In and out Can be more expensive than online But there's no wait So you just have to decide convenience or cost Knocked my driver window off a week wait for 80$ or Pick up same day for 123$ We drove over and picked us up a new mirror

I ordered a part from Certifit Auto on friday morning & went to pick it up friday afternoon. The associate that took my order by phone was polite, friendly & very helpful. He put it on hold for me the same day. I pick it up that afternoon in a timely manner with only about a 10min wait. Thank you! Certifit Auto. ???

When I purchased my engine everything was great, until it was installed in my car what disaster. Apparently they sold me a bad engine. So I got with the warranty department and they've done nothing but give me the run around. For weeks at this point I just want my money back.

Todd is great at the counter extrodinary cust service,, john is great also at identifying parts and accounts on file, .4 stars not 5, because a few stragglers at check in, sit around doing nothing and when u call you got to say everything twice. One is in particular is female[ black] doesnt listen at all. Ended up hanging the phone up on her yesterday because everything i said she didnt hear it, to distracted, wanted me to repeat it all over again. This has happened with her twice..if not more. Yesterday was the last straw ..The I'm done moment. Walked in said it to todd once he grabbed it ..looked at her on the way in as usual doing nothing along with another. But cant listen when thr phone rings. RIDICULOUS .

The staff was great! I had bought my tires from Mavis in November and had a nail in one tire that they removed and patched at no cost! Very satisfied with the service at this place!

I called earlier to confirm they had the part I needed. They said they did. When I got there I was treated very disrespectfully by the female at the front desk She finally took my part information after talking to me like I was 3yrs old. Told me it was $70something and I should go to the next room to wait for my part. I waited a while before the cashier came out and confirmed they had the part. asked me to wait for them to get it ready. I waited for a little while until the same dude who confirmed the part and price with me in the next room told me they didn't have the part I needed. I could still hear the front desk female talking about me while I was waiting. I am glad they didn't end up saddling me with some rubbish that wouldn't fit my vehicle (A lot of people have complained about such experience from Certifit on their reviews). I got the part, in pristine condition from the junk yard for $11 in less time than I waited at Certifit. Their loss... This was not my first time purchasing from Certifit but it's certainly the last time I will go there. That's how businesses loose money when they employ unruly people. She acted like she owned the place talking to me anyhow. I don't think she speaks to the male customers the way she did me. She looked like she was man_hunting with all that plenty makeup on her face and still looked ugly and very bitter. If there was a zero star that's what they would have gotten for my experience today. Something is def going on with the staff conniving the way they did today.

Twice I've visited certificate and waited for over 30 minutes for them to tell me that they don't have the part I ordered and their inventory is wrong. Today my son visited the store to get a grill for his car, he called ahead and was told they had the part. Once he got there he waited for over 1 hour without anyone telling him anything. I called him to see why he was taking so long and he said no one said anything after they put his order in. I told him to go inquire and they had him waiting again while they check on his order. I called Certifit and spoke with John who said he was checking on it because he had put in my son's order over an hour ago and he didn't know what the problem was. John returned to my son who was still in the store about 10 minutes later to tell him that they didn't have the part and their inventory was wrong. I asked to speak with a manager and done with Carl who was very rude and lacked customer service skills. He began by asking me if he could ask me a question after I explained to him why I requested to speak with him, his question was do I know how many people were in the store when my son got there and do I think that they are only serving my son? He proceeded to tell me that they have 30 to 40 people in the store ama done of them have to wait 2 hours. I told Carl that this was a bad customer service practice and waiting and still not getting the item is even worse and that after wasting my son's time, no one in the store even apologized to him for wasting his time. After going back and forth with him for some then he then began to yell at me "ok ok ok I'm sorry are you happy now". Call was very rude and told me he had been in customer service jobs for over 25 years and he had great customer service and its to bad if I think otherwise. His service and mannerisms were all wrong. I would never go there again even if they are cheaper than anywhere else.

The headlights look great but they do not install the same as factory. Some of the mounts are in the wrong position requiring customization of the mounting parts on the housing. 6 months later i swapped all the mounting parts from my old light assembly on the new assemblies and the lights line up great now. Still 2 star rating because i had to rework new assemies.

