Went to this store to order an AC compressor for my car. They didn’t have it in stock so they let me order one that costed $500, I paid with my debit card. I ended up finding another one at a different store for cheaper so I decided to go back and return my item the very next day. They told me the only possible way for me to get my money back would be in cash, which was fine with me, but they didn’t actually have enough cash to give me my money back. I went back the next day to ask if now they had enough, sent me away again. On the 3rd day I called the store to see what they were gonna do about me getting my money back, they tried to tell me to go to different locations and try to see if they could give me my money. Called 2 other locations that said that was a lie and that it was this store’s responsibility to pay me back. Called this store and asked for the manager, Jose Cepeda, who was not only very rude but super unprofessional and unwilling to help. His only answer to me asking when I would get my $500 back was: “whenever we collect enough cash”, I kept saying that I need my money back or at least an estimate date or something; to which he said “Since you wanna cry over $500, come to the store and I’ll give it to you out of pocket, bye” and then hung up. I did as told and asked to see Jose; apparently he wasn’t there but left the money. Overall just a ridiculous situation

He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and offered solutions without any pressure. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us. The only place in Jefferson/pendergrass you need to go for car needs. I’m new to the area and traveling at night, noticed my headlight was out when I almost drove straight through an s-curve. Stopped here on a whim and unfortunately it was on the bell of closing. Dani G didn’t skip a beat after hearing what type of car I have he goes, “aww man, those headlights are tough to get too. Let me make sure it’s the right one before I steal you wrong.” I state if you’re closing I’ll come back and he insists on helping me. He popped the hood, go to the light and fortunately for me it was faulty wiring and he fixed it by popping the light properly back in socket. I’m writing this review at 9:10 pm because while he didn’t earn my business today, he earned it for life by giving outstanding customer service. I have 3 vehicles at home and this is where we’ll be getting our car needs from here on out. Thanks Dani!
I went to this store last night to have my alternator tested. The 3 guys working were all knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Best AutoZone staff that I have dealt with to date.
Went there 3 times over the past 3 weeks and every time their oil was “full” so I couldn’t dump my 1 gallon oil pan there. Ridiculous, they’re just lazy and not wanting to do it. Do better autozone
I received excellent service from Alejandro D at Auto Zone at store 2894. This young man was so impressive, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I truly recommend this store.
Walked Into the store, to see if they carried large water containers because of the heat! I didn’t get the guy’s name, taller guy with brown hair. He let me know, they didn’t carry them so he told me to hold on!? He went to the back, grabbed a bottle of water and said, but I have this for you! Can’t beat that service!
Had battery issues on a battery I got from the Flowery Branch store. They either for got to register it or put it under my phone number. Jose C. Got me taken care of under warranty and got it installed quickly for me.
So definitely don't recommend using this store if you have a shop. The commercial manager Cody is rude arrogant clearly doesn't want to sell parts. He knows nothing about anyone with commercial accounts. It's bad when a cx spends over 7 grand a month with autozone and is completely disrespected over the phone by a simple manager at autozone. Will definitely stop using them from this point. Advance auto parts is clearly more respectful along with treating there commercial accounts better.
