Left head on a 3.6 l pentastar engine. Replacement head arrived and was well packaged. Had the minivan put back together and fired up 2 days later. Customer service was good on the phone as there are two different heads for this particular motor. I would definitely do business with them again. It's been about a month and a half of use on this since I installed before I put my review in. Thank you allied motor parts!

Head cracking issues with the same side head replaced by a shop I’m now out $8,000 to get my truck fixed. I love that you offered the $350 to go towards the shop fees. I Have two heads left side that I would love to return to you and no I don’t want a replacement I would just love my money back from them! I will not be paying from you again!

FEDEX screwed up and wasnt going to deliver the head for my sonic till after the expected date, Allied went above and beyond to help me get a different address to fedex so I could still get my parts before the weekend and get my car put back together. I appreciate all the help and thank you again guys!!

I would like to give a big thank you to Allied Motor Parts I had recently purchased a pair of heads for my truck one of the heads was put together wrong I sent it back to them on their dime they saw that they had made a mistake and replaced that head they all sent also sent me the gaskets head bolts and everything I needed because of having to replace that head again so thank you very much I highly recommend them for any Motor Parts you may need

Ordered head for Ford SOHC engine which arrived late. Spark plug bores needed to be chased due to sloppy machine work. Oilet tube was also crushed and needed to be replaced. Checked entire head for cracks and did not find any. Very unsatisfied, money not well spent. Now praying deck was properly machined. WAIT WHY THE HELL AM I DOING QC FOR THESE GUYS?? Disappointed as I was planning to order more parts from them. Update: Why should I allow you to get it right the second time when you should have done it right from the beginning?? It'scalled being accountable and responsible to your customers. And , not everyone is going to give you a 4 or 5 stsr review if they are disappointed with the quality of craftsmanship. Also, taking swipes at my reviews via non sequitur is childish and shows your age ( is that you Dirk???) My intention is and continues to be keeping businesses honest. Also, I will warn you against slandering me as well as it was never my intention to smear your business. Get your QC program straight, properly ensure everything is working and of good quality when you send it out, and then offer support if something goes wrong. Who knows, an engine I work on may need heads or other parts in the future and I could throw more business your way. Take care

I ordered a cylinder head for a 1970 4.9 ford 300 straight six and it arrived the next day I will be doing business with allied again and I will recommend them to my friends and customers

These guys worked hard to get me the right head out to the middle of the pacific. They even worked with me to get me an updated, reinforced casting of the head I need (XJ guys know what I mean). If you want to do business with people who care about your build as much as you do, these are the guys for you. Mahalo!

Ordered new heads. Was concerned because the price was in the "too good to be true" range. But they showed up in great condition and ready to install. The box should've been a little more reinforced, a corner ripped, but there wasn't damage so it was OK. Rep I called was polite and answered my questions promptly too. All around great experience!

Bought a set of CNC ported LS heads from them made 1100+ hp with them no issues have had them for a year. Great bunch that work over there! Totally exceeded my expectations for the price I bought them for. And being a first time buyer at the time

I have been shopping around for a ported set of 243 heads for my C5 Corvette for about a month. I put in a lot research to find the best set of heads for the money. I called Allied Motor Parts because they were the one's I was leaning to despite everyone telling me to go somewhere else. Once I spoke with Ricky at Allied there was know doubt that I had chosen the right place. He put my mind at ease and made purchasing the heads easy. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Allied!

My opinion might be bias because I have been with head shop since 1998, the service has been and still is outstanding the quality of products are great if your unit need to be replaced. I have recommended Allied to so many wrench twisters in the business these guy's are reliable!

Ordered a head for my Toyota year or two ago. They informed me to clarify which year my Camry was as there were different heads. Thanks to them I learned that 86 Camry's have a different camshaft housing and head design. My only reasonable concern I had was the valve seals they used in the rebuild. It didn't bother me terribly as I already had some of my own ready to be installed, but was curious as to why this was done? Fast forward to now, after some gasket matching and port work, everything has gone great. The head passed every inspection point I had, some oil galleries had some carbon missed when cleaning but since carbon buildup is a common issue for oil passages on the head for these engines it didn't come as a surprise. In the coming weeks I'll be installing the cylinder head. I'm very confident that the work was done well and correctly. ** Post install** The engine runs flawlessly. Thanks Dirk & your team!

