Couldn't ask for a better experience ! Mrs.Crystal the store manager saved me tons , On literally almost everything ! She made sure she took the time on every single item I was needing to make sure it was right and had the most savings !
Ordered a part for my Kia on Saturday morning was told to pick it up Sunday morning. Got it and took it home and it was the wrong part. Took it back to the store and was told the receipt wouldn't pull up in their system so they couldn't help me get the right one nor a refund when thw receipt clearly has the Eastman info on it where it was purchased. Advance will never get my services again with that kind of rudeness and customer service. I'd advise everyone to stay away from the Eastman location if you want to get the right parts or services.
Allen is awesome!!! Very personable & knowledgeable! Highly recommend asking for him if you have any questions! There was also a lovely lady working the other counter!
UPDATE: At 8:06am Business is open. While sitting there waiting, an employee Shannon S. was also in the parking lot. At one point she left and came back. Burgundy van pulls up, guy gets out, unlocks door, gathers merchandise from car and go in. Burgundy SUV pulls up with sandwiches (looks like someone's mother) to find out it was. Mother of the young lady who pulls to At 8:10a.m. in this big Chevy monster truck with her walmart bags and her franchise shirt on. Wow, just wow. I can't believe what I'm seeing. I guess we show up when we want. No Apology given, No nothing. Let's do better Eastman GA Advance Auto Parts.
Good morning. I drove 30 miles to come to this Advance Auto Parts. I have been sitting in the parking lot since 7:30a.m. EST. It is now 7:53a.m. EST and they ARE NOT OPEN. It clearly says on the door & website 7:30a-9:00p. Monday thru Saturday. I wish I would've known before I wasted my gas & my time. And wish I wouldn't have paid for part or I would happily go across the street to O'Reilly bc they are OPEN.

Amy and her team were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. My car battery decided this morning was a good morning to die. But let me tell you a little secret it was not a good morning die at all! I had to go to work early this morning.
So after having a frantic and hectic morning, I truly appreciate Amy and her team, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I will definitely be back but hopefully not too soon with needing anything for my car. Cross your fingers!!

Never again...at least not the one in Eastman, Georgia. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Poor customer service. I just put my items back and left the dang store.
Amazingly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. I bought some wiper blades and the guy was right behind me with the blades in hand. I asked him if I could get my blades and come to find out he was, by default, going to install them for me. I passed as I am capable of performing the task but that's awesome. Who does that these days? THESE GUYS.
Advance Auto Parts personnel are curteous, patient and are very busy with their customers and they will advise you that they will be with you shortly: they are worth the wait. They will help if possible and put the part on. This is done with a smile and a receipt.
You will not get better customer service anywhere else. I broke down a few miles from their store and they offered to bring me what I need to get my expedition back going.
Courteous helpful staff. Always get my parts next day even on a Sunday if ordered early enough. The only thing I don't like is you can't use your online discount in store.
