Do not use this shop. Idk about the company as a whole but this shop is terrible. Read the reviews! Car has been there for 2 months. They tried to give me my car unfinished like it was all done, they told my insurance that is was complete, Then sent my car to a dealership to get it fixed and don’t return the dealership calls or emails so they can get paid and return the car! Complete lack of communication on what’s going on with vehicles and the owner! They lie over the phone when you have to call to get any info on your car Just terrible.

If you have the time, read this! I had a collision with a deer which caused me to need a new front bumper, hood, right fender and radiator. My vehicle was drivable and I drove it to Crash Champions/Service King or whichever they go by. They took the job, order parts from LKQ. They kept delaying my repair time due to "back ordered parts". When I did my own research I was able to find the parts OEM through Mopar that could be delivered same day or next day. After having my vehicle for approximately 30 days for a from bumper and hood repair the alignment of my hood was incorrect, the front bumper was also not aligned, my AC was not blowing cold due to it not being charged, my engine kept overheating because MY RADIATOR FAN WAS NOT PLUGGED IN which ultimately damaged my engine! The front desk customer service is TERRIBLE! Disgusting if you will. The service advisor had the better customer service however, her having great customer service does not compensate for the lack expertise. My vehicle had started to under perform, I'm hear strange noises among other things since they have worked on my vehicle. I made these complaints and they want me to bring my car back but I am in fear that they will further damage my vehicle.

Worst body shop in Atl ! They had my car for over 2 months now…. They give me a pick up date then change the pick up date the day I’m supposed to pick it up ! Save yourself time and frustration don’t come here ! (If I could give negative reviews I would )also the staff is extremely rude and has a attitude

I was skeptical when I went there cuz I had never been there before but the employees was so polite and respectful and knowledgeable I was speaking with the young man I think it was Garcia who greeted me and explain to me what was going on and what they were going to do then I was greeted by a young lady who kept in touch with me through email and text she's was very respectful and polite you don't get that anymore so please make sure you acknowledge those employees. Jay D is the real deal! Extremely efficient! Once I took my vehicle for an estimate, she coordinated every aspect of the repair with urgency and professionalism. The damaged area is undetectable and the detailing was evident at pick up. Thank you to all the staff and repairmen!

They either gave away my property or lost my property, which is a key to my vehicle which clearly there was no identification attached to it from the being. They gave me someone's old key fob which they reprogrammed and probably gave someone mine. I'm still not happy with the negligence that took place. I want my one key with three features just like I brought in there and not some other customers property that you all collect. I'm not letting this go away, check with Amazon I want my key replaced, and the lies told about them not selling that kind anymore, look on the internet I did.

Phillip is the manager. Jalayla is the assistant manager. they are not on the same page. This location has lots of problems and hopefully, the CEO will make some management changes soon so that customers will have a better, more professional experience. Fingers crossed!

Disappointed with the service and lack of customer service received. When people need their car serviced for repairs they are trusting that their vehicles are being serviced properly! If person has broken windows on their vehicle the broken window glass should not still be visible to the customer when repairs are completed! And if you work the front desk you should always be “customer service ready”! Personable and professional! That really makes a difference!!!!!

First time in here, hopefully my last. This team did a great job from start to finish. I was kept in the loop on the progress of my vehicle through texts, which was perfect with my busy work schedule. I would recommend them to anyone. Tamika was very professional and took the time to listen as I explained things I felt needed to be checked as part of the damage done. I was not really happy with the USPS, for the damaged they caused to my car, but the team at Crash Champions put her back together in a timely manner, and I am happy with the results. On the plus side, the repairs come with a lifetime guarantee. I put the before and after photos as well.

Crash Champions repaired my bumper after an accident, but there was a problem with the sensors (which had not been affected by the accident itself). Crash Champions could not identify the problem and sent me to the dealer to diagnose it promising to repair it. But they never returned my phone call asking to schedule the repair. Ultimately, the dealer did the repair and found that the sensors had been installed upside down. We now use a different body shop for car repairs. Crash Champion's sloppy work and unresponsiveness to what was a real issue assures we will never go back to them.

Excellent service from start to finish! I worked with Jalallhia, who was awesome and very helpful. They got me in right away and the repairs done fast. Not only that, they detailed the car and it looked amazing. I would definitely have work done here again and recommend their service. Job well done!

