Wow!! Exceeded EVERY expectation! After being ran in circles by other Tow Agencies…including AAA over the Memorial Day weekend, I decided to regroup and try a smaller, local business. Not only was my car picked up within an hour, they picked it up before receiving payment. Completing a tow on good faith is unheard of. I will definitely refer Motion Towing to everyone I know. My car was delivered in great condition, as well! 5 STARS!!

Stephen was wonderful and very helpful! He got to me quickly and successfully delivered the car to its destination. I would definitely recommend him and this service!

Can't complain talked with the owner yesterday about picking up our junk car! Set time,came today to remove junk car. Paid cash for junk car was on time! Highly recommend this company! I was looking for a tow truck company for 1/26/2021 and that was when I called Motion Towing Service. I was finally attended to after calling multiple times (seemed like they don’t really value people’s business), after answering the dispatcher/owner quoted me a price double than other towing services in the area. Needless to say I responded by informing him the price was too high causing me to shop around a bit more. Without another second wasted the owner/dispatcher immediately hung up violently without acknowledging anything else. Very rude and unprofessional considering you’re interested in the customer service sector. Truly a shame, would not recommend this company to anyone, you’re better off going to new image towing or Tara wrecker.

Super thankful for such great, quick and affordable service. Early November our car battery died when we needed to take the car to our the body shop after being involved in a hit and run. Motion towing was quick with responses and had one of their trusted partners come and jump start our car and tow it to the body shop. Provided updates throughout the process and provided a receipt so we could get reimbursed by insurance. So happy we decided to go with Motion Towing!

It had been a very long day when da car jus died! I had been waiting for a tow truck that was ordered almost 2 hours before! It was late night, everything was closed around me! I looked up this company n they came n 20 mins! Phone operator had great professionalism and was very accurate on the drivers ETA! The driver was also very professional but it was late and I didn’t get his name. Long story short.... got home w car safely and met some friendly people in the process! I highly recommend this company for any of your roadside needs!

My push start 2015 Dodge would not crank, just lights & radio. I called the company for a jump start and Steve came to my rescue. I was on my way in less than 3 minutes! Not only was he friendly, but share loads of info with me. I appreciate the quick service

Steve was very patient and nice! I didn’t know how to direct him to my exact location but with patience and understanding he managed to figure it out! He was very polite and he pulled my car out of a ditch quick, fast and he made sure to check on me and see if I was okay throughout the process. I’m just grateful it was speedy and painless. I will definitely be calling back if need be and recommending you all to people I know.

Don’t ask me why i lowered my car but it was near undrivable during this day. I called and 20 min later, my personal driver’s name was Steve arrived on scene. Thankfully he saved my car and a lot of my time. It was an amazing experience.

The reviews for this tow company are surely true and they are a 5 star company! Steve was very punctual and had awesome communication with pick up and drop off of my vehicle! Steve came out on superbowl day and got my car for me this guy is the best and I will highly recommend this company to anybody and I just moved from New York company and driver was fast and easy with no problems thank you very much

I called Fayette Wrecker to tow my car from Planet Fitness in Fayetteville to my hime on sandy creek road. They wanted 225 bucks!!!! I called Motion Towing and they charged me 80 bucks! Steve was very courteous and even helped me push my car into my garage. Excellent service!

These guys are so helpful! I was stuck on the exit ramp. My car was blocking traffic and everything, at almost 12midnight and Steve came through right at the ETA provided! He calmed me down and conveniently got my car to its destination at a better price than I thought and with a smile! I’m definitely using his services from now on!

After nearly 6 hours after the accident, 1 tow company declining to tow my vehicle, a mistaken cancellation of request for tow by my insurance company, and so much more aggravation with roadside service, MOTION came to the rescue! Great customer service. Got my truck stuck on trailer,! Called him at 130am he came out and helped. It took us until 4am to get it off, but he didn't give up! Excellent customer service. Will definitely do business with him again! Thanks a lot man!

Very prompt and fast. Great service. My car was in Union City and he came and picked me up from home, took me to Union City thirty miles away, and back home . Only took about forty five minutes . He even stopped me by atm. And gave me a great price for all of that. 5 star service
