Needed a car removed from my home. I own the home, had called the police, contacted neighbors and no luck on finding the owners of the car. I called numerous tow companies with no luck, tons of run around. First call to them they told me exactly what documents I needed to facilitate the tow of this vehicle off my property. Within 30 mins they were there and the vacant vehicle was gone! This car had been abandoned for over 8 hours on my property with no luck of removal prior to this company.
I scheduled a tow and Joe was right on time. He even gave a courtesy call to see if he could come early. He was awesome and made this process so easy. Reputable company, great customer service and best priced.
The guy who towed my car tonight on 10/07/24 at the fedex on factory shoals was very rude and disrespectful. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Don’t use them at ALL. If I could leave no stars I would
I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE dealing with Henson's 24 Hour Wrecker Service. The customer service was excellent the tow truck driver arrived fast and got me safely to my location. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Henson's to anyone in need of good towing service
They're alright considering I think all towing services are the literal definition of highway robbery. Seriously everyone prices shouldn't be that high.
Very unprofessional and RUDE staff. I was yelled at & threatened by the staff after having a misunderstanding to get arrested, even though the woman there was being degrading and aggressive with her tone and words; however I walked in to ask my final question for clarity. All I said was “excuse me” prior to being able to even BEGIN the rest of my question. The lady snapped and started treating me as though I was causing a scene, so I told her “please don’t talk to me like that” extremely unclear explanations and rude response when you try to get clarity. If you can help it, I’d steer clear of this company Their business is appalling!
So I used them in the pass customer service was great I had them posted at my business for towing however I will no longer use there service the service is bad now they don’t come when they say they coming the tow truck drivers are rude and nasty
My vehicle is awaiting insurance inspection as my car was recently rear-ended. Personnel here are great. One of the workers was nice enough to cover the trunk with plastic to prevent rain from entering.
Please Do NOT use this towing company. This towing company towed my Penske Box Truck and completely damaged my Drive Shaft underneath my vehicle. I took the Drive Shaft to a repair shop and I had to pay $400 to repair it. The Drive Shaft shop told me that the tow truck that towed my vehicle should be 100% liable for the damage. After calling Hensens Towing and speaking to a very rude and un apologetic manager, he tried to say it was not their fault. It was 100 percent their fault as they scraped the whole Drive Shaft underneath the vehicle when loading and unloading onto the tow truck. I have made a claim at the city court and will be seeking damages with restitution. I am also gonna complain to the BBB. Do NOT use this towing company as they will tear up your vehicle and will not pay for the damages. But no worries I will see them in court. Thanks.

Incredible, excellent, professional, and very customer oriented. Unfortunately, I am running out of words for the great service that I received at Hansen's 24-hour Wrecker Service. It was one of the best experiences I have experienced at a wrecker service. The attendant at the window was courteous and kind. And when I asked to speak with the manager he was delightfully helpful. I highly recommend and will definitely use their service again.
Great service. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and the man that actually set up the tow was polite as well and the driver was awesome and professional. I will definitely recommend them in the future.
My car was stolen and involved in accident. Austell is about 2.5 hours from where I live. The first time I called and spoke to a nice gentleman gave me all my info. Today June 2, 2020 at. 3:50 Pm (even tho I’m an adult you know I’m youngish) I called back to reassure her I wasn’t going to have any fines right now to my mother. The lady that spoke with me was actually crazy. First of all she couldn’t understand me and my mom having the same name.. then she got an attitude amongst me and my mom having a side convo and said “I’m only speaking to one of y’all I’m not doing this flip flop”.. back to her not understanding me and my mom having the same name, I tried to verify I was the owner of the vehicle with a DOB,AGE,st address, and she responded with “no need to be a smart aleck”. I mean like for real me and my mom are literally so chill. And I’m not losing sleep over it cause she was helpful over all but like dang dude take a chill pill someone for sure pee’d in her flakes. I hope she has better days. I literally said “be cool dude have a good day” to hang up.
Horrible service. Rude workers. Low key racist. They put me through so many hoops to get my car. Had to get a police officer to come and make them release it. Very unprofessional.

Kept putting us off ALL NIGHT. Called next morning would not take it to Days Chevrolet which was three miles away then wanted $55 more than first quote to take it where they wanted to take it.
The guy behind the counter told me that if he hadn't been there then they would have charged me another $75 on my bill. I'd been in a motorcycle wreck and was hospitalized for five days, incurring a bit of a storage fee as well, which is to be expected, but that $75 is the legal fee for having to file for a 30-day abandoned vehicle, which mine wasn't. I don't like liars, and this guy just had a slimy feel to him. Trying to build customer loyalty by lying to them is the WRONG WAY TO DO IT. The tow truck driver that delivered my bike said that the SAME GUY was riding my bike around the parking lot when they came to pick it up.
Auto broke down and called them at 1:09 am. Told me 15-30 minutes wait time. Called back 1 hour later. Was told driver would be there in a few minutes. 7am and still no tow truck. Have used them before, but never again.
Seriously do not call this guys! Called very late at night. I told them were I was at and were I need to go. Everything seem fine they told me a price and have me a duration of 30 to 1 hour waited that that 1 called back and they told me it would be another 30 minutes to an hour so I said waited this long I'll give them a chance. Waited another hour and nothing so called them again and he said that his driver kept pushing it back so he didn't know if he was going to make. So i ask should I just cancel?? He a guess because I don't know what to tell you. Horrible service. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE
Called very late at night to plan a tow for the following day. They answered promptly, and were able to help me with my problem. The next day, tow truck was there just after 8 AM, and the price was extremely reasonable given the situation. Would highly recommend.
I am very upset with the service they are providing me with. I brought them a release form Wednesday night and went out of town Thursday for the holiday weekend. I wasn't able to get it to the collision center until Friday because of the holiday. Two of the workers that were there Wednesday night told me I would be able to release the vehicle Friday morning via phone and that they didn't need anything else from me. Come Friday, the "supervisor" on the phone said that the vehicle cannot be released without someone present with identification and payment. This is very misleading and unacceptable.