My first experience with a body shop. The insurance company set it up and I chose this location because it was closer to work. Upon arrival, the receptionist couldn't find my information, and the guy in the first office to the right of the receptionist desk wasn't a friendly people person with directions. At this point, I would have rated it a 3. Fast forward: the work was completed, and the bumper looks good. Since I work remotely, I wanted to drive at least a thousand miles before writing a review. Before my fender-bender, I had an oil change at the dealership where they performed an inspection. Since I was going on a road trip, I inspected under the hood and noticed a few things missing. The last person under the hood was from the body shop. I gave them a call and took it back. The receptionist, along with the manager, looked at my issue and explained what was taken off and which region they only worked on. They were so nice and replaced the items anyway. For this, I'm giving them a 5 rating. It's been 3 months, the bumper is still intact, and I've driven 1,500 miles since. lol

So, starting with them was disappointing. No updates continuously had to call to see if parts had started being ordered. Then, a week later, I called to find out that a part isn't made anymore. Again, they didn't communicate. I felt like it was too late to go to another Crash Champions. I prayed and hope for the best. Prayers was answered because doing the midst of me having to call, I spoke with an associate named Tamika. It was a game changer. She personally kept me in the loop of the progress of my truck getting fixed. And it got fixed quickly! The truck was right! They even washed/ cleaned the inside! Now I really appreciate that! Receptionist and other staff, hhhmmm, I don't know about them. But Ms Tamika & tech that worked on my truck, I'm appreciative of what you did! Thank you

I would advise anyone to take their car anywhere but here. I went to them because they were suggested by my insurance. I took my car to get minor scratches and scrapes on my front bumper. I picked my car up after a week and they did not put my fender liner back on correctly so it started making loud noises from the tires hitting it while I was driving. It was destroyed so i needed a new one. I informed them that they left the screws that were supposed to secure the liner in my cup holder in the car. They told me i had to buy the part and they would put it on. After going back and forth with them for weeks they agreed to buy the part and put it on. Took my car back for that and they still did not put it on correctly so after 2 days of driving the fender liner is destroyed again. I will be taking my car elsewhere to get it repaired.

STAY AWAY! picked my car up hours before my car rental was to expire. They took a whole month for me to pick up my car with more problems than when I dropped it off. Poor job on washing my car. Tape residue across the top of my car and down the side. Manager lied to my face saying they would never do that and tried to blame it on the tow truck. No tow truck dropped my car off, I DID! Then found out their workers DID put tape on my car. They said they did an alignment on my car and they didn’t! Had to turn around, go back to get my car alignment because it was pulling extremely to the left. More time waiting. They did not plug my back window defroster back in so I had to go back for that. My radio no longer works and had no problems before dropping my car off here. I’m concerned my dash board isn’t working properly either so now I’m gonna have to deal with that. They are nice UNTIL you have a complaint and they will lie lie lie! If you don’t want more problems, avoid this place at all costs!!!

Service King/Crash Champions is the best collision center I've gone to. Robbie and the team were extremely nice and patient with my insurance company and with my reaction to the fiasco. My SUV looks brand new and I appreciate the care they took with my SUV. I'm live in Marietta but I will drive to this Tucker location because the professionalism and service they offer is unmatched. Thank all of you for your assistance. Accidents are stressful but you guys make this part of it manageable.

