Accurate Forklift worked tirelessly to fulfill our specific needs which is hard to find as we are a smaller warehouse. Christina Quinlan was incredibly friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we need.

Austin was great! Came out and fixed serviced our lifts. Professional, very nice and pretty quick. Would definitely recommend!

I hired Accurate forklift to come out and work on my forklift. I had 3 other forklift companies tell me they couldn't figure out what was wrong with our lift. They sent out a tech Spanky who diagnosed the problem in literally 20 minutes. He came back a few days later after ordering a coil. The forklift runs amazing! We definitely recommend Accurate!

One of their drivers almost ran me off the road on 20/285 (5/13 3/26 pm) They swerved into my lane so quickly I had to swerve halfway off the road and slam on my brakes to avoid collision. Crazy that people are driving this way in a COMPANY vehicle

Spanky came out and did a really nice job on our forklift. He was fast and efficient and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Accurate Forklift to anyone with forklift needs.

We have had our forklifts serviced by Accurate Forklifts on two occasions. The first time they double charged us for labor and it took two months to get a credit. In November of 2024 they serviced our forklift and charged $3200, the same issue has come up again and they will not even respond to emails or phone calls. They do not guarantee their work at all.

Working with Accurate Forklifts has been the best change we've made!! They are so friendly, quick, knowledgeable and I trust their work with our lift. I worked with Christina on buying our used lift and it was a breeze! She is so personable and knowledgeable. They offer the customer service you expect from a family-run, small business. Excellent company and staff!

Cornbread did excellent work on our forklift and performed a full brake job. He was prompt, courteous and very competent.

Our company has some 25-30 year old Electric Raymond side loaders that were down and we were unable to diagnose the problem in house. We have used Accurate Forklift to service some our Yale forklifts in the past and called them to look at these 2 units. The service tech (Spanky) arrived on site and said he had worked on Raymond before but not our type of equipment but felt he should be able to figure it out. He did just that within a few hours, had the parts he needed on his truck and was able to return these units back to service on the same day. We have used several lift companies over the years and Accurate has proved to one of the best we have used, They get in, troubleshoot the issue, correct it and move on, I highly recommend Accurate Forklift and will continue using them for our service repair needs

Big shout out to Michelle and Spanky for getting our forklift back up and running so quickly. I called to request a repair and Michelle put me on the schedule for this week, but Spanky was able to complete a big job in Atlanta in record time which then allowed him to get to my store for another fast repair. Thank you for the speedy response and professionalism.

On the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, our forklift broke down. We were on the verge of loading out a massive project for one of our most valued clients, and we were teetering on the brink of disaster. Michelle at Accurate Forklift took the time to understand our predicament, and the Accurate team exceeded our expectations in response. Michelle reworked their schedule to ensure the engineer paid us a visit on the very next morning (the day before Thanksgiving). The engineer quickly sourced the problem, drove across town to pick up the replacement part, and had us up and running that same day. I highly recommend Accurate Forklift, based not only on this instance, but our past dealings as well. Their customer service is second to none. The service and maintenance department are professional and courteous on the telephone and in person. The rental side of the business has also responded promptly to our requests, and they have always delivered rental machinery on time. Accurate Forklift understands the high-demand nature of our business, and always responds accordingly with care and expedience. --

I'm giving Accurate Forklift 5 stars for their customer service, quick response time and workmanship. Michelle has been very helpful with my service calls and Service Mechanic Jason did an excellent job servicing (PM Service) on all three of my lifts. Also, I need to mention Robbie (Mechanic), He came out in July to diagnose and fix one of my lifts and quickly found the issue and resolved it.

We at DPF Guys had a fantastic experience with Accurate Forklift in Atlanta, GA. The dispatch operator and the service tech who came on site were exceptional. They managed to rescue our old Caterpillar forklift and give it a new lease on life! The professionalism and expertise of the team were evident throughout the process. I had service for two times, one was last year, and now. They invoice worked hours unfairly; for example they invoiced me last year 2.5 hours more which is about $400, this was 1.5 hours $200. After claiming, they hold the service for the replacement. If you still want to work with this company, I suggest have technician sign the paper with time and when he leaves too; otherwise be ready to pay extra $400 for couple hours they steal from you.

Amazing customer service and quality support! I contacted Accurate for an emergency job. Their team showed up promptly, showed patience with our team, and provided immediate on-site assistance. Accurate Forklift is a top notch company. I have rented forklifts from them since January 2023 and currently have one now. Westley, one of their service tech currently had to do a pm in the one we have. He did it on MY time because the lift is offsite warehouse . Wesley was very professional and he cares for his customers and loves his job. In fact, Accurate Forklift has always treated me with respect and has catered to me in a timely manner. Shout out to everyone. Definitely recommend.

The whole staff that I go through are amazing and fast. Our sales contact Andrew is amazing! He’s very helpful in finding what we are needing. We get all our parts ordered by Anthony and Jeremy. Never an issue with ordering the wrong parts. Our driver Allen is always so friendly and organized. When delivering the parts he makes it easy for me to check off the list. The whole staff works together well and if credits are needed they are done when they get returned, which is especially nice! Perfect vendor for our forklift shop needs! Highly recommended! First time using Accurate forklift. They did a great job! Ms. Dole was quick to answer my questions and send necessary forms and info. Their service tech, Brad, was polite, professional, and quick to repair my broken forklift. Brad helped identify other issues without the hard sell and made recommendation based on our usage not the company's bottom line. I appreciate the level service we received from everyone at Accurate. Austin from Accurate is awesome. He is someone that does their work very thoroughly and gives honest advice on follow-up repairs that are needed. We trust him to service all of our forklifts, both warehouse and jobsite ones all the time. He even offered to make regular visits to come and make sure our lifts are in good shape. He addresses everything both big and small and communicates effectively so we always know what is going on.

I just had some service work done on 2 forklifts and Accurate forklift made it such a quick and easy process. After 2 months of broken promises by a competitor, I contacted Michelle and I had my forklifts serviced in the same week. Kyle, Josh, and Wesley helped make this such a simple project and at a fair price.

Michelle is fantastic at communicating and setting a standard in customer service. The technicians that have been out recently are Jeff A, Robbie, and Austin M. These guys are knowledgeable and take the time to listen to what your complaint with your equipment is. Shane is always finding solutions to my forklift needs. The people here were amazing! We have been unhappy with our current vendor. We decided to give Accurate a try. Michelle was quick to respond and had a tech out to quote us promptly. Spanky (tech) was great! He was quick to fix the problem, and get our forklift back going. We have definitely found our new GO-TO company for our forklift repairs/maintenance.

I purchased a used forklift privately and it began to overheat pretty quickly. I called around for service and decided on Accurate. I was told that it would be the next afternoon or Monday before they could get to me. Turns out once I got my application in they came the same day. Excellent communication through the whole process from Michelle. The mechanic that came to service it was Michael. He listened to the issue, addressed it, and was very thorough with the process. I asked many questions while he was working on it, due to my ignorance, and he explained everything patiently and thorough for me to understand. Also gave me some tips on what to watch for in the future as it is a used forklift. Highly recommended all around and definitely will be using them in the future.

Accurate Forklift came through for my company. Marshall was very professional and courteous. He supported my lift removal and lift shipment to another facility. While we were in the process of shipping a piece of equipment, our dock plate gave way. Accurate was out within the hour and supported getting lift to safety!
