Terribly overpriced. They charge you if you breathe too deep, seriously. My car was on their lot for less than 12 hours, and it cost me $220 to get it out. I wanted it towed 8 miles away to my son's house, it was going to be $150, plus a hookup fee and a per mile charge. I called another tow company and they charged me less than half to get it to my son's house. I DO NOT recommend this place. If I could give it a negative rating, I would. They even charged a clean-up fee of $45, and they didn't pick up Jack shit. My son and I went to the location of accident the next day, and found all sorts of stuff that flew out of the car. (Tools from the trunk) I called the 511 hero unit and they actually shut down the highway on 285 south at exit 41 so we could retrieve our items. There were also parts of my car on the highway that they didn't pick up, but charged me for. True story.

Terrible company. Stupid policy and just overall shouldn't exist.

The process was fast and the staff was great. A little pricey but it was a LOW STRESS tow recovery!!!!!

My mother had managed to wedge her car on top of some rocks. S & W came within 15 minutes and had her car free in another 5. We are grateful for the excellent service.

Very unorganized. I signed all release paper work for insurance purposes to release vehicle. A month later I'm told I have to make arrangements to resign the paperwork because inadequate administration. Terrible place

Tony Howard was my tow truck driver, and he went above and beyond. He used a larger tow truck to move mine safely and efficiently, and his professionalism really stood out. Tony communicated clearly every step of the way and even took the time to teach me new things about towing. It’s rare to meet someone so skilled, courteous, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend him to anyone in need of towing services.

They are so professional and quick! They were very friendly and I highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Worst towing company possible. Took my money and never got an invoice! Save yourself a headache and look somewhere else for help!

The guy who towed my car and gave me the business card (outside of Waffle House and La Chona) was extremely nice and when I called to ask if I could get my medication from my car the guy said he would have no problem with me coming to get it. I showed up and a driver came out from the gate, Asked for my DL and keys and asked where my medicine was, he was back within 5 minutes and told me to come back at 9AM and not to worry (I was definitely crying bc of this whole situation) but they were all very kind to me. They are doing their job and they are making bombahhhzz money. If you’re nice to them they will be nice too. Labor Day 2025 definitely won’t forget this.

The staff here seem fully aware of the power imbalance between themselves and the people who are forced to call them during stressful situations, and many appear to take advantage of it with a noticeable lack of empathy or professionalism. This environment seems to attract, or perhaps encourage, individuals who project the frustrations of their personal lives onto the very people they’re supposed to assist. It’s unfortunate when a service-based business becomes a place where hostility is normalized and decency is optional.

The Service was beyond legendary they worked with me & they made everything clear on what I needed to get back my vehicle the process was smooth easy & fast my vehicle stopped on me in the middle of the road it was storming outside I had my family with me so I didn’t think to stay in the car & wait til the tow truck got there I left with my family so by the time I got back it had already been towed I found it at S&W explain to them what happen & they worked with me & even doe I have to get it towed again now from there yard the price they charged me to get to a auto shop was cheaper then thru my insurance I definitely recommend these guys

Sorry so long but not really… OH MAN THIS PLACE!!! JUST RIDICULOUS!!! First off, how the world do you charge 5 hours for a full day’s price?!! I was told that my son’s car was there there for 4 days but that was a lie bc it was brought to them on Tuesday morning and I came to pick it up today, Friday around 12 pm. It was $294.00 base pay and then $33 per day sitting there. Where the hell do these fees go to anyways. Then when my son drove it out the junk yard lot area, he was hearing a scraping noise from below. Turned out it was a whole covering which partially was hanging and dragging on the ground!!! The lady at the front had one of the techs (the white guy idk his name) to go look at but he was useless bc he didn’t do anything. I went to look at it myself and went back inside and explained to the lady that there was NO WAY HE WAS GOING TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE HIS CAR SAFELY 5 hours back home. SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY MAYBE “HE” meaning my son must’ve hit a bump or side of the road or something!! I said NO HIS CAR WAS NOT LIKE THIS UNTIL YOU GUYS CAME AND PICKED IT UP!! She said that she would get someone to come look at it but no one came & truly inspected. This other tech (the black guy idk his name) just came out and looked at the car not inspecting and was standing not even close to the car and was like yeah I see what you are speaking of and then walked back inside!! I am totally disgusted with both this place and the locksmith, I drove 5 hours away to pay $758 total and no remorse, no nothing just took my money and that’s it. Btw the lady at the front started out in an unfriendly manner but when I was giving her my upmost respect and kindness, her attitude changed until the end when I was pissed about the bottom piece being stripped from my son’s car!! GEORGIA NEEDS TO DO BETTER OVERALL!! PS THE PICS ATTACHED IS THE BOTTOM COVERING I AM SPEAKING OF!!

