Since my review was taken down!! I’m gone keep posting!! Y’all know what you did! I didn’t just get up one day and imagine this experience! I got plenty of time & plenty of phones!! My experience with this shop has been HORRIBLE from beginning to end. If I could leave NO STARS I WOULD!!!! James, Spencer & whoever else that worked on my car basically just gave my car a facelift. Not to mention that it took 4 months to get my car back. January 6th Spencer was paid upfront (which was my first mistake) he was supposed to have fixed my CV axle, struts & my lower & upper control arm. That work wasn’t completed until March 14th. James was responsible for the body work. That work wasn’t completed until May 4th. My car was finally returned to me on May 5th. The first noticeable problem was that the hood of my car was lopsided. I was told to lift the hood and close it again. That made it better due to it not being really noticeable to anyone aside from myself because it’s my car. The next issue was the front of my bumper where the sensors are didn’t match. So they came to my job to inspect it. Unbeknownst to me they were not supposed to match. (Keep in mind I’M NOT A MECHANIC) during that first visit they made me aware that my headlight had some condensation in it. I was told that it wouldn’t be a problem & that it could be fixed. (There is know way they didn’t notice condensation in my headlight BEFORE they returned it to me) after having my car back less than a week the left turning signal on my headlight stopped working. During that same time, I heard rattling coming from the front driver side of where the mechanical work was done. (Another thing that they knew was wrong BEFORE returning my car to me given the fact that James personally drove my car from Forest Park to Mableton) It sounded as if something was loose. I asked Spencer why it was making that noise and he said that I needed to get a new tire. I got a new tire & the noise persists. I called him again and he came out to my job a second time. This time he drove my car around & said that I needed to buy a new strut. He tightened the one I had & informed me that my car would be fine & I just needed to buy a new strut) He saw that the turning signal was not working at all at this time & he told me that he would fix that when he fixed the strut again. After a couple weeks I realized that neither one of them was going to correct anything so I made arrangements to take my car elsewhere. Today I had my car diagnosed by my actual dealership (Alfa Romeo of Marietta) & upon completion. I was told by Master Technicians that they discovered that the CV axle wasn’t properly installed, the control arms were missing bolts that are essential to keeping the wheel attached. I was told that it was life threatening to drive my car in that condition because had I hit a deep pothole the wheel could come completely off (Spencer mentioned nothing about bolts being missing) To make matters worse the condensation that caused my turning signal to stop working was due to the headlight not being installed properly. These people used some type of GLUE to install my headlight. Now I have to once again replace EVERYTHING they were supposed to fix, including having to buy another headlight assembly because they decided to use glue. These people took my money deliberately knowing that what they were being paid for was NEVER fixed. You guys please DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. 6/5 update. Picture attached. As stated earlier. My headlight was not installed properly. They did such a terrible job, and that’s why the headlight assembly has severe condensation. Which in result I now have to purchase ANOTHER one. Whoever installed it cracked it, then tried to cover it up by glueing it & painting over it to seal the crack.

Car under warranty, brought to shop for mechanical diagnostics and concerns. Great service, NO FOLLOW THROUGH. Was told a claim would be submitted & I'd be notified of when to return for repairs. It has been WEEKS & I have heard nothing. Although the people are kind, they lack follow up & administrative professionalism. Would not recommend if you want anything done in a timely manner & if it requires paperwork submission with another company. Highly disappointed!!
