I have had great experiences every time I’ve dealt with them. The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would go nowhere else to recycle my electronics.
At my office we ONLY use E Recycle USA to take care of our electronics. They are always quick to respond, hassle free and AFFORDABLE. Cyrous has always been our point of contact and he takes care of everything - I've never had to lift a finger. We've used E Recycle USA three separate times now and I can't imagine ever taking our business anywhere else. We recently went through our old storage units and E Recycle USA was a life saver; they quickly scheduled a time slot for us and I'm at ease knowing they're going to erase all the hard drives and provide us with a certificate as well.
Great experience! We've been cleaning out a medical office in preparation for moving and had 20 years of old PC's, laptops, phones and technology to get rid of safely. I made multiple drop offs to unload non-sensitive equipment and then utilized their certified destruction option for materials that might have medical/personal info on them. They are always pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend them.
Wonderful experience! E Recycle USA was very professional and kind. Our office upgraded our monitors and i had a lot to recycle. E Recycle arrived on time (in the rain) and carted all our monitors away! Highly Recommend!
Went on a Tuesday afternoon. Pulled up to drop-off area and was greeted by one of the staff. I was dropping of 42" flat screen TV and they explained the $25 fee. After that a gentleman assisted me in unloading the TV and I went around to the front office to pay. Friendly staff, and was in and out within 5 minutes.
Only place I could find that would take my old CRT monitor. Friendly and professional staff, they even helped me unload! It's hard to find these places that will take old electronics. This is a step in the right direction for all those that are eco friendly and care for the community and waste. As a community, we need to do our part to properly recycle

I was kind of shocked at some of the negative reviews. I happened by this place and they've taken all of my electronic without any issue. I can' speak to the "sweatshop" nature of the place but everyone's been friendly from the back to the front. Please note, they do charge up to $25 for TVs and monitors that have glass. I think it's $15 for smaller one's but I know my old, large TV was $25. Everything else, they just take and do whatever they do with it.
The entire staff is blatantly racist and will give you cold stares and the inside of the building smells horrible. They will speak to each other in a different language to talk about you. Terrible company. Do not support these guys
