This company’s drivers are going to seriously hurt someone. Company truck just cut me off and brake checked me on I20 while going over 75, tag YTI417, driver was very overweight and bald.

Back again to WARN YOU. Don’t do any business with this company. The markup on labor, the lack of oversight, the phone-dodge, and the infamous ‘tail light’ warranty practices—I won’t go on ad nauseam. Let’s just say I WARNED YOU. No family man worth his salt should have to deal with this adversarial enterprise. Who knows how many working men they will put out of business before this prop-up dealership fails?

So i bought a cascadia 2020 with 409k miles to this dealer.. $55.000 cash.. started driving to come back home in michigan, and by the time i go Kentucky started transmission problems couldn’t get it in to gear!! I called the sales right away and he told me i let u know by tomorrow!! I did somehow and made it to michigan.. i was waiting to hear back from the dealer but nothing !! I kept on calling but no answer!! Paid a bunch of money to fix the trans.. first week i put the truck to work, starter went bad and had to change it!! Second week water pump!! I called them to help me out with water pump and least but they didnt care at all !!

Beware of this place. If you're already there, just find a different place to get your truck worked on. It's not that they do horrible work, it's everything else: price, diagnostic capability, and placing you on indefinite hold. Frankly speaking, if it wasn't for being propped up by brand name and dealership status, this place would be shut down. I warned you.

Called in for a part. I had a parts number but he told me that it had been superseded and there was another parts number. He said he could not give me the new parts number because he could get the part In by next day. Doesn’t make any lick of sense. Proceeded to quote me an outrageous price that is over 3 times what I can see for similar parts

The Staff is Great Travis at the parts desk is very knowledgeable and finds parts quickly. However the prices for parts is ridiculously high. They close the main gate on Moreland ave. So you can’t stop by to grab a part an go if you’re in a Semi. They say they open until 11pm but if you are not there by 10pm more than likely they will be closed. So don’t waist your gas and time. Happened to me three times when I really needed a part. And parts department rarely answer the phone after 7pm. You have to go in person only to find out they don’t have the part in most cases.’

Went to pickup a part in their “after hours” dept. both guys today seemed like they didn’t want to be there at all. Don’t enjoy social interaction or their job period. Very short with you. This was my view while trying to speak him and I could barely hear while his face was hidden behind the computers,and other customers talking around us. Also very dirty. Trash all over the floors, stained walls. I get it is a parts store. But clean up every now and then.. and accommodate your wall color.

This location is the worst when it comes to having phone calls being answered. As an employee of a Truck Service and parts Dealership in Georgia, we are taught that each and every call can become a $1,000 sale. Rush Truck Centers as a company has my respect, however this branch's work ethic in dealing with customers is below the expectations of the company and I wish that this location undergoes severe investigation. Noone returns voicemails or calls according to my customers as well that also attempt to contact this branch.

Dropped truck off Monday after talking to somebody on Saturday and they said they were not that busy. Told me to come first thing monday, on top of the fact that they opened 30 minutes late I was told that my truck would not even be looked at that day. Then they pulled it into the shop and let it sit there the entire next day, finally get it diagnosed Wednesday morning (ongoing) it's now been an entire day and they still have not sent the estimate over. I don't understand why you guys don't care about our time? Some of us have things to do and places that we need to be, this should not have been as catastrophic as a fix as you guys are treating it. The staff always seems annoyed when I call to ask about updates as well, I just want my truck to be fixed so I can drive and get home for my birthday plans. I don't understand why it takes this long to diagnose a truck, supposedly it's 2 hours because that's what you guys charge. I will update my review if I can get out of here before friday.

Lied about completion date. Pushed it back multiple times. Claimed it would be done on a certain date. Then didn't bother to communicate anything until we arrived. Very rude customer service as well. Claimed they sent an estimate over for us to review and that is why the work wasn't completed. Turns out they "forgot" to send the estimate. Literal lies and constant errors. Also this was the 2nd time it had to go in as they didn't fix it properly the first time.

We went to over ten different shops trying to get our big house ac fixed. No one could do the work. This place got us in right away and was able to fix the problem without any issues! Plus, there was a pitbull dumped in the park next door and the awesome mechanic not only took care of her after he was supposed to be gone for the day but he called us the next day to let us know how she was doing. Micah, you rock!

