I am the reconditioning manager for a used car dealership in Georgia and can honestly say working with Fenix parts, in particular Tyler Baugh, is always painless and efficient. Tyler is always available to take my call and answer my questions. Parts are delivered in a timely fashion and the drivers are always friendly. If there is ever an issue with a part or if we have to file a warranty claim Tyler is on top of making sure the process goes smoothly and gets the replacement to us fast. Many of the recent reviews scared me to order anything from here but I took a chance. I’m glad I did. I ordered with Derrick and paid for the part at Gainesville location picked up from that location everything went smooth. I will order again from them.

Needed to get an alternator for my vehicle. Called CTV and spoke with a very nice lady named Sue. She was able to find me the part in matter of minutes, and had it pulled from their yard, and shipped to me in Texas within a couple of days. Great service! Highly recommend!

I always get excellent service from Sue and Stacy at this location. My only bad experience came "J" that all the bad reviews are from he basically told me they cannot deliver anytime after 9am so I can either pay for the parts to be shipped through the freight or kick rocks; even though i had ordered over $3000 parts that has been successful delivered on time with no issues. It's pathetic that this Jeremy is their sales lead smh, he is rude, and has no people skills and resolution skills to be a leader.

We purchased a 6.7 diesel motor and needed it shipped to Texas. Sue Stevens was our sales person. She was fantastic from start to finish. She is knowledgeable, friendly and really goes out of her way to make sure that you get the part you are looking for at a great price. Motor arrived on time and in great condition. Typically when I take my car somewhere to get it fixed or get the parts I am in need of I feel as if I get taken advantage of due to being a girl.
