I Called them when AAA let me down after 2 hours and still no one available. Carlos came with in 30 min and was so nice and extremely professional. I hope I don't need a tow again, but I will definitely call them first and highly recommend them! Their trucks are new and clean. As a woman it was nice to feel safe with such a professional company.
Great towing service! Called Alex towing and he said he was 30 minutes out. Traffic was heavy and rough. Carlos communicated the whole time, arrived and loaded us up. Took me to where I needed to go at a fair price. Thanks Carlos!
This guy charged me $105.00 for a tow literally across the street. I refused to tip after a high price like that. I was going to tip $50 in cash, but he got enough already!
Highly recommend. My car was stuck in park at a Walmart and I called Alex. He arrived quickly and was able to show me how to get my car in gear so I could drive to the repair shop which saved me money.

He was professional, explained what he was doing, gave me some tips for future reference, and also allowed me to travel with him to the drop-off location. My car broke down on the Friday after Christmas, at about 5:30. Every single place was too busy to even have a quick conversation. I’ve used Alex Towing a couple of times now for my classic car and always have a great experience. I usually arrange a day or two in advance. He arrives at the agreed time and charge is always as expected.
They were very prompt and excellent customer service … he was even patient with me when their was a gate issue because of the storm that just passed so I had to walk up front to get the leasing office to open the gate . He actually looked @ my car to assure me what the issue was so I wouldn’t be taking it to the shop for wrong reasoning so appreciate him confirming the issue for me … the tow was quick & smooth , I had to ride with him to sign paperwork @ shop, and he was nice to accommodate me with that as well, even had casual conversation so the ride wasn’t dry and boring … will definitely recommend and use again for any towing I need . The pricing was amazing as well
Professional. Carlos did a great job of helping to get my vintage Jeep down my long driveway, safely onto his truck, and safely to the repair shop. We'd agreed in advance for him to pick it up at my house on a Saturday morning. He showed up right on time, pushed it out of the garage, loaded the Jeep quickly and safely, and best of all without complaint. Felt like a real ally in helping to get my car problem resolved. Best tow experience I've had in Atlanta.
