The vehicle breakdown and tow that I had to deal with and go through was the absolute best that I've ever experienced; and you say "How do you have a joyful car breakdown" , well let me tell you:
From the start of contact, "Tony" w/Dr Wrecker LLC, eased my comfort level of dealing with the breakdown of my van and gave a quick accessment of problem. He showed great concern by making sure that I was okay and seated comfortably, since I had to accompany the vehicle. Wow to the great conversation and I Thank God...the first Roadside Tow Service company "Unique Towing and Recovery" flaked out on me by being a "NoShow" , I never would've had the encounter

Giving 2 Stars for the price...$207.00 to tow my Mini Cooper 14 Miles.Sure it didn't take long ... about 30 mins...but to add Insult to injury, they tried to add $31.25 for a Tip?!?! Dispatch was very nice... But the price is highway robbery.
When I say that DR WRECKER really came through they really did !!!! That’s why I’m giving them 5 stars….!!! My father called me at 11 o’clock pm to say car broke down called roadside assistance and DR WRECKER was the provider when I say they were fast communicated and were very professional my dads car got picked up by 12:45 am when I say that is fasted service I’ve had from any tow company as well as keeping me updated and also gave me the opportunity to go pick him up and go back out to meet the driver to give them they keys ….. Thank you again for taking care of us and our vehicle definitely would recommend and use service in the future!!! FYI ….. NO DAMAGE DONE TOOK GOOD CARE OF LOADING UP MY DADS BMW

Unfortunately, I had to use this company… Fortunately, I called the right people! Great customer service from dispatch to the tower. Exact eta and less than 45 mins wait time. Respectful,Polite,Attentive and patient. Took care of my car from pickup to drop off. I highly recommend using this company! They will take some of the load and frustration off of you, from having to call them about car trouble.
Tony was so gracious and respectful. He kept me posted on every detail regarding my vehicle when picking it up and taking it to the shop as well as helping figure out the problem with it. If I ever need another tow, I will absolutely be calling him. He did a phenomenal job! Thanks again Tony!
Absolutely the best service! My car died because of a bad alternator. Tony diagnosed the problem quickly, and handled everything efficiently. I couldn’t have asked for better help—highly recommend Tony! Great customer service, fair pricing, and Tony was truly a reliable help when I needed it most. I’ll definitely use them again!
Driver responded within 20 minutes, ran into some issues with my vehicle mot being suitable for the tow truck that arrived to grab it. Another driver responded with a different style tow truck in about 18 minutes and got me and my vehicle out off the road.

Amazing experience. Louie and Tony were both very professional and helpful. Louie went above and beyond to help us even calling the tire place to be sure it was open for us late at night on Christmas Eve; and Tony was incredibly friendly and prompt making sure everything was ok before leaving.

Wow!! Amazing, they are so patient, understanding, willing to work with you, etc! I called them this morning and not only did they provide wonderful customer service over the phone. Needed my car towed from the mechanic to my house. Called and was able to get a quick tow! Tony let me know when he picked up my car and send a picture. He also let me know when he was 5 minutes away. He was pleasant and kind. Thanks Tony!
The service was GREAT! They picked up my car within 30 minutes. Tony was phenomenal and gave me information regarding the problem I was having with the car. They were very professional, courteous and affordable. They even sent me pictures of the car at the destination when they dropped it off. I highly recommend!

Rovel was great when I booked my appointment. Tony picked me up and my car and drove me to my tire shop. He was absolutely AWESOME. As soon as he arrived he got me into his tow truck so I wasn’t standing near all the cars flying by us and to keep me out of the cold. Highly recommend!

This experience was A1. The driver of the truck was extremely helpful and followed directions perfectly. The first time dealing with Dr. Rucker was a wreck, but they definitely turned it around the second time in which I got a discount so they got another chance. & made it right .Driver extremely helpful good advice on car Thankyou , and below when it ask, if the price was reasonable, the first time it was 165 to go 7 miles I found very unreasonable 120 felt a little more fair, which is what I was charged the second time. Tony was so friendly and made me feel at ease. He came to the location and treated my vehicle with the utmost care while loading it onto the tow truck. He got everything done promptly and professionally. I'm saving his number if I ever have car trouble again I know who to call.

Very pleasant experience from the initial call to my interaction with the tow guy Tony. Tony was very patient and took his time with loading and unloading my truck, as to not do any further damage to my truck. I am very pleased and appreciative with his service. Towing is always a bit pricey, but they’re a great company to use.
Great experience. Great service. Driver and dispatch were both very courteous and professional. Went outside of the their normal operating duties to accommodate us as we were in a difficult unusual situation. They got my car to it's destination while constantly communicating with us along the more the 6 hrs round trip ordeal. I would highly recommend this tow company and really appreciate their excellent service.
Tony was an excellent expert at towing my vehicle. He has excellent communication showed up on time as promised. He took care to explain what he was doing and why. He really took the time and care to load my vehicle and deliver it without any additional damage. This helped save of the cost of repair. Highly recommend.

I would wager to say that if you're having to call a tow truck, you're not having the best day. In my opinion, any towing service that does what they can to improve your situation is worthy of more than 5 stars. My day started pretty poorly as I was confronted with a temperature warning on my Porsche Boxster driving home from Roswell. I limped to a parking lot and started making phone calls.
Every tow company I called wanted $200+ to tow my car to my shop of choice (Rocco's European Garage - If you have a euro car in ATL this should be your go-to) but Dr Wrecker agreed to knock that price way down due to the distance. Very classy on their part.
Once Tommy arrived, he was professional and courteous. We chatted about cars and shops the whole time my poor 718 was being loaded, and he recommended Roccos himself. He was on his way quickly.
Once he dropped the car off, he took pictures of the dropoff and sent them to my personal cell-phone to let me know the car made it to the shop and is now awaiting what I hope is not a catastrophic repair. This is the first time ever a tow company has texted me AFTER the fact to let me know my vehicle was delivered, let alone with pictures.
Tommy is the man, and this is now going to be the only wrecker service I use. Thank you.
