I called insurance for that specific reason. Georgia law states that for a nonconsensual tow you cannot charge more than $175 so they’re definitely getting over on me
My son was involved in an accident and Specialized towing picked up the vehicle at the request of Braselton Police. This occurred on Saturday 03/16/2024. I called to get the truck on 03/18/2024 and they charged me $452.40. That includes a $17 fee for using a credit card. This is absolutely ridiculous! I will NEVER recommend this company!
With affordable truck tires and can't express how phenomenal the service is, we didn't have to re-call for an eta update, they were here on the time they said. The driver who came to pick up this truck was awsome as well.
Fast service. Very friendly. I did not get the name of the lady who helped on the phone but she was super helpful. Taylor the driver was great. Very friendly. Definitely recommend!
