I got in a wreck and they were called to pick my car up. I didn’t catch the tow truck drivers name but he has very kind and brought me home. I told him I had never had to deal with all the logistics of a wreck and insurance before and he gave me a lot of advice. I highly recommend this company!
Had any issue on the interstate. Helped me out with a blown intercooler boot. Had my camper, kids and etc after a race. Helped me out big time with tools. Great people.
Extremely unprofessional experience. After my vehicle was totaled, I called to locate it and was told by the representative, ‘wasn’t me.’ I later had to involve 911 just to confirm that the company did, in fact, have my vehicle. Throughout the day, I was given the runaround regarding pickup and was told they were short-staffed. I understand staffing challenges happen, but communication and basic customer service should still be a priority.
Needed a tow for vehicle, guy who answered seem like he didnt want to be bothered at all or dont want to work. Said he would call back and never did. Wouldnt even provide me with a quote for pickup and drop off location. Maybe he wanted police to tow vehicle to have more fees generated
This is a great professional company! We needed help in a pinch, and they came to the rescue! And the fastest amount of time possible, they were there to save the day! They even recommended the best mechanic shop possible for all of our needs!Thank you guys for all of your prompt help!
On March 26 I went to start my car and it was dead. I called Hueys Wrecker Service and he said someone would be there around lunch to take my car to the dealership. I got a call around 10am and the driver said he will be at my house in 10 minutes. The driver was good and paid attention the detail and he made sure he got my car out of the garage without any damages and my car was delivered to the delership. Thank you for the wonderful service I will always reccommend your company to my family and friends.
It was late at night on the side of the road with a busted tire. Huey’s was the only one who answered. They knew exactly where I was on the side of I-20, and they were extremely fast to come pick me up. The only true 24 hour service around here. The gentleman was fast and efficient, and super friendly. The price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

Warren from Huey's Towing is an awesome guy and extremely professional. I had a car break down in Carrollton and it needed to be towed to Villa Rica. His or my phone service was bad so he texted me and we worked things out. The price was good and the response time was even better. I was in a pinch and other places gave me the runaround, but he didn't. I highly recommend these folks.
I had a blowout on I-20 heading back to Memphis and I Call Huey's and Warren picked up the phone and was so helpful with my situation and he sent a wrecker within 20 mins after I called and Jay came out and was like a superhero the way he had us up and going back to Memphis I would call them family the way they treated me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
