Over the years technology, email and text have made my business (school bus repair)better for some but not all. Six years ago I swapped my role as technician for a new role as shop foreman. As many know every detail and description of parts can be a lengthy process if your are forced to type them into a device. Being born in the 1970s and forgetful of how many fingers I have unbroken adds to this. In August 2025 after many failed attempts to get someone to answer the phone someone did Tom Ballew all the way in Oklahoma. Not only did he answer he will call you back and send the right part on the correct po #. I have used him every order since . Thanks for the great service Tom
I spent thousands I didn't need to because of a misdiagnosis & still had to get the root problem fixed elsewhere.They turned a $1,500 job into a 4,500 one.If you do buisness with them check all details because they upcharge parts unethically,trash throw this whole establishment away asap.
This Rush dealer has some great group of guys that actually cares about their customers.I brought my truck in for service and they fixed the issue and communicated through out the entire process.To name a few Jeremy,Glenn,charles,Jon..I will definitely recommend my fellow truckers over to this particular shop and I will most definitely will be back even if I have to tow it 70 miles past my nearest Rush dealer .Thanks again Rush at Gainesville ga location

Was not too happy with the total bill. An expensive lesson learned. A few times I have visited Rush truck centers and they are just so expensive compared to other dealership.
I was looking at a sales flyer I picked up in the office area before I left and compared the services they performed to the price they advertised and it seemed to be different. Not sure if it was an old sales paper or not but it was definitely not what I was charged. Parts price was decent. Pretty comparable to other dealerships. They seemed to be pretty thorough but I was hoping for an estimate before being charged.
In summary, I went in because the A/C was acting up. $800+ later I have 3 new filters. Cost of filters, $50. Like I said, expensive lesson learned. NEVER FORGET THE IN CABIN FILTER! 🙄
Great, Quick, Successful Service Received From Mark White! He Even Went The Extra Mile To Locate A Product They Did Not Have In Store In Effort For Me To Get It Same Day!
2 out of the 3 times I've been here things that worked before didn't work afterwards.They made it right the first the the second the mechanic didn't remember working on the unit & I was shrugged off.I put my life on the line to service this country & I pay for & deserve A-1 service,which unfortunately I haven't got here.If they make this right I will update my review otherwise I will never go here again & advise others to do the same.

They were so nice and helpful before..the company i work for has spent alot with them.NOT ANYMORE,The office in Gainesville ga.,decided they didn't want to help us anymore i guess? My last time down, they were Rude,didn't want to help,after I drove over an hour to get there,they didn't even have my order ready!! After telling me they did!! We will not be going back there!

Bunch of shady mechanics. Put a new rebuilt transmission in for us. Light came on after we left dealership. Charged us to look at it again. Then they said “ if it comes on again Just keep driving it it’s fine “. Very shady and unprofessional
Beware,do not let them diagnose your problem ,they charged me 4 hrs labor and all they did is run codes from the health report . charged me 2k for a nox sensor to be replaced when the problem was a egr valve . they are too expensive for the quality of work performed. Have used them 3 times for repairs and problems each time. If you know the repair needed shop around and use this company at your own risk.
Can never get someone on the phone. Left message on the press 1 press two system. They called back. I told them I could only come on Saturday because I drive a big rig. The guy I spoke to said no problem but when I pulled my rig up, it was closed. It is apparently closed on Saturday and Sunday. Google said it was closed but I decided to trust the actual employee. Guess you shouldn't take them at their word.
Closed when web site said they'd be open. Shop rate is bout $45 an hour to high. And like most International dealerships, they want a owner operator to leave the truck a week or two to do work that takes hours. International just wants to work on county School buses and garbage trucks, not owner operator trucks.
