Only came here because SA was closed, paid me $2 dollars for spaghetti wires. First and last time coming here. I got receipts so don’t even bother saying I wasn’t there.

I was just about to take all my SCRAP here then I remembered I came to this exact place with a family member and the guy weighing my scrap knew it was my first time he decides to tell me they will give me my ticket at the counter me being naive I walk up to the counter the lady then tell me go back the guy should give you a ticket wich shouldve raise alarms already not only for me but for the lady as well . She clearly knew I needed the ticket before even leaving the weigh station so she could’ve checked over my ticket but then again it’s my fault. I go back to this loser who proceeds to give me a ticket it’s not only until I get back to the truck that the person with me(my uncle who has been through situations like this a million times)tells me did I even put the rotors I had wich I did he tells me it doesn’t seem like they payed me for it I was already about 20 minutes away and I should have asked way before all of this BUT is around 20 bucks maybe more worth a customer? Plus they have all these signs posted up saying people are armed I get that they have that do security but once you go through a situation like this it makes you wonder if those are there to deter people from arguing about any money or metal that has been stolen from them!!! DO NOT GO HERE AND IF TOUCH DO PAY ATTENTION TO THE SLIMEY STICKYFINGERS AT WEIGHT STATION ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS YOU JEED AND IF YOU CAN RESEARCH PRICES OF METAL BEFORE COMING SO YOU HAVE A ROUGH ESTIMATE
I called before I left. They answered all of my questions, and it made me feel like they would treat me honestly. When I arrived, I walked up to the garage and asked some more questions, and they helped me. They let me stand on the scale, and the barometer is in front of the scale. 5 to 10 min process 1130am
Friendly staff and easy process. They will direct you on where to place your materials on the yard to get the most money for them. I'm generally in and out with a check in under 20 minutes, even when I need to weigh in a few times.
Market prices fluctuate, so if you have a big load and aren't in a hurry it may be wise to call ahead to find the day with the best price for what you have.
Came here for the first time to get rid of some wheels for a car I no longer owned. Quick and easy process to get it weighed and paid. Made more than I thought I would which was a nice bonus, and they follow the process for documenting who gives the scrap to a T so I appreciate no one’s stolen cats are being sold there
Been dealing with TriStar since the day they open Good pricing they treat you well you can earn points from your loads you can use those points to get prizes like large screen TVs for instance but I choose them overall
My 1st time ever coming here I feel like this place ripped me off they took may copper and weighed time (of course you know the deducted weight for the plastic jacked) gave me a slip and told me to go around to the front I handed the my ID and 3 or 4 minutes later they gave me a slip with the payout $154 I've taken less (copper) to SA RECYCLING and gotten more money! I DECLINED doing business with Tri Star and asked for my copper back they did so with no problem but gave me back the deducted weight that was take off for the plastic jacket also the only reason this place has SO MANY good reviews is because the off an additional .10 per pound to your order if you give a good review I won't be going back to this place EVER. very bad people.I'm a HVAC contractor from out of state. I changed whole
AC system in one of my rental property.Office lady told me either I need to bring Ga HVAC lincense or receipt for the new unit replaced the old unit .
She said it start out 60 cents per pound. When i got there with receipt and unload and guys measure the unit and she says its only 5 cents per pound because copper and steel is not separated. thieves. bad business.
Those guys were laughing at me. I had a flat tire from all those screws
on the ground on top of the scam. They were rip off and it seems they do that to people
who they think they can get over.
They just did a BAD routine rip off one customer too many.
i'm calling immigration today for appetizer.
I'll try to talk to the business owner today. Mean while anyone have problem with my post and want to settle just let me know .

If that Lesley young lady or guy with the computer told me before unload
about 5 cents per pound I would just drive back out and no hard feeling
involved here.
tri star is by far my favorite place to drop off metal they employees are very friendly and helpful .. also they have a large drop off area for the people that drives big trucks with a trailer to get in and out with no problem and a machine to help unload large objects ... I been going there for almost ten years now ... thanks tri star ...
Very nice people good price. Leslie she is a sweetheart. Been going there over 4 yrs now. I have a truck with a trailer and i have no problem turning it around
I've used this place often to recycle scrap. I found them to pay more $$ per pound than others several times. They were always friendly and helpful. The only thing different about this place is it's small and can be difficult to pull in a long trailer to turn around.
Ben doing business for a while and they have shown me how to make more money on my metal. Nobody else does that around here. As a business owner I appreciate the honesty and service.