Update 2; we have gotten the core refund. Update; after having my mechanic install the head I bought from allied it developed an oil leak and made my car still in-drivable I called allied and after 3 days of trying to get them to make it right they quit returning my calls and text messages. I felt like the least they could do would be to pay for half of the labor to install another head but they won’t call me back. Very unsatisfied with the ‘lack of service’ after the sale. I am out nearly $3000 and still don’t have a car I can drive not to mention it has been a couple of weeks since I returned the old head for the core rebate and I haven’t gotten that either. I plan to make a formal complaint with the BBB. Horrible way to treat an Army veteran. Old review (Very prompt shipping. Quality work just wish the shop I am using was as quick. Parts came in fairly quickly ( even for being order over the holiday) - pretty good OEM quality remanufactured and the price of the cylinder head I bought were far cheaper than going to the local auto parts store - customer service was top notch ( by phone and email )... highly recommend!!!!

Excellent job by Allied Motor Parts. I bought a head for my Honda CR-V and installed it and it works Perfect then I returned the old head and got a $100 refund. They are very reliable and professional in their work. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

My engine FRAGged because of their product. Dropped valve and nearly destroyed my new short block. I complained , because it was obvious. They worked with me, replaced busted parts (somewhat) but still I was out time and effort. And now have 7/8th new engine. Call me lucky.

Had a great experience with allied motor parts. Had some leaking valves on my Jeep TJ 4.0. I found allied had the best price for rebuilt heads. They packaged the head very well and the shipping was quick. Unfortunately, I had a failure shortly after installing the head. I talked with the crew at allied. Long story short they absolutely stood by their product. After running some tests on the head they sent another out no questions asked. All in all good company to do business with. Ordered a reman head from them and it arrived with a gouge where the camshaft seal rides. Called them up, they had me send pics of the damage and determined they were going to send me a replacement head. Boxed that one up and a replacement was sent in the mail that same day. I understand things happen so nothing negative to say about that. Good customer service. Would buy from them again.

Was looking to replace both heads on my 4.0 SOHC. Called the business Monday morning to see if they had them in stock as they were on sale for 250 dollars each with free shipping and 100 dollar core charge. They said they had the parts but did not have any of the heads built and that it would probably take a couple of days. I told them no problem that I would put the order in online sometime that evening. The very next morning I got an email that my parts had shipped and they were at the house by Wednesday afternoon. The heads appear to be flawless, ready to go, and are in new condition. WOW, overwhelmed to say the least. I got 1000 dollars worth of parts for half the price, free shipping, and in less than two days. Outstanding Allied Motor Parts you are second to none. Ordered a pair for a 318 dodge.installed them and on start up they seemed fine but after 21 miles both failed. (They were welded between the valve seats) when I contacted them they said it was probably my fault. I am a certified mechanic and know proper procedure. Buyer beware the warranty will not be honored

I bought a re-manufactured 1.8t head from this company and was very happy with the whole process. They were great to talk to on the phone, and provided great answers to all the questions I had. I have never bought & shipped a head before and they made the process so easy! Highly recommended and would most definitely use again.

I have ordered 2 sets of heads from Allied by mail order. I both cases the shipment was received on time, the parts were correct, and they have been performing perfectly since installation. in both cases my core deposit was returned as they did not want the cores back. I plan to use them again. great service, great product great price..

I found the website easy to use and navigate. I found the cylinder heads that I needed with accuracy and ease. The heads arrived at my door exactly when forecasted, and I mean almost to the minute. I think the entire shipping process to my door only took 5 days and that is to Iowa. They were a match for my factory heads and arrived in good condition. I have had my car back on the road for about 3 weeks and no problems. I would have to say this was a good experience and at a good price!! Thank you.
