Guy that came to tow my car was friendly and nice and all. Folks working there were not. Also I’m not allowed to take anything attached to my wrecked car? Go ahead and kick me while I’m down I just spent $500 on car parts for a now-wrecked car y’all will make plenty off my car that you covered $200 of charges for even if I take a battery.

Great service even though i lost my car.

Seems like the lady there doesn’t get enough attention at home, very rude and ignorant, bless her heart. Everyone else was kind.

Don't have them tow your semi ,if you do take plenty of pictures ..had my truck towed to a dealer and was informed all 4 of my rear axle airbags were ruptured and I know they were fine before being towed and they also went over the estimate

The men were nice! However the ladies there seem pretty rude and bad customer skills. Then again it must been their jealous spirit ?

Bad attention, the person in charge is rude and not at all friendly. They charged $20 extra to get my car out just because they don’t allow me to go in to look for it with Dolly.

Went there Saturday morning and asked to see if I could look for a nabors glass and was told yes and then no and when I went to leave 1 of the employees was really rude and nasty towards me. The owners were good people but they need to work on the some of their employees thow as you can see in the picture

Saw my car was towed to a different spot (in Athens), couldn’t start the car and the wheel was turned 90 degrees so I thought the guys had messed up the alignment, got unreasonably angry at a driver and he fixed my car instantly, turns out nothing was broken and instead of decking me we had a civil conversation. I’m so sorry to that tow driver for yelling at him they don’t break your car on purpose

Saw an accident. The two drivers of the trucks that came were quick and professional. They assisted each other with the accident clean up after they both got their cars up.

Rude employees with no sense of urgency and lack of empathy. Business also nicked and fines customers by charging a 4% “service” fee for debit and credit cards but does not accept checks.

Was passed by a wrecker on Hosea Rd this evening. Didn't realize wreckers were allowed to go into on coming traffic and cut through parking lots at high speed to get to a call. Oh, wait they're not. Blatantly disregarding laws and safety in the rain. Never saw where he was going because he sped off up Winder Highway. Need to refresh your drivers on traffic laws. This one tonight needed to be arrested for reckless driving. Yellow lights don't hold the same authority as red or blue. Do better.

Do not do business with this company. I called to have my car towed from the house to a dealership. They said someone would be on their way in 15 minutes. Over 2 hours later no one showed up and I call to inform them of this. They still charged full price for the tow and apologized to say its a new employee who didn't save the information. All the while my spouse is laying in a hospital bed.

My car was towed here a few days ago. Jessica and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Shawn, the driver was awesome as well. Bella the cute bulldog was the best part!

Average service from what you would expect from a wrecker service. Someone stole items out of our wrecked vehicle but, we know it’s not their fault. I’m honestly just thankful to be alive. Black gentlemen who walked us to our vehicle at the office was friendly and so was the front staff. The only complaint is the guy who cleaned the wreck (tall guy) on June 19th was rude. We were in shock and hurting and I didn’t appreciate his tone during such a scary time. I don’t even remember what he said, I just remember being confused of him being so insensitive in that moment. I won’t allow that bad apple be the determinant for the whole company so 4/5. Thank you!

Had the misfortune of having my vehicle towed by these folks after a car accident, i unfortunately didn’t have a choice as they were called by the police department. When I went the following day to retrieve my items my valuables were missing. What a poor look to be entrusted with someone’s property during an already unfortunate situation and lack the ethic to not have sticky fingers. If you want to add insult to injury trust these folks with your property. If you’d like honest and reliable probably go with someone else. Also the pictures taken at the scene clearly show my car mirrors intact but when I went the following day I noticed my driver side mirror was missing. Did they damage it in transit? Did they steal it to sell it? Who knows but sure is suspect.

I was notified about my vehicle 20 days after Lance wrecker serviced received it back from the police department, and I paid about 800.00 to get my vehicle back, important papers for my company were wet and almost destroyed, and I had to lay my papers throughout my home to dry and some were destoried. I am giving this matter to my Attorney..........

BEWARE! Not only are they unprofessional on the phone but they also change the price by the hour. We called for the rate before we pi k up the car and it was one price. When we got there in person ( less than 30 minutes later) they changed the price to $30 higher. We asked about it and he said " I know what I said on the phone but the price is more now". I couldn't believe it . He took it back to the quoted price when he couldn't explain it or get passed our shocked faces. Unethical and unprofessional.

So my car stalled on the way to work this morning. I was lucky to coast into a Auto parts store. I was 3 quarts low on oil. poured oil into it and the car still would not start. (It would start but the computer would shut it down) Dreading the worst, I called a tow truck service, Lance. I'm writing this review because not only did they show up sooner than expected, the tow truck guy got my car to start and then followed me to the mechanic just in case. Best of all, no charge. So thank you Lance for saving my butt.

I like to give credit where credit is due. The energy you give is the energy you get back. My daughter and I didn't have any issues retrieving a vehicle that had been towed there. Everyone in the office was polite. They allowed her to go get proof of ownership out of the vehicle, so she could pay. No problems at all!!

After my accident, they towed my vehicle to the yard. The guy who picked up my vehicle was polite and fast, but the office staff is far from outgoing. They are usually on site after close. The storage costs are pretty expensive and I got a flat on my other vehicle when driving in the lot to get my possessions out of the damaged vehicle.

UPDATE: I went to get my car checked at the mechanic, and they said someone switched my battery out to a smaller one, I’ve never gotten my battery fixed before so it should have the original battery that came with the car but i have no proof but I’m sure it was them, I’ve also read other reviews about people having issues with their car parts. My car got impounded, came here on Christmas Eve and I’m glad they were open & on time. Quick and friendly. I haven’t compared any of their rates to other places because I’ve never been to other impound lots but the total was $330 for 12 days. I had no choice but to pay that price but their service was great altogether!

Friendly, however very disorganized. I went in the day after my wreck and it took them a good 15 minutes to find my file. Cleaned out my car and went back in to let them know that I was done and that insurance would be picking up the car. My insurance company called me and told me they would not release the car and it took several more days for insurance to get their hands on my car.

My son's car was towed 2 weeks ago by the company. Shortly after retrieving the car, the battery kept dying. My son purchased the car less than two months prior from a dealership and everything was working fine. Although we can't prove it my son insists the battery was changed out by Lance.

Both of the people I talked to on the telephone were curt when they first answered, but their demeanor quickly improved. Rosco is the operator who towed my vehicle and he did an excellent job making sure everything was done right. I would do business with them again.

I should have heed the warnings. Anytime the person answering never say their name means bad service is coming. I was told they will be there in 30-40 minutes. Called back an hour later and got nothing but attitude. She totaling didn't dispatch a wrecker to me. Had to contact a another service. This is my fault I ignored the one stars.
