Jon not only found the perfect replacement battery but also carried it to my car. Sal quickly located the warranty and replaced the battery at no charge. They made what could have been a stressful situation quick and easy. I’m so grateful for their exceptional customer service and will always choose this O'Reilly’s location in the future!

Every time we have needed a part, they either already had the part in shock, or if ordered, it is usually there the next day. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Not batting an eye about going out to the vehicle to clear a code and tell you what the problem is. They have been very useful over the phone, too. I definitely recommend using this location.

I recently purchased a replacement fuel pump for my 1994 Jeep Cherokee that came with a "limited" 1 year warranty. Before installing the new pump, I dropped the tank and completely cleaned it. The tank was remarkably clean and virtually rust free. I had just replaced the fuel filter and had driven about 75 miles since the installation. Once I completed the installation, everything worked perfectly. However, after driving the vehicle about 100 miles, the pump started making a loud humming noise. I knew that this was a bad sign and indicated the pump would not hold up much longer. I purchased a new pump elsewhere and installed it along with another filter to safeguard any warranty concerns. When I returned the faulty pump to O'Reilly's, I showed them my original receipt along with the fuel filter and documentation showing that it had been replaced recently. I was told that there was no warranty on the part and there was nothing they could do. I asked if I could get a store credit for future purchases. They told me, no. I suppose a 1 year limited warranty is so full of exceptions that they only refund things if they want to. Do yourselves a favor and pay the extra money for an OEM part or have a local shop install one that is backed up by their business. I operate a small used car business, so I do buy parts on a consistent basis. Will I shop at O'Reilly's in the future. No!

Always helpful staff. Recently, I had check engine light come on in my vehicle. I went to O'Reillys near me, and the gentleman working there was happy to run the diagnostic machine on my vehicle for no charge, and provided the code & description of trouble. While this did not narrow down the exact trouble, it gave me all the possibilities that could be going on. I wasn't blindsided when I took my vehicle in to the service dept for repair.

CODY, was great. Been going there for awhile. Will continue to go there for everything. Had bought parts for a hunting vehicle, Well needless to say storms that passed through Jackson County left me with a tree on a crushed vehicle. Parts had been purchased 2 days prior to storm. Returned all parts, no ?s. Asked.

They might have what you need but, at twice the price so I will wait till next day when Amazon deliver to my house. I am not an advocate for online purchases but, when they charge so much more screw that.

I cant recall a bad experience at this location, and I have been shopping here since the doors opened. Always super helpful, and usually have everything you need, in stock. If not, you can order it, and have it the very next morning!

Would have 5 star but they don't have any good brake pads for higher end cars that need a good carbon pad. Also the rice fart can slow an just dumb are starting to hang out there

Called before we went to store to ask if they price match. Guy said yes. Get there to buy oil and once he saw the price from Walmart he would have to match, he said no that’s just too low. Very poor customer service and dishonest people. If your company has a price match guarantee, stand by your word! Especially when someone calls ahead of time. Hopeful the manager will reach out and make it right but not counting on it! For now, we are headed to Walmart. Cost difference is $28 vs $22.

The the manager Caitlin was a very professional I was out of town visiting my family when I couldn't start my car. I thought it was my alternator, but they tested it and fortunately all I needed was a new battery. They replace it, installed a new one, and I was on my way back home. Thank you O'Reilly's for hiring professional people who know how to do their job. Also, for treating customers who have a disability with respect.

After moving to a new part of town, The first time I came here, I thought to myself I'm never coming back here, however I have been back and I'm glad. I first experience was obviously a harsh employee having a bad night! .My experience's since then, have all been great, with a staff that Is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! This rocks, great prices

I must admit, the employees here are more knowledgeable than Auto Zone. They are happier to assist, and don't give you 2 different brands to change brakes and rotors. Shannon and Tommy Garrett

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond to take care of me. I had made the wrong purchase at another location and had no receipt. They allowed me to make an exchange and gave me the current sale price, saving me money over what I had originally paid.

I had to stop at O'Reilly's last night, something was wrong with my car & Evan was employee who helped me... He was super helpful... He was genuinely interested in what was wrong with my car and helped me find out what the problem was. He was professional yet friendly. From now on, this is the store I will be going to! It is a little bit out of my way but it is worth it to get great customer service like I got last night! I will most definitely be recommending this location & Evan!! He went above & beyond & I truly appreciate his help

The story is probably one of my favorites auto parts store in Hoschton. they have a wide range of products for you to choose from and the staff here has always been helpful and friendly. They have not only car parts but lawn mower parts, chainsaw parts and a bunch more. The pricing is sometimes a little higher compared with other auto store parts. Overall I would definitely recommend this store.

I did not have the best experience with this store. I went in because my ac needed a recharge and asked the 2 guys in the store to point me to the freon cans. The older gentleman pointed in the direction and told me "right there". The younger gentleman in the store was more helpful. I asked them which one they recommended and the older gentleman referred to the younger for the answer. The younger gentleman asked what my problem with my car was and I told him that the ac on the driver's side didn't get as cold as the passenger side so I knew I had a leak (plus my repair guy confirmed it). The older gentleman spoke up and said "that isn't a leak". I told him how I knew and he stated "it doesn't work that way sweetie".....really???? Did he have to be so condescending when he clearly didn't know what he was talking about to begin with??? I'm not a moron. I already knew what I needed. All I needed was them to sell it to me. The younger gentleman spoke up and actually offered to go check the pressure on my ac for me (which I appreciated). Guess what....the pressure was low. However, the younger gentleman wouldn't sell me the can of freon stating I did not have a leak and he thought my problem was my compressor. My compressor was running just fine! I reminded him that I was already told what my problem was yet he said he didn't want me to waste money on the can since I didn't need it. I left empty handed and took my car to my repair guy a few days later. Well.....I HAD A LEAK!!! Just like I told these 2 guys. I am super irritated because I feel like they treated me like an idiot for being a woman when I knew more than they did apparently. Geez! I'll drive to Jefferson to Auto Zone from now on.

I used O'Reilly all the time until a few weeks ago when I purchased new spark plugs for my truck. O'Reillys sold me long plugs when my truck called for short plugs. I trusted o'Reillys auto parts tho. Needless to say the long plugs were installed and when the truck was turned over the pistons hit the tips of the plugs and now my truck is in world of mess. So thanks a lot o'Reillys auto parts. I would not recommend anyone going here. This was lack of experience, employee being on cell phone and not paying attention, and I guess my fault for trusting them. O'Reillys should be held responsible for fixing my truck but instead I was told that I couldn't even get a refund because the tips of the plugs were damaged. It's is yalls fault for being on cell phone instead of paying attention to what the customer is telling you.

Good, knowledgeable staff, and all the parts that I've needed for restoration and repair of my older trucks. If they don't have it in stock, they can have it by the end of the day or the next morning. Guaranteed. They get all my business for my auto shop.

It is so nice and clean. So clean it sparkles. I like to use the restroom here it is so clean. I buy spray paint here for everything, bc they have the best retail paint around , yo! Personalities galore, here, yo!

Nice store, good selection, nice and clean and organized. Oreillys is really giving AZ and Advanced Auto.some.good competition. Prices are a little higher than average I think on a few things.
