The only good part of my experience was actually talking with Kalisandra (rep) and receiving the check. Other than that, the whole
process was a headache. The lack of attention to detail, mistakes, poor communication from the outsourced support staff copart uses cost me money out of my own pocket. The outsourced tow truck driver picked up my vehicle without even receiving the my keys and title (basically they stole my truck). Had me drive all the way out to copart to drop it off for them. Then weeks after the sales completed, I get harassing emails and texts from their outsourced support staff to help them fix their mistakes regarding the title. Not to mention, now they are threatening me with vehicle abandonment and storage fees to coerce me to fix their issue. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.

Difficult communication...they did not listen to my schedule yesterday...I told you all at least 4 times I had to leave for work at 4pm yesterday. He called me around 6 30 to say he was on the way. A delayed arrival today AND gave me a check that I could not just go and cash immediately! often spoke with people I could not understand. That check better clear my bank folks.

Very quick and easy process. Best of all, they gave me 40% MORE MONEY than all of the other services I called. I was able to get my car picked up within about an hour from talking to someone on the phone. The tow truck driver, Carlo, was very friendly and fast. 100% would recommend.
I was told my vehicle would be picked up the next day. The dispatcher didn’t enter the ticket until the following morning because it was close to the end of the day when I scheduled the pick up. I explained that it needed to be picked up before 5 pm. The driver picked it up the next day but it was after the cutoff time causing me to have to pay an extra $150 for storage. In my opinion, I had to pay for Coparts’ lack of customer service.
Everything was a very simple and fair process. Out of several other online buyers, this was the highest offer by almost 30%. They were quick to confirm the offer, walk through simple photos to send and confirm the condition, explain how to complete the title, and schedule for the next day around my schedule. The next morning I met with someone from the transport company (who was very nice!) at my home who quickly gave the vehicle another look over, took the keys and title, and handed me a check! After she left, 10-15 minutes later the truck pulled up, loaded it up, and was out. This was much easier than I thought it would be, and had I known I would have done it much sooner. Highly recommend everyone that was involved!
On June 18th, 2024, I received a phone call from Cash for Cars and Compare to schedule my vehicle pick-up for June 19th, 2024, between 1 PM and 5 PM. I subsequently called twice more, and each time, I was informed that the driver had been contacted and instructed to reach out to me regarding the pick-up time. Despite the driver agreeing to pick up my car at 8 AM on June 19th, 2024, they failed to arrive within the agreed time frame.
Additionally, during my second call, I was transferred to the dispatch team and was left on hold for 30 minutes without receiving a call back. On my third call, I was informed that my car might not be picked up at the specified time because the driver had a list of pick-ups to complete. I explained that I had an appointment and had scheduled the pick-up for the most convenient time for me. This delay caused significant inconvenience, requiring me to potentially wait until 10 PM, which interferes with my work and sleep schedule as I have an overnight job.
Furthermore, I was told there is a possibility that my car won't be picked up until 8 PM-10 PM the following day, despite having scheduled the pick-up for 1 PM-5 PM today. This situation has caused undue inconvenience for me, and I am seeking compensation for the disruption caused. The issue arises not from any negligence on my part but from the unorganized and unprofessional handling of the pick-up by your driver and team.
Great experience. Everything went exactly as expected. The entire process was complete in 2 days. The driver showed up and took my vehicle and provided me with a check in less than 15 minutes and was gone. I would highly recommend this service.
Got a good price for my broken down vehicle. They're supposed to give you a 4 hr window for vehicle pickup. I waited 6 hours without even an update call from the driver. Whoever was in charge of the lot the cat was going to and the driver, had horrible communication. I was left stranded with no word for 6 hours. Meanwhile I was supposed to be loading my moving truck to leave the state. I had to pay an extra day on my moving truck because this company couldn't get it together. Good price.
Terrible communication and coordination. They will also call you every 5 minutes if you even show an ounce of interest in selling your car.
Mostly all was perfect...all staff were professional and polite...what was laking was th ability to get in touch with my original agent (who knew my whole situation)
The "call center" vibe was sometime off putting because I often had to retell the whole story.
Still, i would recommend and use Cash 4 Cars again!

I had an appointment for pick up at 2:30 on Friday, the driver kept communicating and making excuses why he was late and at 5:30pm he claimed he had truck issues and couldn't pick up. He rescheduled for next day at 9am and he did show. However, on Friday i took off half day work to meet the guy and it was lost time from job.
The process was the easiest ever, and also the best offer I received out of several. They were courteous, knowledgeable and forthcoming about every detail. There were no surprises. It was the most honest and respectful deal I ever made.

Started off good customer Service ,but then it was too much back and forth with the calls when it was time to schedule a pick up for the car. When we thought the schedule was completed once they gave us a time 10:00am to 2:00pm. Received a call stating they was calling to schedule a pick up I thought we was already scheduled once a time was provided. No, they was now calling to schedule then they couldn’t schedule until the next day. Also, they to us that the schedule would be 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Well, they close at 5:00pm but the guy was very nice and met us at the car dealership to pick up the car. Get it together cash for cars!!
Bought and towed away my car - only flaw was they said they could pick up on Friday, then said Thursday which didn’t work for me but finally came through on Saturday. Overall very good experience and would recommend using them

Have been playing phone tag w/the company for apprx 2-3 weeks, this past week I was scheduled for a pick up on Monday, then Tuesday which resulted in a text message asking if the pick up could occur today (Thursday) between 8 - 12. All three days were no shows. tried the previous week on Monday & no one showed up.
I give them a two star due to the receptionist being so nice & for the communication w/her. However the communication for a no pick up does not happen.
I seriously wonder if this business actually buys cars.
