I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with Rashad in a professional setting, and I was deeply disappointed. While technical competence is important, professionalism and attitude matter just as much and unfortunately, those were severely lacking.
Rashad displayed a consistently dismissive and unnecessarily hostile demeanor. Constructive communication was met with defensiveness, and simple collaboration felt like a burden to him. A workplace should foster respect and accountability, neither of which were demonstrated here.
I hope he takes this feedback seriously and works on developing basic interpersonal skills. Talent means very little without professionalism.
The store manager Tim is horrible! Reading others reviews I’m surprised because today I witnessed him have a pregnant employee carry some heavy break pads and rotors! While he sat and did nothing but order food on the phone. What upset me the most is he asked her “what would you do if I’m not here” then proceeded to have her carry the things! That wasn’t even all, I called this store to verify they had the parts on the phone she confirmed so I came all the way to this location from Buckhead. We made it there I told him what was needed he said they didn’t have them after peaking around because he was to lazy to go back and check for the correct item himself he’s irritated having a attitude and said he don’t know why she works there she always giving false information. She being very sweet just went and found them herself but asked him for a hand because she’s pregnant and they were pretty heavy! Meanwhile he’s ordering food and she’s slaving for all the people needing help. The main thing that was annoying he wasn’t doing anything she was helping every customer whole time he’s on the phone ordering a chicken salad! The amount of times he said he got a grilled chicken salad banana peppers, tomatoes and onions! This store manager does not need nor should have a manager job! This was a very distasteful and disappointing situation and if possible I’d love to speak to general manager as I can only imagine the verbal abuse she deals with on the daily!

We were preparing to leave Atlanta after attending an International Prayer Encounter.
Battery need replacement and we ended up at O’Reilly Auto Parts, 1003 Cleveland Avenue, East Point GA and met Tim the manager who normally did not work on Saturdays.
He had to break free a rusted bolt in order to install the new battery. He professional and kind in the extended time it took to complete his task.
We know that it was not happenstance that everything fell into place on that Saturday morning and Just wanted to say again to Tim and his Staff,

Staff here is always super nice to me and make me laugh when I come in. I'm sure a few of the associates should ASE certified with their level of knowledge. They have the location of what you need memeorixmzed to the store isle. I never have to search and they ate always willing to come outside and see what I need help with.
Honestly, I've only had great if not the best experiences at O'Reilly over the years. The stores always put together and clean like they a nice hotel. Ty!
My name is Ayesha White on 01-11-25 I placed a order online at 1003 Cleveland Ave store in East Point Ga the customer service there was very very poor. I have never experienced that kind of customer service from that store like that before. I have went in to purchase a few items before and never had any problems before. I was very very disappointed in the worker that answered the phone yesterday and today. She act like she did not want to be there or didn't want to help. This is a good company to purchase items from but I will not return to that store i will go to other O'Reilly auto part store for now on and I am upset about that because that the area I stay in and i should not have to go to other store when there is one in my area.
Tim really helped me out in store Very knowledgeable and made the experience so much better by how he is. Will definitely recommend anyone to come to that location for assistance they know what they are doing there.
Great employees that do their best to help you as long as you have a good attitude. No-nonsense manager who will tell you to shop at another store if you are rude/giving employees a hard time when they're trying to help you find the part/tool you need.
The store is missing some of the free services offered at other parts stores in the area. But the code scanner is available and employees don't mind installing wipers bought at the store
Tim is WONDERFUL! I'm new to the area and was having trouble with my car. I was told by one auto store that they could help me and when I showed up, they didn't do anything at all. Tim went out his way to make sure I was good and back on the road in no time. Thank you so much for starting my day off right today :)
Theres a guy by name TIM that does not deserve to work there, 0 customer service skills, the guy make me wanted to get my money back and run away from that place, 1 business less for O'Reilly 1 more business to advance autoparts.
I called on Monday morning, and gentleman on phone was very helpful and polite,went in later that morning at 11:48 am and young lady was very helpful on getting my fan assembly for my car,thanks,keep up great work.
My battery was completely dead, need replacement immediately. I talked to Will and Rodriguez at the store. They were SUPER PROFESSIONAL, very COURTEOUS. The store was really busy when I arrived. I purchased the battery, but I could NOT install it. Will ask me to wait a few minutes and he will take care of me, and he did. The store cleared out after about 15 to 20 minutes. My battery was in a tricky place, kinda difficult to remove and replace, but they both came outside with tools and equipment ready to do the job. They could've sold me the MORE EXPENSIVE battery, like MOST places do, but Will suggested that I take the other battery, is just as good, same quality, and much cheaper price. I really appreciate that. My money ? is low right now with the holidays here, I didn't expect to spend anything more. But I need my car. The service was GREAT, and very PROFESSIONAL. Will and Rodriguez, GOOD PEOPLE. You should look for them when you go there And they both Bilingual if you speak Spanish.

Brittany and Tim are both very good assets to the oreillys corp. They both are very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile and getting what you need,and out the door in a timely manner. Brittany always has a smile on her face and does her best to help with any of my vehicle problems that I have had. Thanks guys for helping with all my auto repair needs!!
Called store to price one sensor and identify another sensor for pricing as well. The man on the phone told me he could not help me with my Ford truck because he has never owned one and therefore can not identify parts for it. I don't have time for children's games. Please do not use these unprofessional people.
I find employees to be very very helpful they will actually help you with parts that you don't need to buy and help you with things that you actually need instead of just selling you everything that they have I really appreciate that as a consumer hats off I highly recommend O'Reilly's on Cleveland it's a good spot to go
So grateful for the manager Mr. Tim who was working on a Saturday evening when I stopped in with a bad battery terminal connection and zero tools to deal with it on my own after dropping family off at the airport. He got his own personal tools out to try to replace/fix it. He got me on my way and I’m so glad he was there! Thanks Tim and O’Reilly’s!!
We had a very good experience here! We needed new windshield wipers and the man who helped us found just the right ones and even put them on for us! He was kind, pleasant and professional. We will be back!
Visited a couple weeks ago. Man and woman working at few minutes before closing time. They were friendly and helpful. After getting what I needed, it started pouring rain. They gave me a large trash can liner so I wouldn't get drenched getting to my car.
