I usually don’t leave reviews but they truly deserve one. I called all around looking for towing service at around midnight for his 86 Cutlass Supreme and not one would answer despite it saying 24 hours. Well I called JJ Liu and they were able to get him a quote and ping our correct location for the driver. I was told about 30-40 minutes but the driver arrived in less time than that and got his vehicle hooked up very quickly. Thanks to them we were able to get his baby home and not take the chance of leaving her in the shoulder on 285. THANKS AGAIN!!!!
After being left stranded for over 8 hours by the first towing company arranged by auto insurance roadside assistance program, we were beyond frustrated they never showed up and stopped responding altogether. Thankfully, my insurance company reassigned the call to J J Lui Towing. They were absolutely amazing. Even though it was after hours, they arrived promptly, were very professional, and everything went smoothly. The driver was friendly, efficient, and really helped turn a stressful night around. Called around a few places for estimates on having my car towed from the mechanic back home. First place quoted me almost $300 for less than 8 miles! Second place didn't answer the phone and had a full voicemail box. Called JJ, answered and gave me a much more reasonable tow estimate. No one enjoys being stranded after your car malfunctions and now you're trying to find out which towing company to use. You're hoping to find a credible, reliable and reasonably priced towing company. Thankfully, I found that with JJ Liu Towing. She was prompt and also kind. New to the Atlanta area and by sheer luck, I found an incredible towing service to deliver my car to a local mechanic. Their customer service was top notch from the call center to the pick-up and drop off. Super nice driver- arrived on time and was careful as well as super fast. No way to know who's in charge of the hiring at JJ, but their team is helpful, nice, and fair priced; in short they're doing this right. Wow!!! As you can see in the screenshot below, I called 6 places that claimed to be open 24 hours. I called the first company a half hour earlier and was given a quote. I said I'd call back soon once I had funds sorted. I called them back twice and they never picked up. The other 5 places also never picked up. Not only did JJ Liu Towing pick up the phone promptly as advertised, they gave me a quote that was $15 cheaper than the previous place. As promised, a truck was in my driveway in 20 minutes and they called to charge for the service shortly after that. The gal on the phone was very kind and had a very positive attitude. The gentleman who picked up my car was also very kind and very professional. He had my car ready to go in under 5 minutes. I used to drive for a living, so I had the misfortune of needing a tow no fewer than 4 times in the last 6 years. Even though it was after 10pm, Liu Towing blew the others out of the water by every metric. I'll be recommending them to everyone from now on and I'm saving their number in my phone right now.
JJ Liu Towing was marvelous! They said they’d be out within 45 minutes, and they arrived right on time. The driver was knowledgeable and courteous and answered all of my questions. I will definitely call them the next time I need a tow!
12am car died called JJ Liu came within 20 to 30min to tow my car on 85. They came mad quick got everything done professionally. Quick easy painless. Reasonable pricing. And I'm from NJ so they helped me out with this emergency since I don't know anyone other than 2 people down here.
Not only did they show up. at 11:30pm on a Monday after the previous towing company decided they just didnt want to work but they were very nice and knowledgeable about towing our stalled vehicle. State Farm dropped the ball on updating them with the new drop off address but they were nice enough to take it anyway. I definitely recommend this company!!!!! Thank you so much for helping us!!
Was some issues getting a tow truck for my company vehicle on a Saturday night. Fleet operators called over 20 towing companies and no one would so much as answer there phone. JJ Liu did.
People I spoke with were very nice and the driver that came to pick up the vehicle was to the point and got the job done swiftly.
Had a last minute need for a tow. JJ is fantastic. Walked me through the whole process in detail and gave me an accurate arrival time of the tow truck.

To summarize: great service at a reasonable price.
Battery died due to bad alternator. Called 4 or 5 different tow companies and they were the only ones to answer. Came out in like 20-30 minutes and their rates were fair. Good customer service, good communication, no complaints here.
When you need a tow, you need a tow. I didn't know the prices of a tow, this was actually the first company I called. They quoted me a price I didn't know if it was fair or not so I called around to check prices. This company was the cheapest, they treated me kind when they arrived, they arrived quickly. Overall a good experience and if I ever need a tow again I will be giving them a call.
Very professional and friendly service. My truck died at the gas station around 12am at night. They answer my call and got to me quickly. Good price and excellent service. Will be the first tow service I’ll call if something like this happens again to me.

This is the best towing service we have ever had!!! We were stranded in Norcross GA for 10 hours (93°F) and this is the only company that showed up after multiple no shows with other towing companies on a Sunday. JJ arrived within 18 mins and transported our disabled vehicle to Ellenwood GA. We are extremely grateful for JJ's assistance during a stressful moment in our life.

One of my kids cars broke down while they were on a trip to Altlanta, we were able to call the towing company and they were able to get the car to a safe location. Great Job!