I drive a third gen 4Runner and have been buying the sports hoods from Certifit for a few years now; just bought a third one for a new rig/build. Shockingly it was badly damaged and the initial rep I spoke with was absurdly unhelpful. He wanted me to drive 45 minutes to show him the damage while knowing there weren’t any available replacements in stock; when I could easily just text/email a pic of the damage... However, the 2nd rep I spoke with was awesome!! Not only did he do the fundamental basics of customer service; comprehend the situation/provide resolution (1st guy failed miserably) but went above and beyond with his tenacity to follow through with the remedy (a replacement hood). It literally took months to get.. with a bunch of red tape to have one transferred from their TN location. Could it have been faster/streamlined?? Perhaps; ideally. That’s a procedure that Certifit may want to improve; but at the moment; they are providing quality parts at competitive pricing; especially during this pandemic. For example; today I picked up the replacement hood and it was packed! The phones were ringing off the hook and I could tell they were all doing their absolute best. But regardless, this post/experience is dedicated to the rep that worked months on getting me my replacement hood - I was so furious after speaking with the first guy, and sure waiting so long sucked but I know for a fact that the 2nd rep is just a hard working dude trying to make a living and from what I could tell; he was the only one within the organization that cared about doing the right thing for me! It truly meant a lot and I appreciate his assistance/dedication!! His name was John; can’t miss him with his bushy red beard!! Dude you rock and you literally/single handily saved Certifit’s reputation with me; and the 4Runner Community!!! 5 STARS!!! YOU EARNED IT!!! I hope management reads this post and you get the recognition that you truly deserve! You got upper management written all over you dude and I hope you get a promotion!! Thanks again and all the best!!!

The reason I didn't give them a 1 star is because I love the prices and all the employees but the black girl. I think her name is Shaquita. She is VERY impatient and do not need to work with people. Everyone else is great!

This is, by far, one of the best place of business where you can feel really good buying your parts. I am a used cars broker, I have been buying parts from them for years, now. But really, I cannot find anything to complain about. Any issues, or you just want to return the part, they refund you or exchange the part without any problems. I love them, this is my only place to buy parts.

Great prices as compared to OEM, love that they have a catalog online so that I can see if they have what I need. We have used them more than once since my original purchase from them and I even recommended them to my boss who needed a bumper for his truck and he was thrilled with the price.

Great staff, can fix almost any vehicle, very affordable, custom service friendly. There is somewhat of a language barrier as they can sometimes hard to understand, the parking is tight and the wait time can be pretty long. I would suggest you arrive early, very early! but over I love this shop!

Great prices..... But We drove over an hour to pick up a hood and bumper for a honda, which the hood had not one spot but 3 dents in the hood. Everything was packaged in the box and was bubbled wrapped inside that box with other padding in the box... Yes we should have opened and looked it before leaving... However this is a store with packaged product in stock not a shipping company that throws it around and you have to sign for. Those cases yes common sense , you inspect your merchandise before signing and accepting. My biggest complain is that when I did call to address the issue. I was told literally..... that common sense would be to inspect your merchandise before leaving. I asked if anyone made that recommendation, and was told no we dont tell anyone that but you should just check before you leave.. I get it they shouldn't have to tell anyone that. However with a car part that big wrapped so securely , Im sure its not everyone's first thought , hey let me open this here in the super crowed store to check it. It should have been recommended , hey did you want some help making sure everything is ok and your are satisfied.??? I mean even if not that kind of customer service, dont tell me "Common sense you should have looked before you left." Very disappointed. Ill just pay the extra money and go somewhere else for anything else.

Excellent place to buy what ever you need to fix your ride when you wreck it. Fast service just make sure you know what you want before you get in line to order. They kinda have a no nonsense type of attitude. But other than that I like the place.giid prices for after market parts. Sometimes better than the junkyard.

2.5 hours from Birmingham because they do not ship parts. The part I requested was showing two in stock. After 30 minutes of searching warehouse clerk comes back an said sorry showing two but we. Can't find any. Going home empty handed.

Another good to obtain decent new car parts. I would suggest paying a little extra to have it fit right. Yet sometimes the cheaper ones fit perfectly.Staff are helpful and direct with the consumers. If you have any question they will try there best to help. To make sure you know what your getting and to make sure the item will work. A+ from me!!

CertiFit is the Business. Majority of the times that I've been here. I've had no problems in finding what I needed to replace a part for my 1995 & 2000 Crown Vic's. Wait times has been a minimum of 10 minutes minimum. Great Customer Service. Keep up the good work Certifit. ?
