Got a car back in August it had 2 check engine lights on. First red flag was the air didn’t work he tried to lie and tell me it was working when I bought it , had to come back several times for stupid fixes. I tried to go to the auto parts to have them check under the wheel to see any problems and “conviently” the thing mechanics use to check to see if a car has problems was broken. Meaning when I got the car it was already broken so no one could check for potential issues. He told me it would be 1800 to fix the car entirely. Then had to turn it in exactly a month later because the car would randomly shut off while I was driving. And as of today the car still sits there behind the lot makes me wonder if it was even more problems he tried to hide. Shorty tried to say it was my fault. Long story short he scammed me out of 1000 dollars. Luckily he was nice enough to give me my recent monthly car payment back despite purposely selling me a junk car. DO NOT BUY OR LEASE FROM HIM!! SAVE UR MONEY AND GO TO A GOOD DEALERSHIP.
Customer service is great. They are always willing to work with you. When something is wrong with your car; they take a look and help. Best car place in town, in my opinion.
Sold me a van with wiring issues the went back to him to get car then the car had gas water and oil mixing in it gave me nothing but problems so I turned it in oh and sold my son a suv that kept messing up and had a bad transmission issues he ended up deciding to let them take it back. This company may have a few good ones but very rare it is a rip off
Shorty cars are good and he good about trying to help someone with there car even if it break down shorty has always came through for me . I have gotten 6 to 7 cars from Shorty in traded back in for another one..I like doing business with him and his wife and Staff friendly people.
I have gotten 2 car's from him and the 1st one was a Buick LeSabre. We got 38 miles to the gallon of gas. I got behine one time on the car. He help me out and you don't find car dealers like that. I just got a Winnebago from him and he give me a good deal on that as well. He is a good man with a big heart. I will buy from him all the time. He mite be a bit high on prices but really is well worth it. my heart goes out to a big man in a big way thank you shorty......
I have bought three vehicles from Shorty and I've loved every one. Shorty has always been there for me when anything happened to either vehicle. If I get in the market for another vehicle I will be buying it from him.
