Don't recommend to nobody they failed my inspection because my front and back bumper which was completely on my car not hanging off I rather keep going to Marietta instead of Forrest Park McDonald's collision repair seems like a scam to me they charge you $100 and pick out little things that's wrong like I said my bumpers not hanging off at all and they still failed my inspection I will not be returning to them they find anything to cry about
I had a good experience at McDonald’s . I did my first car rebuild and they gave me some good advice on what to look for also how I should present my vehicle the next time I decide to do another one.
This is the worst car inspection location in Georgia. I called these clowns last week still no answer and no appointment. Just drive your car to Gainesville. TERRIBLE SERVICE+ TERRIBLE PEOPLE = BAD BUSINESS
I'll prefer to go next time at this place, they've a Good customer service & polite also perfect inspection, but I don't like the voice mailing system they have & waiting them to call you with out knowing your appointment time until they call you or you call them
I’ve had one bad review that was repaired and the vehicle was passed. I may have brought 4 vehicles so far to this place and have had str8 up good service and was able to reconstruct my titles. Thanks and keep the up the great work… hot two more coming ?
Please don’t go to this inspection shop if you are not prepared to fail over and over again. But if you want to pay high price for your car to be deemed parts only, just go to this place. He will happily do that for you. Disgusting place.

I was impressed by the thorough assessment they conducted on my salvage vehicle. They took the time to explain the extent of the damage and provided a detailed breakdown of the vehicle inspection and requirement.This transparency gave me confidence that my vehicle was in capable hands.
I highly recommend McDonalds collision. In January of 2024, I had totaled my vehicle. I had the repairs and salvage inspection done by McDonalds collision. The customer service is awesome. This shop is very organized especially with paperwork and what is needed for the salvage rebuilding process. They were able to accommodate my needs, and completed all needed paperwork for my rebuilt title application. They made the process super smooth. They stayed on top of all my concerns and always updated me by throughly explaining what was going on with my vehicle. The staff members are very honest and upfront people that sets realistic expectations. The price for the work that was received was very reasonable. I couldn’t believe that the vehicle they gave me back was mine. My car looked like it came off a showroom floor, and also they gave the interior an extreme detailing, which was amazing. I am truly appreciative of this business for great collision repair, good cost and dealing with a company that really cares.
Towed my car in for a salvage inspection. Process was super smooth and they had me in and out in less than half an hour. I was able to then go get my rebuilt title and register the car all in the same day. 10/10
Team are discriminating. They fail almost all cars for non logical reasons. My car was failed twice. After first time they requested everything to be inspected by the dealership. I paid 100$ to get it inspected and they didnt see any damage. And still when I came back to them. The guy told me that the handwriting on the dealership inspection was something I did :// and he wanted to fail my car one more time. I dont advise. Unfriendly
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! The lady in the front is Rude also has no customer service. My appointment was scheduled at 9 the inspector didn’t show up until after 9:40 please take your business els where wouldnt give them a dime!!
Awesome place, everything is done in a timely manner. I have nothing negative for them, I am very please with their service, would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for inspections to come here. Highly recommend!
10/10 I would recommend anyone who has a rebuilt title or a vehicle that is in need of an inspection to come here! First thing I encountered super friendly staff. I had called 4 other places and been denied an inspection from a place that was 45 minutes away from my house. When this place answered I knew right away I would be using them. I left my name and number to book an appointment and got an appointment for the following Wednesday. The drive took us about 3 hours but once we got there, their friendly staff welcomed us and assisted us while we filled out paperwork. Once paperwork was completed they took the truck back and maybe 15 minutes later it was completed and passed. Once we passed they even gave us the address of a place in Atlanta to go ahead and get the information set up for our title and to prepare us for registration. I highly recommend. If we ever buy another rebuilt title this is where we will be going.
Phenomenal customer service by Maricela and Mr. Dean McDonald. I visited this establishment for getting a salvage inspection and Maricela was attentive, respectful, knowledgeable and warm throughout my entire interaction. Mr. McDonald was also very polite and warm during my interactions. I was in and out within 30 mins. Super grateful for great customer service!

