Took my vehicle in to replace the alternator, and within 6mons I was back with the same issue. 9mons later same thing. I was giving the run around by the owner and staff. My vehicle was left sitting untouched for the entire week. Through out the entire month of July I was back and forth with Eastman Automotive. Only to find out he put a remanufactured part in my vehicle.
Never again will I take a vehicle to his establishment.

Went in for brakes on my Miata this week. It's an old car with odd parts so there were some issues getting the right ones but regardless, the communication was on point and their willingness to go out of their way to help was outstanding. All staff and mechanics were super nice. When they discovered I'd need rotors in addition to pads, they didn't just tell me It was needed, the tech invited me into the shop and showed me WHY they needed to be replaced. Truly transparent and helpful. There was a shipping delay causing me to have to leave the car there overnight and then the next day when they called saying my car was ready, I had no way to get there and was walking in the rain after work. The sweet lady (so sorry, I'm terrible with names!) that works at the desk in the office immediately offered to give me a ride and didn't take no for an answer. I've never gone out of my way to write a review for a business like this, but these guys deserve it. 10/10 all around, definitely bring your car here!
Had a flat otw to Eastman. They got to us within the hour. We thought we'd be spending 300+$ for the service, and it was less than half that. Highly recommend in an emergency (or not)
Was told to drop my car off in the morning. I dropped it off at 8. At 4:30, nobody had looked at my car. My name was on the book. Second time I had horrible service.
I took my car there for the first time for repair work on my exhaust. But when I picked my car up and drove off I immediately noticed that the car was out of alignment because the steering wheel was crooked smh. I never had a problem with my steering a friend told me not to take my car there but I didn’t listen him but I should’ve .
Went for front alignment.said lower ball joints wore out and upper has play.ball joints high quality and recently replaced.had another shop check needed grease but very serviceable.will not go back
I am new to Georgia and Eastman and needed tires installed I called several places and these guys gave me the best price. So I made a appointment with them to get installed they were prompt and polite when I arrived and did exactly what they said for the price they quoted me. Gained a customer for life highly recommend
I had a flat tire today and called Rozar’s. They said come on by. I was there for about 30 mins. They fixed and I was on my way. I have always had great service at Rozar.
The only time we had work done here the experience was not very good, but they made it right. Be specific and make sure you call to see what's going on.
