Regret even using this tow truck company tbh. Only used them because the first company fell through. They weren't on time. But the biggest thing is the driver was unprofessional. Seemed to have had an attitude the entire time. Didn't speak or greet me or even say anything.
Took his time even hooking my truck up. Then once he got it hooked up, tried to keep my keys. I told him I would give them to him once we go to the drop off location, he says "that's not how this works!" And then threatened to drop the truck which was fine with me because at that point I don't even want the tow. Never had a tow truck company demand your keys. Not sure if he understood I was riding with him, but I called back dispatch to explain what was going on and resolved that.
Then without notice he started pulling the truck onto the flat bed as I was leaning on the truck, easily could have rolled my foot over. I ask him if wants me to pull the lever to help load the truck, he gives me this stink eye like I just offended him. Then once we get to the drop off spot he wants the money upfront before the tow truck is even off the truck. I've had MANY tows and rarely ever pretty much never do they ask for payment before the service is complete. Last tow truck company I called didn't even want the until they made sure my truck was off the bed!
All in all I will be saving this tow truck company under the list of businesss not to call!
Response to owner: Your response says much, all your reviews are five stars but I see several one stars posted in the last few months alone. The irony of you saying I was trying to make the situation difficult. I guess your company can't please everyone when the people representing your company don't care about everyone who's using your service. Your driver was late, unprofessional, stand offish and energy was off for lack of a better term. Maybe not acting like the people patronizing your business are trying to get over on you would be a good start in the future. I also have never had a tow truck company ask for payment on site, ever.Thanks.

Im over 50 and have dealt with numerous tow companies. Babeeeeee! Ask for John. This man walks on water & parts the sea. He’s Punctual, professional, polite and super knowledgeable. C3M is definitely a refreshing towing experience. From the time I called, John was on there in 30min, ready & willing to help. Oh & did I mention the on-call staff treated me like family. Only time I’ve needed a tow and it was without out a doubt the best option in my area. 75N at 4pm and they were able to recover before everyone else and at the best price. Will choose them again every time 10/10
Kevin was amazing! He helped me tow my car and even gave me a ride with him so I didn’t have to find my own way. He took me straight to the mechanic and brought my car there safely. The price was very reasonable, and he was super friendly and kind the whole time. I really appreciate his help and highly recommend him to anyone who needs towing services!
Had them tow my vehicle with a bad motor back to my house. I had an area specifically where I needed the vehicle to be. The driver refused to even attempt to put it where I asked. Driver lied and said the vehicle was drivable. It was not. Now my inoperable vehicle is stuck in the street. It would have been no effort for the driver to put it where I asked, but he couldn't be bothered. When I told dispatch about what happened they didn't even respond to me. I was upfront from the beginning about how I had a specific area this vehicle needed to be parked. This has made a bad situation even worse. I would not recommend this company.

The agent on the phone kept in touch with me and was very polite, prompt and professional.
If we would have been late, my family of 5 would have slept in our van. (Myself, my 2 kids, 2 nephews, and a ton of luggage.)