My truck has been at the shop for over two months, after warranty & the shop went back-and-forth & well over 40 hours of diagnosis the shop charged me over $3550 for just my portion & total was well over $11,000. I finally went to pick up my truck after the shop claimed they did their quality check & road test the check engine was still on, the truck had a loud squealing noise & my driver seat belt was broken. The next day they did another diagnoses & they sent me over a bill over $13,000. I’m not even sure how this is possible & how they apparently missed all of these repairs in the first 2 months the truck has been sitting at the shop. This has been the worst experience with a repair shop, on top of the rarely answering the phone the staff is very rude & they behave like they hate their jobs. I pray something changes here soon

By far the worse rush we have ever been to, we were lied to, we felt discriminated against, as well as they tampered with our truck telling us that 2 mechanics were working on the truck who wasn’t supposed to and 1 was very inexperienced. They put the incorrect part thsg we requested into our truck without our acknowledge and was fixing on parts of the truck we did not agree to. We never got any update on the truck until it was time for the invoice. We escalated and was sadly met with the same encounter of people telling us they will not send us emails or transfer us to other rush members. This will be our last time taking any of our trucks to rush because this was the worst experience we have ever been in and was met with nothing but unprofessionalism… and we will be escalating it on our side.

Terrible service, from communication to service (or lack there of) disappointing. 3.5 weeks waiting on a diagnostic , not to mention the bottle of tobacco spit in my driver seat and they left my dashboard fuses out of the socket fully exposed. And my brand new batteries were completely drained. Some bald receptionist told me them at if I didn’t stand by my truck I wouldn’t get it jumped off. Same truck that they drained dead. These guys can’t handle the amount of pressure it takes to run a dealership they need to shut it down or replace everyone. Bald guy too busy vaping outside to answer the phone. Worse service ever 7 years on the road

Not sure how to describe the service or overall experience. Clearly no support staff, parts desk people are running all over doing 3 other jobs. Process flow is not functional, seems like they are using their skilled workers to do parts picks and coordination. Feel sorry for the ones trying to make a difference.

Mr Brandon Bruckner was emailed to order a part, via email. We were told they'd be 8 weeks before we got it. We patiently waited eight weeks and called to see where it was. Go to find out Mr Buckner never ordered it. Upon calling him he stated that he's familiar with the situation and he would follow back up with me. That was two weeks ago, still no word from him. I have called several times and left voicemails for him to ask him to please call me. Horrible service! Now our truck is down for 16 weeks in lieu of 8! Thanks Rush, but if you'd like to talk to me you can reach out to Brandon he has my number! Obviously you probably didn't read my review.

I regret every step, communication was the worse via email and text could never get a response. Can never get no one on the phone. Price gauging. To top it all off still payed what they asked and was treated completely rude at time of pickup and than threatened with calling the cops. They have they address wrong on invoice email and that’s where it all started. Shaking my head. Not all Rush International but never ever again this one. Last but not least got a notification during test drive of a server Hard brake dash camera Came down and all took all day to get a response and was told two different stories from the head person in charge who seem not care at all.

I’ve been there 2 times worse repair place I’ve been to in my life . Takes 3 weeks to get minor repairs done . Changed up the price every week then couldn’t find the parts after a week and a half the part magically appears. It’s all fun and games to them . The guy Blake is the worst his giving klan leader if your black just be prepared to be treated like it’s the 1800’s . They will single handily bring your business down . Also watch the service responses they send out the promise date changes every time . Don’t not i repeat do not go to rush

Just bought a international truck a month ago. So before I put it on the road I wanted everything fixed right. Well I called for king pins for my 4300 dt466 and they gave me a part number and said they didn't have it in-stock. But I could go all the way on the other side of town but my truck was broken down and no way to go over there. So I asked for the part number again to see if I could locate it near me. Well they deliberately gave me the wrong part number 3 times because I couldn't go to the other store. Then there prices are way to high. Never do business with people who only cares about money and not the well-being of the customers. Your company will prosper if you care for the customers whether they get the part from you or another company they would still get great reviews and people are more inclined on dealing with companies that are first great customer service skills, second not being ripped off, and third not lied to. You will get negative reviews if you are not a honest company and only looking out for the business. I've just got in this trucking industry and have heard nothing but bad things about rush since that bad encounter for myself. Then the reviews are horrible. How many times are you going to say we are sorry for your experience with us please contact us at this number so we can help and then continue to get bad reviews. I've just started with this industry and already I don't wanna deal with you again.

Waiting for 2 hours in line to get parts. No organization. No “rush” to move customers faster. They should have a separate line for will-call parts and people looking for parts. I guess they can do this because they are the only ones in the area. SMH. 8 people in line means 2-3 hour wait time.
