This guy charged me $105.00 for a tow literally across the street. I refused to tip after a high price like that. I was going to tip $50 in cash, but he got enough already!
Highly recommend. My car was stuck in park at a Walmart and I called Alex. He arrived quickly and was able to show me how to get my car in gear so I could drive to the repair shop which saved me money.

He was professional, explained what he was doing, gave me some tips for future reference, and also allowed me to travel with him to the drop-off location. My car broke down on the Friday after Christmas, at about 5:30. Every single place was too busy to even have a quick conversation. They were very prompt and excellent customer service … he was even patient with me when their was a gate issue because of the storm that just passed so I had to walk up front to get the leasing office to open the gate . He actually looked @ my car to assure me what the issue was so I wouldn’t be taking it to the shop for wrong reasoning so appreciate him confirming the issue for me … the tow was quick & smooth , I had to ride with him to sign paperwork @ shop, and he was nice to accommodate me with that as well, even had casual conversation so the ride wasn’t dry and boring … will definitely recommend and use again for any towing I need . Professional. Carlos did a great job of helping to get my vintage Jeep down my long driveway, safely onto his truck, and safely to the repair shop. We'd agreed in advance for him to pick it up at my house on a Saturday morning. He showed up right on time, pushed it out of the garage, loaded the Jeep quickly and safely, and best of all without complaint. Felt like a real ally in helping to get my car problem resolved. Best tow experience I've had in Atlanta.
