It's embarrassing to reveal how many times we've been to Autoglo. But we would not go anywhere else. Their body work is beautiful, and their customer service is great. My car looks brand new. AND they finished the work before their estimated date. AND my repair charge was less than the estimate. Go figure. Thank you, Jonathan and team.

Jared at Autoglo was truly outstanding and amazing during my Crosstrek repair process keeping me updated with everything that was going on. They are Subaru certified for collision repair. Big plus for Subaru owners. The repair techs did an amazing job putting everything together like new. They even washed and clean the car. Would recommend anyone who needs auto body repair.

My Toyota Sienna had been through a fender bender and showed significant wear, plus our children had taken their toll on the interior. The team at AutoGlo did an amazing job restoring it to like-new condition. I couldn't be happier with the results! 5/5 stars!

Customer service here is phenomenal. I talked to a few employees when I called and they were also so friendly Jared Took care of me for the most part And I couldn’t thank him enough. I’m so happy to have my car back. They cleaned the inside and the outside. She looks as clean as she did when I left the dealership. I will recommend this place to anyone.

I got rear ended and happened upon Auto Glo in Tucker. Not only did they do an absolute amazing job on the body damage to my car...but they actually cleaned the inside too!!! When I picked it up today I was so surprised!! It's beautiful inside and out!!! Highly recommend this body shop!!!

This place is outstanding. The accident was traumatic and they were so kind and kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful. My car was ready much earlier than expected and they took care of my rental return. My car l9oks as good as new! I've recommended AutoGlo to anyone who will listen. Insurance paid for this so I can't speak to the price.

Subaru owners... there is a body and paint shop that appreciates your ride, and that is AutoGlo in Tucker, GA. I own a 2012 Subaru WRX hatchback, which are hard to replace these days. The paint started to come off the roof and plastic parts of my car first and it was only a matter of time until the clear coat flaked off the rest of the car. Loving my AWD WRX so much, I decided to have the car painted and the door dings fixed. My logic is that the investment would "save me money" by not buying a new car (Modern FWD equivalents from Honda and Acura will cost you close to $60K, and that is a lot.) I worked with Jared who is one of the nicest and most professional consultants I have ever had. He is a real car guy too suggesting things that I never thought of and clever ways to fix problems, such as buffing the yellowed headlights and replacing the bulbs with brighter LEDs. You need to be aware that AutoGlo does not cut corners so you need to give them time to disassemble parts of the car to be painted, order parts, make repairs and prep the car before it ever hits the paint booth. Preparation makes for a better paint job. If you want a 2-day rushed paint job, this is probably not their way. I had some gremlins hiding in my car, which they fixed and that took time. Most people have no idea of the amount of work required, including me. When I got the car back, it was BETTER THAN NEW. I cannot explain how bright and vibrant Subaru blue is and it actually has some metallic flecks in it. It looks spectacular, the surface is as smooth as glass to the touch and reflects the awesome lines of my car, plus the surrounding. Mirror finish is what I would call it. Their expertise made me fall in love with my 13-year-old car all over again. The interior cleaning and detailing were great too. I wanted to say thank you to the crew who worked so hard on my WRX and sent me update photos when I asked. That was something to see the the car in pieces for paint. I also wanted to say a special thank you to Ted, the owner. I am 100% sure that he over delivered and for that I am truly thankful. I can be cynical when many companies do the bare minimum, but AutoGlo went the other way and exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled with what they did and how the car turned out. Thank you Ted, Jared and everyone else at AutoGlo who had a hand in transforming my car back to something I am proud of. I enclosed a few snapshots, and cannot wait to take better ones with a cool background. THANK YOU!

These folks are Super professional, communicate well and do five star work!!! After the work was completed, they cleaned my truck. No seriously, CLEANED MY TRUCK! This vehicle hasn’t been this clean since it left the dealership. Stopped for gas and thought they replaced the gas cap….no they cleaned it!!! I can go on and on about the workmanship. Absolute top to bottom awesomeness! Highly recommended.

