We blew out 2 tires on a Saturday night and S&A was the first company that we called that was able to help us out (no one else had drivers available until the next morning). No call from S&A! 3rd call- so I called them at 10:30 am-again NO answer. but got t"this number is not taking calls..." no option to leave a message. I had to go with another towing service. Today I had a doctor's appointment along the way I had a slow leak in a tire made to my appointment but had a flat when I was finished. I called S&A spoke with, Amir, forgive my spelling, and he came to my rescue. He promptly changed the tire although he normally does towing . He was very courteous and I am very thankful.

My car died in the middle of a busy highway at night in the cold, not an ideal place for a young female by herself. Amir was here with his tow truck in 20 minutes when I would have still had to wait for someone from my insurance's Roadside Assistance for 3 hours. Not only did he tow my car, he helped diagnose and fix the issue replacing the battery AND fixing a window issue I was having on top of that at a very affordable price. Definitely would have cost me an arm and a leg if I had this done at the car dealership. Amazing service and couldn't rave more about him and how professional he was.

Terrible customer service. The driver gave me a receipt for the wrong amount. I called to request an updated receipt, and they kept hanging up on me. Ended up making a claim to my insurance for less than what I was entitled to. Terrible business! Stay away!

Called to have my vehicle towed the previous day and had to cancel due to a no show and the mechanic was closing. We set up for the next day at 9 am. Waited an hour for the person to call and tell me that they were busy and would not come to pick my vehicle up. The person even said he called me earlier in the morning but I did not have any missed calls. Wow that’s the top rating service they offer?
This is one of the nicest, most caring guys I have ever come across. I broke down today almost an hour from home with 3 of my children and called my roadside assistance. They dispatched someone to me, but after 2 hours sitting outside of a gas station burning up with my kids no one had showed or called. I then looked up numbers near me and was lucky enough to call his number. He answered and quoted me the price which was very reasonable. But I had already paid my insurance company over 200 dollars for the tow that didn't show. It takes time for them to repost that payment back to my card. I explained my situation and as soon as he heard me say I had my kids with me he said "I got you" and worked it out with me. He was there to rescue us within 10 minutes. I felt like he was already at home for the holiday weekend with his family for some reason, but he sprang into action to come help me and my kids. The entire way from Lawrenceville to Athens, he was very pleasant and engaged with me and my kids. This is by far the BEST customer experience I have ever experienced in any industry. I wish I could give him business of the year. I am so thankful God put him in our path today. Thank you man from the bottom of my heart. I will never forget your kindness. Best Tow company in Georgia by far!
Amir seemed to be a very honest and trustworthy person. He was upfront about costs and did exactly what he said he would do. I received a phone call when the car was being picked up and he texted me when it was being dropped off at my desired location. Amir is the absolute man!! One of the most honest people you will ever come across!! Has mechanical expertise and have personally seen the man save customers money by fixing their car on the spot and charging less than the tow!!!! The owner of the company came in and the first thing he asked was if he could take a look at the truck. He looked at the truck and within a few minutes he got it running for me. He basically then charged me less than half the tow - for time and gas - nice and helpful gentleman - will refer and use in the future!

They arrived after 10-15 mins of me calling. They took my car to the mechanic and I didn’t even have to go. Thank you so much for handling that for me. And the price was reasonable of course I would ha e wanted it to be lower but my destination was 7 miles away so that did bring it up a little bit. Of course was very reasonable tho and the guys were very friendly and fast. And the driver was so handsome. Just thought I’d mention that bc if your having a bad day a handsome fast and friendly tow truck driver could def change your morning. 👌🏻