I failed my inspection the first time due to my bumper and door receipt…fixed the problems and came back for a Re inspection months later…I got there to drop off my keys and money for overnight inspection and Jason passed me same day and gave me back my money…I’ve never seen such impeccable service integrity and care for the fellow man in a business in my life…I’m truly thankful for this experience and will send all my ppl here. Come here to get your inspection done they will treat you with respect.
I had a good experience with McDonald’s Collision Repair. My point of contact was Justin... who was always responsive and ready to help. I had a drawn out, extremely complicated and frustrating situation. He was patient and did all he could to assist me and get Sophie up and running. They did good work, and the staff was always pleasant and friendly. I recommend this shop. Ask for Justin. You’ll be glad you did.
First of all, I loved how they followed me up online to schedule an appointment to drop off my car.
I love the place and the services received. I dropped off my car, and at exact time they gave for pick up, I was there and my car was already worked on and neatly parked just the way I left it! the computer repairs sheet was printed for me to show the job they have done, and they gave invaluable advice on how best to maintain my car. I love the service received and will love to be there again and again!
I unfortunately never received a call back but I did leave a message for an inspection appointment as directed... When trying to leave a voicemail for the manager, the voicemail box was full.... A full 2 weeks later, when I finally got in touch with someone, the young lady stated that the voicemail I left two weeks ago would be contacted on a "first come first serve" basis - that's when the voicemail is reached ?. Even though this sounds like one of the crazier things I've ever heard, I still said okay but asked to speak to a manager.
Apparently I was on speaker phone and the manager was in the background. He proceeded to elaborate on what the young lady was telling me. Followed by my frustration, he let me know my voicemail would be received in the order that it came. ?
Let's just say that was two months ago and I never was called back. Luckily, AMP Auto collision in Jekinsburg GA. (Also in Marietta) called me back two days after my call/voicemail and got me scheduled two weeks out... This execution, in the end, was flawless!
I understand that things are backed up due to covid-19, and would expect nothing less. Still, the level of customer service that someone or a business shows should never falter.
A call back would have been nice, but getting my number and name when I spoke to you, would have shown a bit more concern and integrity.
If you get there early you’ll leave at a reasonable time. I had all the right paperwork since I checked their website. The staff is very friendly and seem to have a great working relationship with their regular customers. Went here to have my vehicle inspected since it was a rebuilt title.
For those that haven't been before, we arrived at 6:30 and we're third in line. Most of the other people got there around 7:30, and by 8am there were 10-15 people. There are only 12 spots for the morning inspections, and if you aren't one of the first 12, you can sign up for the afternoon inspections. At 9am, the inspector starts going through paperwork, and then the inspections start around 9:30.
Aside from the pretty rigorous and somewhat weird sign up method and a lot of waiting, it was a decent experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though they were busy. The office waiting are was fine and has a bathroom and some drinks.
Would recommend for an inspection, just be sure to come early and be prepared to wait around for a while.
Like some other reviewers, moved from out of state with rebuilt title and needed an inspection. Local office sent me to department of revenue (state) and didn't tell me I needed an inspection, so by the time I drove from the other side of the perimeter this shop didn't have any more slots for the day. I decided to try my luck the next day. I made it to the shop around 6:30 am and was still 4th in line Outside the door. you may want to bring a folding chair. But they were very organized and fast. I estimate they could do 10-15 people before lunch but it depends on what type of cars they are inspecting. The waiting room has limited seating but the chairs were comfortable and they have a keurig and a television. I passed inspection so I have nothing negative to say lol. The employees were courteous. I liked that one of the employees that welcomed us was fluent en Español.
Genuinely good people. I had an out-of-state rebuilt title and had no idea about the vehicle inspection requirement and had been given the run around by my local tag office and the state dept. of motor vehicles and really was at my wits end when I got here. The process isn't ideal (showing up before they open to get a number, waiting around half or all day) but to my understanding it's the same process for all certified inspectors, so that being equal, these are just the best people. I do advise bringing headphones and a phone charger with you.
We bought a Transit off of a salvage vehicle website and it was in a flood. We did all the necessary things that we needed to do to it and then took it to inspection. .
Just got it inspected, it passed! So thankful!

Although i didn't have a number i was told to stick around just in case and I'm glad I did! I was able to get my car inspected and it passed on the 1st round. They were informative straight forward,and patient with everyone. Will visit for repair work soon
