⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service — Above and Beyond! I run a trucking company and recently sent one of our trucks to Myles Truck Repair in Lawrenceville, GA for an air leak issue. We already had the replacement hose, just needed it installed. Even though my driver showed up close to their closing time, these guys still took care of him with no hesitation. They not only fixed the issue quickly but because it was an easy quick fix they decided to not to charge us. They treated my drivers with respect, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to help us out when they didn’t have to. If you’re in the area and need honest, professional, and reliable truck repair service, I highly recommend Myles Truck Repair. These are the kind of people who truly understand what truckers go through on the road and have real integrity in their work. If any of our trucks are ever in Georgia I now have a place to send all my trucks for any repairs.

I would run the other way before I would rely on this shop, my truck arrived at there shop on June 24th at 1pm they diagnosed a(Yancey's ) to fix that it would be covered under warranty. injector showed up at noon 7/2/25 they did not get it repaired until late 7/3/25 by time they got truck to Yancey they could not start on it until Monday. when I had talked to Mark at Yancey's and told him the truck would be there either late Tuesday or early Wednesday he told me Myles could have called them that they had all these parts at there facility and Myles never even called them anyways Mark called and said that they did not tighten a nut and the rocker arm broke. Yancey finished the repair at 1pm and to fix there screwup and it was 749.02 called them several times on 7/8/25 said it had to be okayed by upper management as of 1:35 7/9/25 they still have not paid itt 3:30pm that it needed the front and rear injector harness for a C15 Cat Jeremy said if I order right now they could have them tomorrow 6/25/25 around noon. Harnesses didn't show up until noon 6/26 at noon it is a 4 1/2 hour job they called me Friday and said that are driver would have to spend the weekend that they could not get it done. I had gave them my cell# and are mechanics they never communicated with us at all we had to call them for updates, are secretary came in Saturday morning to do some paper work and they called and said truck was done so I sent driver to pickup truck and on his way to pickup his trailer he called me back and said there was still a misfire so I had him take it Back. Monday 6/30/25 Jeremy called and said that his mechanic over torgue and broke the #6 injector when putting it back to gather and they would take care of it but would have to order it also told me on 6/30/25 the water pump was weeping I told them I would take it to the Cat shop in Jefferson, GA

I had 2 damaged brake chambers on my flatbed trailer in Lawrenceville Georgia. Two mechanics showed up tools , parts and a great attitude. Steven and Bradley. Very knowledgeable Mechanics. These guys are awesome. My truck wouldn't start. They came out within 30 minutes or so. He literally checked everything to find the cause of the Problem. Finally, got the truck to start. He told us what was wrong and what needs to be done to fix and replace a bunch of parts on the truck its an old truck. I hope not to get stuck on the road or out there again. But if I do, I'm calling them first. I dont remember his name but Thank you to the guy that came out.??

I am GREG BLACKBURN, using my wife's account. This shop is the most professional shop I have ever been to. Clean and comfortable waiting area, clean bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. It's even well decorated. The mechanic that did my inspection did an extremely thorough job and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. Finally, the price charged was half what other shops quoted me. I fully recommend this shop.

Truck wouldn’t start after doing a delivery at a receiver, Myles Truck Repair came out, diagnosed properly and showed that the starter went bad. Within a very reasonable amount of time got a new starter and installed it all at the receiver location. $200 below the original estimate. Charles was awesome and did not waste any time at all. The bill was not cheap, but was definitely not over priced at all. Still even made it to my next appointment on time without any rescheduling

My 2021 Acura required a dolly tow truck and Myles was the only one out of the dozen that I called that could send one. Casey from Myles was able to get a driver to my home quickly and was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I will definitely call Myles in the future for any towing needs. I came here to get my airlines done and I got the quote quick and the guy was on it before I went back to my truck and out in 45 minutes. I will definitely come back if any issues come up again. Be warned... This place is dealer expensive (200/hr), slow, and incompetent. I scheduled a time to repair truck and it still took two weeks. Spent 2200.00 on an EGR valve that didn't fix the problem. Had the work estimates signed off by someone else twice. I was basically robbed and given a broken truck back. Or more to the point, I had to go take the truck back before more time and money were wasted. Just save time and set your money on fire!

I’ve been using Myles for our fleet for maybe about 6 months or so now and have loved their service and work. They have worked very hard to accommodate our needs and get our trucks back on the road when we need them. Also not often I have found a shop that I trust to not have dollar signs in front of honest service and great work. Thank yall for all you do!

After calling around to 7-8 different locations, Myles Truck Repair was the ONLY place that was able to do a SAME DAY DOT INSPECTION for me. S/O to Jake and Ryan for fitting me in and completing my inspection in a more than timely manner. Would definitely recommend and return if needed everytime.

This company came out overnight and took care of my unresponsive truck in a matter of minutes. The problem was so simple, and they did not jack up the price for a simple fix because it was after hours. That was something that I greatly appreciated. I switched my regular service to Myles. They were nice, courteous and got things completed in the time frame they stated so I could get my truck back on the road.

Continued ** So now they have had my truck for six months, keep changing prices, a lot of miscommunication, know one knows anything so always have to contact the other location. I asked can they at least do my annual inspection which is usually priced at $135 everywhere I’ve been since they have had the truck for 6 months and have been all through it so it should have been a breeze. It is now passed due as of November. They wouldn’t even throw that in after reviewing almost $20,000 in repairs. Money hungry at its best. So after 6 months of loss wages on a truck that I still had to make payments on, pay insurance and other business expenses on I can finally go pick my truck up. The only positive thing that I can say is that out of all the lack of communication in the beginning ED in the Auburn location was very communicative and at least tried to help a bit. After all said and done if you can get with some people in the trucking business and find a reliable, trustworthy shop then go with them. This has been a very long and horrible experience. By the way I picked my truck up today and the battery was dead. I’m going to assume on top of not starting it which I originally thought was the issue my husband found that the lift gate switch was left on inside the truck. Why was that on at all if the lift gate was not being used the entire time. Yet, the battery issue was not their fault. Now I have to get this repaired as well else where. RUN I tell you.

The Team at Myles Truck Repair is top notch. Great Customer service! They were able to get my motor home in and replaced the blower motor in a timely fashion when the dealer said it would be 3-6 weeks before they could look at it. Thanks again for the great service! I HIGHLY recommend.

AUSTIN the Service Mrg.. was rude.. did not want to help me after I càlled him, that the clutch line has Littlery fell apart from the rear end of the newly transmission, AUSTIN is rude very disrespectful told me as Customer I'm stupid an idiot as well as my Company.. tried lying to me as well. Terrible Service