I had my car towed, already a terrible situation. S&W was kind, fast and affordable. They were there to the scene within 15 minutes and even gave me a ride as well. I would recommend them to anyone over and over again. Also, when I first called, the front office staff was so friendly!! 10/10 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

I was just passed on the interstate by a heavy wrecker SNW tow truck. Pass me at a high speed on the shoulder of the road running me into a different lane cutting someone else off. Meanwhile, all of the rocks and boards and sticks and car parts that he’s kicking up and leaving in his Wake cause damage now to my vehicle and possibly many more. Authorities were alerted with the description of the driver and the plate. Your insurance company should be made aware of the dash cam video I now possess

Steven did excellent work, he was promp, professional and towed me Safely back to the yard. I have never been able to say any of that about any other tow company. Thanks Steven..and the Rock thanks you for professionalism.

They saved the day when I broke down! Any vehicle you need towed in the Atlanta area big or small, this is the company to use! Fast service, quality job and also most important AFFORDABLE price! I will be a lifetime customer of theirs.

HORRIBLE DO NOT USE!!! I recently got my car towed and owners did not answer the phone for anything!! Most of my personal belongings were gone. These people are thieves!!!! Also they stole some car parts and replaced them with faulty ones!! Stay away !!

Warning! Warning! Warning! My car was towed by this company on Friday, March 28, 2025. I went to pick it up today just to find out that all my tools are gone and they replaced my battery for an old battery. It is too sad that drivers or employees from this company get away with stealing. Not to mention that we paid $725 to get our car back. Not to mention that they charge 5% fee because I did not have cash and I have to used my credit card. I guess if you ever in that situation take pictures before they towed your car.

Had to get my Silverado towed because one of the wheels fell off. Cray was prompt and efficient in getting the vehicle hooked up and unloaded. S&W also had the best prices of 3 companies I called including my own insurance company. Would recommend this outfit to anyone needing a tow.

Towed my tractor from Walmart on Conyers, GA. Seems odd, the same trucks that were there when I parked were still there, but mine got towed. They made an easy $1100.00 off me that day. Just doing their job I guess...

They are organized thieves. They charged me $1157 to tow an 18 wheel truck for 3 hours and 3 miles.and they are asking you only cash they don't have a choice of what to do and you have to pay one choice only cash. that's why I said they are organized thieves, because every body working for fraud here. I don't know how they are able to get a license. I paid cash 1157 dollars and they were printed out the paperwork guess what... 576$ they are act looks like it. They are rude and rude one old lady and one guy so rude😡

Horrible service. I don't know why Atlanta chooses to deal with them. They will try and get as much money out of you. Driver was in a coma, they would not allow us to retrieve their items. Of course the longer the car sits on their lot, the more money they make. Finally, the insurance company made them release the vehicle. Tom hung up the phone on us once the funds dried up.

They towed my car about 2 weeks ago. Cost me $205 to get it out in less than 9 hrs. From their back porch area, I saw the yard man move my Tucson with a forklift type machine and drop it down in another space. I didn't notice it until I got it home, but something is clearly dangling from underneath now and it flaps loudly while riding on the expressway. I don't expect them to admit anything or pull their tape for proof. They already showed me how they feel about my business and my vehicle. Who knows what the repairs from their negligence will cost, but as a middle-class family with limited extra funds, I say emphatically , "S&W costs entirely too much!!"

Very unprofessional !!! The old lady at the front desk has horrible customer service. I screamed and hollered “Excuse me” and “Hello” over 10 times and she never came to the front counter. I had to literally call the company number to get her to approach to the front counter and she still said “give me a minute” . The tow driver lied about what time my vehicle was towed to there company. All kind of charges was accumulated out of the blue when I got there than what they said on the phone! This place is a total ROBBERY! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!!!!!

My car was towed erroneously after Dekalb County Police ordered the tow following HERO lying about how long my car had been on the interstate. The staff here is extremely rude and will lie to the police on you. Jared is the staff person with whom I dealt. He was all kinds of rude and unprofessional from the onset of the call. When I stated to him that I was not being rude to him and just wanted respect reciprocated, he responded with “I understand that but I am not going to answer your question 47 times.” There was no reasoning with him. Before I disconnected the call, I advised him to be kinder to people as I was no longer subjecting myself to his verbal abuse. This guy tried calling me back three times which I considered harassment. He then lied to the police and said it was me being rude. It is really sad when human decency is not front of mind. Lying on others, speaking down to others, and harassment are not attributes of human decency. My sincere prayer for him is that he will experience the benefits of reciprocating kindness and respect.

I previously used another tow service (not going to mention any names) that gave me really good service at and above average price. Called them back today to use them again and they quoted me a price as if my last name was Musk! So I called s&w and they ended up getting my business for about 1/2 price and over the top service! A BIG ups to Uncle James! He was upfront with me about everything. Thanks for taking care of me and my driver south of Atlanta! Your number is in my phone and I’ll be passing it along to anyone that may be looking for tow service.
