I pass this place often and decided to stop by to purchase 2 tires on my break from work only because this place never seem busy so I knew it wouldn’t take long. Of course I was the only customer. I communicated that I’m on 30 min break and inquired if changing my tire would exceed that and the guy says no give him 10 mins. Just for 1 tire he took 30 mins and refused to put it on my car because he took so long I rather just purchase the one he prepared and come back at another time to purchase the 2nd tire when I had more time. Not only did he waste over 30 mins of my time, he refused to make a sell for 1 tire and proceeds to put my old tire back on my vehicle. Bad business and definitely won’t return.
Excellent service, polite he even cleaned the battery connector. Came back with my daughter’s car in 2025 still same and polite service and great price. Way cheaper than other places.
They were very rude and sold me a bad battery and when I came back a few days later they said "I should have come back the next day" I didn't drive it the next day it sat for 2 1/2 days and then wouldn't crank. Took it to autozone to test it and the battery was bad. Worst $250 I've ever spent ($85 for the battery and $170 for the tow)
I always come to them when I need a battery and always send all my people to them when they complain about their batteries. I haven't had to go to him with this car I have now until recently. Will be going to pick up my battery tomorrow for my 2013 Kia optima I'll let y'all know how that goes LoL
Great place Because it’s not a used battery they sale you a A refurbished batteries from the factory so it’s like a new battery for your car or truck Very convenient location
Who has time for establishments that wants to be rude I called to politely ask about their hours and location so that I could come back when they’re open. The man who answers had such an attitude it just made me not even care to ask anymore.
Be careful of him double threading & messing your lug nuts & bolts of your tires up. Tires are also very cheap but you get what you pay for! Taking the cheap route always cost you double!
I just bought this battery last month and it has a dead cell already! I'm really disappointed because I was hoping this was going to be my new battery shop. But don't let my bad experience stop you from trying them out. I really don't think that it happens all the time he seemed pretty honest with me when I bought it.. Good Luck..
Poor poor poor service... I waited an whole hour after they were supposed to open and he still served another customer before me...Never ever go back to them
If you need a quick cheap battery GREAT. But $35 turns to $60 quick. No real warranty and ro returns. The battery I got was for a backup for the truck and it works as to be expected.
They were nice but I'm a woman So he knew I didn't no right from wrong. He didn't put the right battery in my car and lied to me. I went to my mechanic and he told me that it was nothing wrong with my charger system. He charged me $50 for the battery with no warranty. Now I have to spend another $124.00 on the right battery..
So that was not right at all.. First and last time shopping with them. They are not to be trusted.. I knew something was up because the battery is smaller then the one they took out.. So God be with them!!!
Great service and very polite. I was able to get an affordable rate and now my wheels are running great compared to almost bald tires a few weeks ago! You should try them out!
The Owner, whom happens to be a fellow Nigerian, is nice and polite when I was buying the battery. When he was collecting my cash. He turned into a nasty and unprofessional idiot when I return within a week complaining about the battery going dead 3x times. Do not do business with this store. I regret my experience.
