WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT COME HERE. car sat here for a month before Tim got to it, he never figured out the issue and then ended up doing useless work on it and charged full price ($500). All in all, the car was here for 3 months and never even got fixed. We ended up finding out the car needed a new battery. What kind of mechanic doesn’t check the battery?
Ordered special tires for my BMW at 10am and got them in same day around 3:30pm, got there at 4:30 and Tim stayed til 5:15 (they close at 5) to change my tire for me!
We have been using Tim’s Auto for years and have always been pleased with their service and pricing. I would highly recommend them and I refer people to them often.
Took and paid 1400$ to fix air, took back three times to fix because still was not cooling properly, told me it was napkins in the dash blocking airflow, took out dash completely allowing maximum airflow and still not cold or even cool.
My son had $1800 dollars worth of work done on the front end of his Honda. Noticed a new noise a couple days after getting the car back. Tim’s had left off 2 lug nuts and not tightened another one down. We absolutely know things happen we’re human. The problem was when he called they couldn’t spare 10 minutes that day to replace the lug nuts.
Totally dishonest….I took my suv here complaining of noise from possibly my brand new 7 month old struts , they say they will look into it and reach out to me after diagnosis. The day after I was called by the lady work at the front desk stating to me that they found the noise and that it was coming from my intermediate shaft which cost $839 total for labor & parts I agreed to have it repaired so 3 days or so later she calls me and say they have me ready so I go there next day to pick up my vehicle I’m automatically assuming my vehicle has been repaired thankfully because she’s at this point taking payment right away, but soon as she got the payment she goes to say Tim said it’s still making some noise but not as much my eyes popped out and I froze what do you mean I asked she said the same thing it’s still making noise so she proceeds to the back to get my vehicle up to the front where I went out to wait for her to pull up and instantly I hear a new noise on top of the old noise and the old noise is exactly the same I definitely wouldn’t recommend no one go here it’s foul play for sure and they need to be shut down indefinitely I should’ve believed the other ratings there was no communication nor apology what so ever a professional would’ve said we apologize we misinformed you and told you that the noise was coming from the shaft but it wasn’t so on our behalf we’ll be glad to make it right by offering a discount on repairing the real cause of the noise which is the struts but I guess that would’ve been touch much like right smh who have $839 to throw away because I most definitely DON’T! Can somebody say lawyer?

Dropped Tundra off. They priced repair for $700. Kept it way longer than said and it ended up costing over $1100. Rhonda told me 8 times she would check on it and call me. She never did. It was finally fixed though so I gave them another chance with my boat. Tim said he was a week out. I dropped off boat. I started calling after a week. Rhonda told me 6 times, I'll check and call you back She never called. After 3 weeks I just went by and picked it up. They never looked at it. Tim has a bait shop, car shop and boat shop. He is spread to thin. Rhonda is a horrible communicator. God bless em, but Run!
Literally had our vehicle for 6 weeks without still advising what's wrong with it. Then we go to pick it up and our back windshield is busted out from the inside out so it had to be a person that worked there in our vehicle that busted it. It was in his locked gate with razor wire and cameras. They acted as if they knew nothing about it being busted out and it wasn't a small area the entire middle section was gone! The owners response was its not his problem! He finally agreed to pay half for our windshield. But still having to move our vehicle to another mechanic to find out what's wrong with it and get it fixed. We were referred but definitely do not suggest you take anything there.
This was a great experience my driver broke down and they took care of finding the tow company and once they had it at there shop it looked like it needed a thermostat and hose on top of the other issue of a serpentine belt and pulley they had gotten the parts and was able to get my driver back in service the same day saving me the cost of a hotel and Ronda was great to work with and keep me informed thank you for your great service...
Fix my car broke down the next day again (relay cables, something they should have checked). Had to tow it to them, they would not cover the cost for their error. They did fix the problem at no charge, but the next day, I had to find a way home and pay Uber to bring me back.
I would NOT recommend this place. I called on Wed and got a quote to swap tires between 2 vehicles. I was told they could do it 8 am on Friday, we showed up @ 7:45 and told him we were told it would take a couple hours and would be back. i called @ 10:45 to check the status since i still had not heard from anyone. i was told someone came in late and they would be getting to it soon...getting to vehicles that were dropped off for an 8 am apt @ 10:45 with no heads up, no call, nothing is unacceptable and lacks customer service in every way. My husband has worked in the industry for over 20 years and unfortunately is not where he can work on personal cars anymore but he has always called customers when they are running behind to make sure this would not interrupt their day. This place definitely lacks customer service all around.
Honest mechanics are hard to find! I recommend this business to all my friends and family now. Went in for what I thought was over due break replacement. They did a minor repair and shaved the rotors and sent me on my way. Stated no replacement was needed. Breaks work like new now and the repair was extremely affordable!
Took our vehicle in with a broken radiator hose. Two weeks later ,with no calls from the shop,they replaced the hose ,the thermostat and told us we needed a new engine due to a blown head gasket. After paying way too much for the hose and thermostat we drove it home. We were told it was still running hot so the engine must be replaced. After driving home we found out the radiator was about a gallon low on coolant. We had another mechanic check it out and low and behold,no blown head gasket. They were ready to charge us almost $8000 for a new engine. BEWARE!!!!
Real good guy,been friends for many years. Pretty knowledgeable on vehicles and marine outboard engines. He's worked on several vehicles for me. Real satisfied with their work.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! Tim's Auto Service saved us on our trip. We broke down on a Sunday when all shops were closed. Tim personally gave us a ride to the nearest hotel for the night. He also picked us up when repairs were finished so we wouldn't have to pay for a cab. This is the best service EVER!!!
Not only is Tim the owner, he is the best mechanics i’ve ever known. His staff is very good also. Your treated nice and fair at Tim’s auto. I leave my vehicles with him and never have to worry about being overcharged or being told something was broke that wasn’t. Tim is very honest. Please try this auto shop for all vehicle needs. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would give zero stars if I could. If you walk into this business and an older woman with white hair greets you just save your self some time and leave.
Had my car towed there for repairs. They quoted me $1200 for the part. I found it online for $350-$400. Then they said they would use my parts but no Warranty and the labor went up $400...
Given I had it towed to another shop who charged me $360 for the part and $180 for 2 hours labor.

I have never wrote a review in my life. Dont like waisting my time. However, My car sat there for 4 days and they did nothing to it. I called multiple times, they never called me. Finally had it towed to another place. Worthless. Highly suggest not going there. They clearly do not want to fix cars. Who knows how they make income.
If you have an issue with a 1960-1996 Ford, Chevy, or Chrysler vehicle I'm sure these guys are equipped to handle it top down. If you have an issue with a 21 century American made vehicle, they might be able to change your oil. However, If you should find that you have an issue with any Make or Model foreign vehicle beware. This shop will keep your car for an unnatural amount of time, "fix the problem", then keep it for another stint once you have to bring it back for the same issue. I took my Volvo in for a simple coolant leak, got it back two weeks later for something as simple as a hose. Took my Saab for a trans issue. In no time the issue was back and the car sat parked in the uncovered gravel lot for 2 months. My emergency break button was broken, and I was charged for work they completed that should have been warranty work. Again, if you have an american vehicle from the 90's back, you're in good hands with Tim, otherwise find another shop.
