They will illegally tow your vehicle and then when you talk to them on the phone, they will hang up because they get frustrated because they’re in the wrong terrible customer service zero professionalism 0 STARS !!!!!!!!!!
The short and skinny, I cannot recommend this service and their driver, Jeffery Lord any stronger.
The longer version is my daughter is a college student in Athens and recently had car trouble. Her car wouldn’t crank, the doors wouldn’t unlock. Thinking it was a battery, she got a jump before taking it to a box store auto parts store. She had purchased the battery 12 months before at this same store. They told her it was a starter issue, and maybe an alternator. I had them install a new battery by phone and still it wouldn’t crank.
I called a friend who recommended Jeffery Lord and gave me a number for him. He responded and got the car towed to a repair shop we have used in Athens. When he dropped the car off, he went to jump it off to move it and realized the battery cable was loose. He tightened the cable and called me to tell me the problem. He had cranked the car multiple times to ensure that fixed the issue.
Jeffery went above and beyond and even waited on her to get a ride to the repair shop to get her car instead of leaving it over night.
I hope we don’t need a wrecker again, but if we do, I know who I am calling!
Service was excellent and smooth. Had to tow a van very last minute and they came in less than an hour. The driver was very nice and efficient. Will definitely use this company again if I need a tow and will most definitely recommend

it’s never fun to get ur car towed but valerie’s customer service made it so easy. I called the company to ask questions about the process of how to get my car back and valerie was very sweet on the phone, answered all the questions perfectly, and was patient. When I came in to get my car I was greeted with a smile at the door. Thank you for all your help! Jeffrey also was incredibly nice and helped me out a lot BIG THANKS to jeffrey!
Absolutely amazing. I had an abandoned vehicle in my name that wasn't technically mine and they took care of me. They were extremely friendly and understanding even with the rude phone calls coming through that were no fault of theirs. Thank you for making my stressful week a lil better
My daughter’s car got towed and she was going to be 1 minute late picking it up after hours and the lady she spoke to and then I spoke to was so incredibly rude and uncaring. If you get a choice, never ever use this business!

I have an old F250 that slung a break pad while driving and I couldn’t stop. Had to get it towed to a repair shop. From start to finish I was very impressed with the company. The lady who took the initial phone call was professional and very nice on the phone. Which isn’t a normal thing I’ve experienced with towing companies in the past. The driver was great, really nice guy. From the Time I requested the tow to watching my truck pull out of the parking lot on their flat bed was less than 20 minutes. If you’re in a bind- THIS is definitely the company you need to call. i have them saved in my phone for any future needs.

My car died at a fuel pump. They quickly came out, quickly lifted-to-tow, quickly and safely had my car transported within 35 minutes of my initial phone call. I am super grateful for the driver, the care for my car, and the kindness! Thank you!
My boyfriend’s car broke down at 6:00am. He called towing company after towing company with people canceling on him. They were the fifth call and he was picked up in 30mins!!!! He was out there for 10HOURS!!! Thank you so much Dennis & Judy’s!!! Sincerely!

car broke down and this dude showed up quick. getting towed sucks but dennis was a cool guy to meet! also gave me two free wooden planks so my car wouldn’t roll away once we got it back to my house… and on top of all this, the price was more than reasonable.

Very good people, affordable and kind. What I would expect from a towing company! They delicately delivered my van and 2000 excursion. Yes I trusted them with a beautiful limited vehicle. Also, the driver I had (jay jay) I believe, was very kind and watched his work carefully even though I was one of the last stops. The excursion was center of trailer and secured to my liking. I highly recommend this company especially for large vehicles and especially recommend the driver if available. Very satisfied with the service

If it wasn't for the customer service lady being nice I would give this company a 0. I was stranded and needed an emergency tow so I called them around 930 in the morning. At 2pm..yes 2pm I reached back out to the tow truck driver and he was like yea ill be 45 minutes smdh. 5 hours wasted for nothing. I called a competitor company and they arrived the first time in 45 minutes. Worst service ever!
Personal prompt service. Great tow truck driver worked hard not to damage my car. Went the extra mile to make sure everything was secure at the repair place before leaving it there. Highly recommend this place!
The lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful, I would just recommend being more competitive with your prices. I was given the name of your tow service from an Auto shop and if I had just gone with their recommendation and not called around I would have been charged $40 extra than the tow company I decided to go with in the end. I know I'm only one person and you get business every day but I was shocked one company said $70 and another said $85, then I called u and it jumped to $115
Highly Highly Recommend Dennis & Judy's, So Friendly. Called Dennis & Judy's Towing when my husband's clutch went out and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice on the other end, they got to us before the 30 minutes estimate and was so nice and friendly taking us home. It just so happened to be the coldest day in December also. I would highly recommend this tow service to everyone.
I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. The young lady in the office was very helpful with providing me with the amount for my service. The wrecker driver Dustin was very accommodating with my schedule by calling me to let me know he was en route. Once there I was very impressed with the care and concern he had with unloading the bike. I would recommend the tow driver Dustin and Dennis & Judy towing without a doubt. The service was excellent. Prompt and courteous. I was far from home just picking up my car from Athens BMW, after it was supposed to be repaired. It wasn't, and I broke down 3 miles from the dealership.
This tow company is family owned, very kind and rates are great. Such a relief to see the owner arrive. I was stuck on the side of a busy road in the evening. I highly recommend this company.
My husband's car was in a precarious spot and other tow companies refused to try. These guys were AWESOME! They were so kind and positive and THEY GOT THE CAR OUT! Athens is lucky to have such amazing professionals.
Fast, efficient, friendly and affordable. They were friendly on the phone and kept me informed when the driver was headed my way. Their estimated arrival time was very accurate and they hooked up the car quickly and easily. It was very difficult getting a flatbed to tow my car early in the morning and other places wanted to charge 5x as much. I'd use Dennis and Judy's towing again for sure.
