Store always clean and staff is always generally pleasant! There's a fairly new associate with glasses and really young and mentioned to me that this was his very first job. Not sure of his name but his customer service was AMAZING!
I don't usually do reviews but wanted to on here because they were so helpful. A gentleman greeted me immediately asking what I needed help with, I needed a paint pen. His self and Shahidria (per receipt) were both helpful and friendly. I joked I knew more than my man on what to buy. No sooner did I leave I came back in thinking I bought the wrong one after talking to my fiancee and they both reassured me it would work. I joked again with her saying I shouldn't have listened to him and left. They were very fast, knowledgeable, friendly and had good banter which seems far and few in between these days. Hopefully they see this and know they're appreciated. ?
I originally went to autozone and they were not able to help me because they did not train their staff to put a battery in my truck. I decided to go across the street to O'reilly's and they help me right away and install a battery for me. Thank you to Mi'chael at the hwy 85 location. He was professional and very nice. I was even willing to tip him and he would not take it. From now on I will not go to autozone and now you guys have a permanent customer. Thank you.
The store was really busy when I came in but the Store Manager LC greeted and apologized for the wait. He then answered all my questions about an overheating problem on my Ford and I got everything I needed.
Chris greeted me as soon as he saw the puzzled look on my face searching for a car part. He went above and beyond to assist me and I enjoyed his personable, friendly energy which soothed my uneasiness. I am a loyal customer and will continue to be! My experience left an impressive impression that will keep me coming back and refer to anyone in need for car parts or accessories. Love this store!
If possible, go in with the old part in your hand, or you could end up with the wrong replacement item. Good service otherwise. Rating was changed as they did provide the requested item.

I lost my receipt, but the 2 men that helped me at the location on 85s near Feyetteville ga was excellent… they have the best customer service and that’s the reason I past 2 other locations to get to them… they offer to order your product and never have attitudes…. Love this place… and it’s so CLEAN!!!!
I just got the most HORRIBLE service. The counter lady gave me all the parts numbers and walked away. I went to get my parts and the numbers she gave me didn't show me a damn thing. I'm going to see the lady at autozone much more helpful.
They were out of the brand in the size battery I needed for My key fob. But nonetheless, they still had what I needed. Customer service was good. No complaints.
Ask for Eric. He has great service. Helped me and my dad find all the parts we needed. He had great fast and friendly service out of everyone we met. We had to go back a few times and ask questions. He answered them all. Thanks Eric! We will be back.
That was my first and last time going to that O’Reilly’ s, because I went there to get oil for my vehicle but didn’t know what kind of oil my vehicle takes. So the employee put my car info into the computer and told me what to get. But what was SO unprofessional about that was…. There was people not in uniform behide the counter along with a BABY!!! And on top of that, the employee was not specific about what oil to get. I find out the next day when I had to get an oil change that the type of vehicle I drive ONLY takes HIGH MILEAGE SYNTHETHETIC OIL. Not just 5W-30 because I clearly put the wrong kind in my vehicle. I didn’t know their are 3 kinds of 5W-30 which are Conventional Motor oil, Synthetic Blend Motor oil, and Synthetic Motor oil. It would help if O’Reily employee’s had a little knowledge about vehicles if your going to be behide the counter. Thanks!!!
I've always had a good experience at this store but I was just watching the news and saw that an O'Reilly employee killed a customer at this store on 6/2/22! That's a real turn-off! RIP to the victim. Seek the Lord while He may be found brothers and sisters.
Definitely enjoyed my time at this store. I really appreciate it the employee knowing exactly but I was trying to explain to her that I needed and she took me straight to the aisle. Definitely will be returning if ever I need anything
This is a review of the 8529 Highway 85 Riverdale GA 30274 location. I was there today, concerned my battery might be going bad. Within a few minutes one of the employees had confirmed this, showed me my options, replaced with the battery of my choice, and I was on my way. They were fairly busy and it was a hot day. Everyone was courteous, helpful and friendly. I observed the two women working the registers and phones being quick and very helpful with several people. I was quite impressed with this store.
James was so awesome he put my battery in for me and was very helpful. And Wyteria was so nice over the phone just great customer service. They deserve a raise
Wonderful people, very helpful and knowledgeable. One employee was a automotive painter for ten years. His suggestions where right on the money. Keep up the good work...
