If you need to get rid of your car, for ANY REASON, PLEASE call this company first. It will be the only phone call you will have to make. Execution, procedures and payment and pick up , it all happened within 4 hrs of my phone call. And WOW, the lady that took my call...FIRST CLASS customer service ( sorry I forgot her name) she treated me like I was family, she called me several times to see how I was doing and if I heard from the tow driver. If you don't call this company, we'll you're gonna get screwed. Top pay and great customer service all in 1 phone call.
