As of now, I would say I am pleased to report a positive experience with this company. (P.S) I called so many tow companies, none answered but one other guy but he couldnt get a guy to me.
The representative I spoke with over the phone was exceptional, providing an estimated time of arrival, quote and initiating a text message thread for communication.
The ability to contact dispatch via text was a significant plus ?
The service tech arrived within the communicated timeframe and demonstrated expertise in maneuvering the vehicle into neutral, despite internal limitations.
Furthermore, he provided transportation for me and the vehicle to my residence and parked it as requested. The payment process was also efficient and seamless ??

They told me they’re gonna send out a tow truck for me in an hour and a half I called. Nobody will not answer the phone. No one has showed up. I ended up being four hours stranded. Do not recommend them horrible.
Garcias towing. One word to decide them. Phenomenal, Leslie the dispatcher amazing women. Garcia the driver, awesome guy Thee Best prices, picked up on scheduled time, and when I asked for photos they didnt disappoint not one bit!. If your looking for a towing company, go ahead and call them and forget about it because they're good at what they do. 11/10 recommend

My car broke down on the highway. I was in a dangerous spot in the median where cars were entering the highway at high speed. And sitting in the middle of oncoming traffic on my left and right. The tow truck driver made sure I was safe first before putting my car on the truck. That meant so much to me. He was professional, courteous and simply cared. It was dark at night and he made sure my car was placed in a well lit area. He could have dropped me off and left. Instead he stayed and made sure I was safe until my uber came. I thank him so much for all he did that evening. We need more businesses like this one. If ever I need a tow service again this business will be my first choice.
Very reliable, my car broke down and they were on time with eta. The driver was friendly and excellent at handling my car, getting it to where it needed to go. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again if needed. (Mind you, distance is a factor).

Great prompt service. I just needed a broke down car moved from the driveway to the back of the house. They set it up and arrived promptly and did the job for a reasonable price. No complaints here. I would recommend them to anyone in need of towing services.
Very rude. The receptionist hung up in my face, and when the tow person showed up, he didn't acknowledge me and got upset with me because I could barely understand him because of his accent. Then he asked me to hold, got in his truck, and left. Would not recommend especially for African Americans. Very racist and will be in reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
I'm please with this local towing company. Customer service was exactly how it should be. The representative was polite, & gave me the information I needed. A positive attitude goes a long way. The driver actually came a little early which was perfect. He was polite as well, asked questions about the status of my vehicle. After he left I found out my car was drivable, just needs a tuneup. I don't regret spending the money for the tow, because I would've never discovered Garcia's. I'm very pleased I found them, & most definitely will not only use them again, but I will also recommend them to others in need. Thank You! ??
The operator was very professional and offered a fair rate compared to other towers in the area. The truck arrived within the specified amount of time and offered great service. Would definitely use this company again if I break down.

This post is truly about the 5-star rating, service and the uplifting drive to property. On Friday afternoon, my car overheated and I had to replace the thermostat housing. On Saturday night, someone(s) tried to steal car and caused noticeable damage. On Sunday evening, both the new tire and spare tire had flats. Tired, cold and praying for a break. Garcia Towing was found through Google's ad of $65 Towing. I called and asked many questions about cost, location, and riding in tow truck. The CSR, Lilly, was very accommodating and responded to all calls. When Hester arrived in yellow and red tow truck, I was very appreciative that tow truck was easily identifiable. Hester was upbeat on this cold night and the music was timely. Bright lights, great music and a smile can go a long way when you have two flat tires. The initial call for service to arrival home was less than expected. The price of towing was of good value. I would like to acknowledge the couple who assisted until the tow truck was called. The reason why I’m giving the a two star is Because the Dispatcher was very nice! Lots of confusion… I Scheduled the appointment the day before I was told that yes they would be able to pick up my vehicle at the scheduled time. The Day of the schedule appointment I confirm that I did not need to be there. Two hours later I had to go to the car repair place to clear up the confusion. I asked them the day before will I need to be there and they stated no! I guess due to the confusion with the auto repair place I had to go at the last minute which was not convenient for me. I was also very annoyed because I tried using one of my major credit cards the system would not except the credit card. I sent the dispatcher a screenshot of my account to tell her that the money is there so I wasn’t exactly sure why they could not use my credit card so I had to use another card. Idk…It was just a little stressful for me…
Excellent towing service! I needed my truck towed to the shop after my motor let go. I called Garcia’s on my way to work and they handled the rest. No hassle and no ridiculously high rates either. They did exactly what they said they’d do, exactly when they said they’d do it, for the exact price we agreed on. Perfect transaction!