Overall experience: 2/5 Breakdown: Looks of repair: 5/5 Total quality of repair: 3/5 Customer support: 1/5 My car was pretty banged up on both sides, so basically needed replacement of both sides. No mechanical damage. Of course, several parts needed to be ordered - I understand that. However, communications was subpar, to put it kindly, and I felt that they were just completely dishonest. Overall, the car was at the shop for 10 weeks. I originally was told that it would take 4-5 weeks, so I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call on week 3 (maybe it was week 4) saying they got all the parts and the car will be ready by the end of the week, next week max. Long story short, the lies continued for 6-7 more weeks. There was always that last piece that had still not arrived. Around week 7 they were waiting for that crucial tail-light before they could even start painting. Curious, because the tail-light was not damaged, and because I didn’t know a tail-light is necessary to paint a car. Once that tail-light arrived, it took two more weeks to get the car painted, despite being told that it would be done “in a couple of days” every time I called during that time. To put the icing on the cake, when I was eventually told the car was ready, I had to wait for 95 minutes at the shop to pick it up for some “last fixes”, including a wheel alignment. I don’t mind so much the very long time the repairs ended up taking, but the constant postponing that really felt dishonest. I have to say, I was really impressed by the car’s looks. Externally, looked like new, which was hard to believe given the last very banged up image of it that I had in mind. Unfortunately the overall repair quality was not great. I don’t think the repaired doors were properly assembled and sealed. - On a bumpy road, the door keeps squeaking. - On the highway, the wind howls through doors on both sides. - The car was delivered to me with a very, very dusty interior. - Just after picking my car up, on my way home, one of the tire pressure sensors went bust. Coincidence? - Finally, I was told I’d receive a call a couple of days after picking up the car to check if everything is alright. You can imagine whether that actually happened or not (see customer support above). Overall, considering the duration and overall repair quality, I would sadly rate my experience at about two stars.

After being side swiped by a semi- truck, my car was an an absolute wreck. Service King was a savior. My mom recommended them after the amazing work they had done on her truck and they lived up to & exceeded the bar that was set. Plus, I got my car back in a timely fashion & they kept me updated throughout the whole process! I just want to thank them for making this a seamless experience for me.

My vehicle had been stolen in April and recovered in November. The SUV had been wrecked and the interior completely destroyed. Upon finishing the repairs you could not tell the vehicle had ever been in such bad shape. The staff was professional and respectful of me as a customer and would contact me twice a week just to give me their progress on my vehicle. I would totally recommend Service King to every one.

I chose service king bc they did a fantastic job repairing my father-in-law's 2006 chevy trailblazer front bumper. They did a tremendous job restoring my front bumper and fender and removing some minor dings. I’m delighted by the level worked, and customer service exhibited by service king and its employees

I was rear-ended in October. The bummer needed to be replaced and the right tail light was not working. This business was one that the car insurance used so I went ahead and went with them. It took about a week for my car to be fixed. When I picked the car up and looked at the new bummer the finish was not smooth, the left side had tiny scratches on it and the job looked rushed. There was also some sticky finish on the bummer. Now it's January and my bummer is back sticking out a little, the right tail light is not working again, and the sticky finish collects dirt that will not wipe off. I would not recommend them. They overcharge for their work and it is not good at all.

I am so thankful for the excellent service I received at the Tucker location. My car was repaired 4 days ahead of scheduled, and I think it looked better than before the accident. I am also grateful for when they were able to do the work. Every repair facility I checked was at or well above capacity, including the Tucker location. Due to the impact, both passenger doors needed to be replaced. Although the front passenger door wouldn't open, it had a gap at the top of the window frame that allowed air/heat to excape. Two days after I dropped the car off for repair, it poured all day like it hadn't in weeks. If they had not accepted the car repair assignment, rain and moisture would have gotten into the car and ruined the seats. Taking the car to the Tucker Crash Champs was a blessing. Deepest Thanks to the technicians, repair professionals and service professionals. Everyone made my experience exceptional.

I could not recommend Service King enough. I brought in my Toyota Corolla that had suffered in a rear end accident and they were incredibly thorough and communicative throughout the entire repair process. Worked incredibly fast and professional. I was given updates every few days and before I knew it I received a call to say it was ready before the estimated date! As a plus, they took excellent care of my car. The interior/exterior was cleaner than when I brought it in, and the body work is amazing. Overall better than the day It was brought in. Highly recommend, service king is by far the best car experience I've had. 10/10

They were part of the program body shops that my insurance company works with so I chose them. I didn't have a lot of knowledge about service King, but I decided to trust them. They kept us up to date about the status of my repairs every step of the way by sending texts. When they fixed my car they had it looking just as good as the day I bought it. Great service, quality work and kind people.

The service and customer service at the Tucker Service King was great. The staff and manager were helpful with my claim, getting the info to my insurance company and explaining the repairs on my vehicle. They estimated a week to complete and finished a day early. Every few days I got an update via text on the progress. Because this is a newer location and they are building their business, their hours a somewhat limited. Call ahead. I have recommended this location to everyone!