I took my brand new Tesla here at the recommendation of a friend after I backed it into the garage. 🙃 the original place I took the car to quoted me $5-7k for repairs and tried to upsell me on an additional coverage plan of some sort. Auto glo was a dream- clear, professional communication, timely repair, explained all costs AND did the work for half what was initially quoted. They even detailed the car for me inside and out without charging extra. They were not in network with my insurance but they handled paperwork so well that it was not an inconvenience at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to return there should I ever require body work for my car (but hopefully won’t be needed 😉).

took my car here because my husband hit my fathers car while backing out of the drive way going less than 3 miles an hour, yet our hitch punctured the bumper on my fathers car. I took it here to AutoGlo because insurance recommended them. got a quote for 2k which i thought was already astronomical for a small damage to the bumper from such a low impact but decided to save myself the trouble and just go with them instead of finding quotes elsewhere cause of their reviews. HUGE mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! after they took the car apart, i got a call saying it would now be 4k (FOUR THOUSAND) because the "frame" was damaged. they showed me a picture of the inside of a trunk that i don't for a second believe was actually my fathers trunk. there was absolutely no way that my husband had caused this type of damage backing out of a driveway and hitting a stationary car at such low speeds. i told them absolutely not and that i would take my car elsewhere. they said that since they had already taken the car apart, i would have to pay for them to put it back together so i asked for a quote on that so i could take my fathers car out of their shop and get a second opinion. That quote to get my car out of their shop was the same 4k! when i hit the roof about the pricing, their manager condescendingly told me that if i knew so much about cars i should come up there and look at it myself. they held my car hostage until they got some prerequisite amount out of me and my insurance. i had no choice but to let them finish the con job. Fast forward months later and my insurance hikes my rate and sends me to a high risk option because of this accident and how much it cost (we have not been in an accident in over 10 years!) this whole situation has been a nightmare and i will never step foot in this shop again even if its the last one in Tucker.

Jonathan and his team did a phenomenal job with the repairs on my vehicle. From start to finish, the process was easy, the communication was clear and the end results exceeded my expectations. It's obvious they take pride in what they do! Thank you for a great experience.

Autoglo did a beautiful job repairing my Subaru, leaving it spotless, both inside and out. The service agents were knowledgeable, professional and courteous, particularly Jared who met me at closing time with an umbrella as the heavens had opened up when I arrived. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Unsatisfied to the point that I'm writing this review, and I don't want to take any projects back to them. I explained in detail what work I wanted done. They said parts were ready for pick up. I picked up the parts only to find out what we talked about was not completed.. They painted over residue instead of removing the residue first Left clear coat drips I had to bring the parts back again to have them fix the defects in the paint + filling license plate bolt holes. They didn't tape/mask my parking sensors, and just painted all over them. They look like a middle schooler did it. Not less than a year later, I have to use my tow hook on my front bumper and the paint is cracking. I even had a friend of mine / customer of AutoGlo Josh Alpers tell me he had a very similar experience where he had to bring his car back more than once to get it right. This is absolutely poor work. I feel ripped off.

After a not-so-pleasant experience at the last auto shop I had been using for years, I reached out to Autoglo about servicing my car. Dan is the mechanic that personally did the work and kept me in the loop as he progressed. The shop accommodated my schedule, took integrity in their work, gave detailed feedback and reports, and returned my car fully detailed, all for a reasonable price. This will be my go-to shop for the foreseeable future and cannot recommend enough!

I have a 98 Jaguar and was worried it would be difficult to get a partial paint job that looked seamless. Autoglo did not disappoint! I got the car back clean and the new paint on the bumper looks fantastic! Highly recommended from me. There was a slight delay during the work but they were honest and maintained clear communication, all one can ask for!

My 2022 GENESIS was involved in an accident and I was worried my 4 wheeled baby would never be the same. A friend had recommended this shop so not wanting to chance the repair with one of those high volume centers I took the leap. The staff at AUTOGLO were super courteous keeping me informed and helped me through the insurance process. When I took delivery of my car at the end of the repair my car was detailed better than the dealer. Thank you AUTOGLO!
